• Bron (1/5): One of the worst experiences of my life - Location was great Horrendous, stand over security that bully and intimidated me knowing my husband wasn’t there at the time. The host started out fantastic, we booked as advertised and bought our dog, hotel found out and then the host tried to ask me to leave for 24 hours for things to cool down. 2 days spent on phone to booking.com who were useless. Surprise surprise this property no longer accepts dogs. We currently have legal proceedings being written up.
• Lenor (1/5): Ants, dirt, broken lights, aggression - The apartment looked like the photos. Unfortunately, our stay was EXTREMELY DISAPOITTING. • The sofa was covered in dust, and the balconies were also extremely dirty. • The apartment was infested with ants. We left our bags on the table, and when we returned a few hours later, they were full of ants. We had to put our bags in the freezer to kill them. • The living room was dark as the ceiling light didn’t work. In the bedroom, both the ceiling light and the bedside lamp were broken. only one small lamp was available to light the entire room The most serious issue was the behaviour of the maintenance man: He came to address the lighting and ant problems, and asked me why the second bedroom hadn’t been used. I calmly explained that my friend had decided to stay elsewhere because she had developed a severe allergic reaction on her body and suspected possible bed bugs; although I personally did not believe it was the case, as I had no reaction myself. At this point, the man suddenly became extremely aggressive and threatening. He accused me of making this up to get a refund - which I never requested - and started insulting me. He even told me to leave the apartment immediately. As a woman alone, I felt extremely unsafe and shocked by this behaviour. No guest should ever be treated this way. This was an extremely negative and distressing experience. I strongly advise against booking this property, especially for female travellers or anyone expecting a safe and respectful environment.

• Natasha (1/5): Worst property I have ever stayed at in my travel of 17 years would never recommend anyone to this property. - The location was fantastic It was a holiday residential nightmare, started with being asked to pay $90 for half an hour early check in to which we agreed Upon entering the property we found ants everywhere , called the bnb manager but had absolutely no response , for a family of 5 half a roll of toilet paper was left ( not that I am complaining as I ended up buying but when you pay the amount to the property you expect the basics to be supplied) Sleeping over the first night we found bed bugs in bed , we did not complain as we though it would be mossies, the second night ended up being bit all over by the bed bugs , my little one got even worse where I had to literally see the doctor. My puppy who is usually pretty comfortable to everywhere he goes was bitten all over as well. Ended up our stay a day earlier only to move to another property. Still waiting for an apology from the bnb manager as being a customer this is least someone could offer.
• Liberty (9/5): Superb - Amazing location! Great view and amenities. That you had to pick up the key at a different location to where the property is. Very inconvenient if you don't have a car.
• Erin (10/5): Will absolutely stay again! - The location was great, water pressure in the shower was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything, even card games and board games, there were children’s plates, cups and cutlery. It was clean. The pool was awesome. I couldn’t fault it. Nothing
