• Vincent or Georgina (7/5): Noisy rental but the bed was comfy - The bed is extremely comfortable and we like how there are two separate duvets. The rooftop patio is nice with the loungers and the lounge cushions, however they are soiled and in need of cleaning. It was nice having the choice to go to the rooftop patio or just sit on the lower patio. The distant view of the ocean was nice. We thought by renting a top floor unit we wouldn’t have sound transfer, but we were wrong, the walls are very thin. The reception employees were kind and helpful and ordered us taxis as it’s about a 20-30 min walk to the shops and pubs — taxis are about €6-9. The convenience store on site was perfect for snacks, wine and starter groceries, it closes at 6:00pm and all of the ladies that worked there were lovely and kind. We travel often—63 countries and counting—so we don’t say this lightly: this was one of the most disappointing stays we’ve had. For a two-week booking, the lack of basic supplies was surprising. We arrived to half a roll of toilet paper and were rudely told over WhatsApp there’s a “no replenishment policy”—something we’ve never encountered before considering we weren’t even supplied an initial starter amount of toilet paper. Toilet paper is inexpensive and an easy way to provide quests a comfortable stay. We were provided 1 garbage bag for 2 weeks. There were no extra garbage bags, no dishwashing liquid, no cleaning products so we could clean the bathroom, etc during our stay, and just one dish towel for the entire 2 weeks. Laundry and dishwasher pods were provided in very limited quantities (3 and 4 respectively), which simply isn’t enough for a longer visit. There were also no basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil, or paper towels—items that are typically standard in most rentals. They had a paper towel holder and a napkin holder, but neglected to supply either. Our bath towels had brown stains on them and it took almost 24 hours to have them replaced (which is unacceptable as we had travelled from Canada and needed a shower), when the gentleman showed up, he reluctantly provided us a couple more garbage bags and 3 more toilet rolls—This was all only after we complained to Booking.com. Cleanliness and maintenance also need attention. The shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up and spill out into the bathroom, which is unsanitary. The drying rack for clothes was stored outside under a stairwell and was covered in bird droppings (photo attached showing area), with no cleaning supplies available to clean and sanitize it. Privacy and comfort were also issues. At one point, the gentleman employee entered through our front door— without knocking, which was extremely unsettling and rude—it honestly terrified us, as we didn’t know what was going on.

• Helen (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay ..just a little too far from beach..but once you get your”bearings”it was fine..quite a nice wal - Very modern app..decor so nice..huge big big tv….very comfy bed..bathroom/shower all vey clean and nice …. Great pool area and nice restaurant Just a bit far from the beach and main action

• Yahaya inuwa (9/5): Excellent - It’s as beautiful as the pictures. Beautiful pictures good air conditioning. I should also note the deposit of 450 pounds was returned after 2 days, which i would say was on time It’s quite far from the nice areas, shops, restaurants etc
• Ichelle (9/5): - Wonderful modern apartment with balcony completely in the sun. The swimming pool was definitely a plus, heated all year round. The apartment had all the facilities you need and we were provided with Rituals body soap and body lotion. I would advise to have a car or motorscooter because if you would walk everything it would be quite far from the restaurants and supermarket. But for us it was perfect with free parking!

• Laura (10/5): Amazing! Can’t wait to come back. 10/10. - So modern & up to date place. A lovely walk down hill to the golden mile, restaurants, bars by the beach. You have your own terrace to sunbath if wanted. Everything you need this place has. It’s absolutely stunning. Can’t fault it. Nothing.

• Louise (9/5): Great stay. Clean, quiet and brilliant outside space - The property has been upgraded to a very good standard. Lovely and quiet even though it’s on a road. Good size pool area and plenty of beds. The apartment had lots hot water and lovey touch to have soap, shampoo etc, dishwasher and washing tabs too, the bed was very comfortable and the property has Netflix’s. It’s on the 2nd floor but there is a lift that takes you practically to the front door. The major plus is having the roof terrace as well as the balcony as it gets the sun (if out) from 9am till 6.30 (sunset) in January which was a massive plus. I would definitely stay in this property again. We had a small issue but this was sorted out half way through our break which was disappointing other wise it would have been a full 10. A little welcome pack would have been great, if arriving late it’s not near any shops.

Exceptional communication from start to finish nothing to fault apartment is finished to a high standard in a nice quiet area with only a 20 minute walk down to the main strip of Las Americas. We will definitely be back to this apartment on our next visit to Tenerife thank you again!
