• SK (9/5): Der Wohlfühlfaktor war in dieser Unterkunft sehr hoch. - Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert direkt an der Unterkunft, verbunden mit einer ausführlichen Führung durch die Wohnung. Wir fühlten uns dort wie zu Hause, es fehlt nichts an der Ausstattung. Besonders schätzten wir abends noch die Abkühlung im Pool. Die vielen unterschiedlichen Schlüsseln erscheinen anfangs kompliziert, aber man findet sich schnell zu recht und bekommt alles gut erklärt.
• Alecia (10/5): Very very clean and spacious - I loved my stay here. The apartment was very clean and spacious. I was actually surprised by the size of the apartment as I don't think the pictures show just how big it is. The two balconies are also very big. As are the two bathrooms. The location was excellent too just a few minutes walk from the train station and the lake with hundreds of restaurants to choose from. There is also a penny's supermarket a few minutes walk away, and the kitchen has everything you need. The swimming pool is also lovely. Every time we went, we were the only ones there. Nothing

• Braamhaar (7/5): - Het schone appartement Er was zeer beperkt servies en bestek aanwezig. De slaapbank kraakte ontzettend en de tv/radio is meerdere malen midden in de nacht aan gegaan op een zeer luid volume.

• Frances (10/5): Perfect apartment and host! Would def stay again. - Sparkling clean, comfortable and modern apartment, excellent facilities. Maurizio is the perfect host! Lovely pool and quiet neighbourhood but close to the action if you want it. Beautiful area. Photos represent the property 100%. We would have preferred two pillows per person but this is a personal choice.

• Křivohlávková (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect - close to everything. There were not enough cups, glasses and tableware (only 4 peaces of each). We had to wash it all the time. The bed was very comfortable, unfotunatelly the couch was creaking terribly during the night.

Friendly host with quick response to questions. We would have preferred a key safe to access the property. The sofa bed in the living area was not very comfortable (but we weren’t expecting it to be very comfortable!)
• Rita (6/5): nice, if you don't mind perfume - The apartment is nice, a bit small. I would say it fits best for 2 people. We were 4 and found it a bit tight for us. But I like to have some space. It's close to everything you need and is in walking distance to Pechiera. Free parking in a garage in the basement. Pool with 2 sunbeds that are reserved for the apartment. Quiet area. When we first entered the apartment it reeked of perfume. We tried to air it out but it didn’t work. 2 of us staying there had asthma and allergies so it was especially bad for us. Shortly after checking in we contacted the host and presented the problem and asked if it was possible to just stay one night and cancel the rest of the stay and get a refund. They never really answered that questions, but came up with ideas to fix it/help us. So they suggested to come by and change the sheets and towels for us (these smelled ALOT because apparently a normal prosedyre for them is to spray them with perfume).We left the appartment after they came, when we came back we checked the new towels they gave us, all the towels execept one smelled had the same intense perfume smell…i really have no proof they did anything. the perfume smell sadly ruined it a bit for us, but other than that it's a nice place.

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location is very close to the center but not exactly in the city center (one needs to walk 5/10 minutes). There is nevertheless some cafès and restaurants nearby
