- Michael (1/5): Catherine the lousy n rude manager - Nothing Catherine the manager, who is the only contact of the property was Very, Very rude and sarcastic,
- Michael (1/5): Sarcastic Manager Catherine in a Lousy Hotel - The Malay receptionist on 11th Feb 2026 evening. The manager Catherine was a very rude and very sarcastic woman and she hung up the phone on me when I called and didn't want to pick my call when I called her back. Her number is the only contact Booking has in your system; Unlike the Malay Receptionist, she was very helpful and kind and understood my situation. Women like Catherine the manager shouldn't be in the hospitality Industry. The location was lousy, the hotel had a bad moldy smell and I checked out with a bad allergy reaction which caused a swollen face and breathing issues.

- Noor Hazwalyena (8/5): Good for a Night, with a Few Inconveniences - I had a pleasant one-night stay at this hotel. The bed was very big and comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The toilet was also clean and comfortable to use. Overall, it’s a suitable and convenient option for a short stay. Would consider coming back for another overnight stop. However, some aspects could be improved. The facilities were separated, including the ironing area and hot water, which made things a bit inconvenient. The room was also quite small, leaving not enough space to pray comfortably. Overall, it’s decent for a quick stop, but there are a few areas that could be better.

The towels provided were old and even had holes in them, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The service was equally disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and rude, showing no willingness to help or even greet guests politely. Every request felt like a burden to them, and there was absolutely no sense of hospitality. Overall, this place does not deserve even one star. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel — it’s not worth your time, money, or comfort.
