• AZLI (1/5): wasted my money just to experience staying in this garbage dump - everything. my worst experience of staying in a budget hotel. (this place is not even qualify as hotel)

• Said (3/5): Good location, but poor cleanliness, bedding, noise, not worth money. - The accommodation is conveniently located near a range of dining options and supermarkets. Food stalls operating from the afternoon through to the evening are also situated nearby, making it easy to access meals and daily necessities. Parking facilities are available and generally adequate; while not ideal, they remain acceptable for most guests. The condition of the accommodation can still be considered acceptable if the following basic standards are met: 1) Basic cleanliness is maintained – Facilities such as toilets and bathing areas should be kept clean and hygienic. However, in this case, the shared bathroom facilities were poorly maintained, with visible rubbish and waste that should have been properly managed by the hotel. 2) Sleeping arrangements are comfortable – Mattresses and pillows should be clean and fit for use. Unfortunately, the bedding appeared dusty and covered with cobwebs, suggesting that no proper cleaning had been carried out after previous guests checked out. 3) Provision of clean towels – Towels should be of a reasonable standard and hygienic. Here, the towels provided varied in size and were all affected by unpleasant, musty odours, indicating inadequate laundering. 4) Minimal disturbance to guests – Guests should not be subjected to excessive noise. In this instance, noise from adjacent rooms was clearly audible, likely due to thin partition walls that appeared to have been installed to create additional rooms. Overall, while the accommodation may meet minimal expectations in theory, the issues outlined above significantly undermine its suitability for a comfortable stay. Aside from these concerns, there were no other major issues encountered during the stay.

• Ignacio (5/5): Motel de batalla para salir al paso... - Las circunstancias nos llevaron a alojarnos allí antes de ir a las Perhentian pues no había alojamientos disponibles más cercanos y por lo menos nos dio el servicio. Es una zona completamente local y tuvimos que pagar a un hombre para que al día siguiente nos llevara en su coche. No es peligroso como he leído en algunos comentarios de Google. No esperes nada es muy muy rudimentario y en mi opinión pagamos mas de lo que hemos pagado en zonas mucho mas turísticas. Pocos extranjeros creo que se han alojado aquí.
• Clàudia (5/5): 2 minute walk from the bus terminal. Clean place - Clean and 2 minute walk from the bus station No sink in the shared bathrooms (?). The room was boiling hot when we arrived. No windows and thin walls.

• Aisyah (10/5): A perfect island getaway — peaceful, beautiful, and memorable! - We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect — right by the beach and close to local restaurants. The atmosphere was peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway. We really liked the cleanliness of the room, the friendly staff, and the beautiful sea view from our balcony. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great place to celebrate our anniversary.

• Muhammad (3/5): Will not recommend for family stay. It just a nice place for super cheap place to sleep and that’s it. Super inconvenien - Affordable stay, location was strategic, aircond working well, receptionist was friendly and helpful. Drawers smelled like cockroaches, old mattress, deflated pillows, sink was broken and the place was more like a hostel rather than a ‘hotel’ thus quite misleading venue description.

• Siti (9/5): I will come again later - Value for money. Basic but clean & functional. I would say the hotel with best location. U won't go hungry here. Mall is exactly next to the hotel... free parking space in a walking distance. bus stop within walking ditance as well.
