• Janneke (5/5): Matig onderhouden huis op gezellige plek vlak bij het strand - Het dakterras is heel fijn en de locatie vlak bij het strand is mooi. Er is maar 1 badkamer voor 4 slaapkamers. De helft van de stopcontacten was kapot. De douche kon je niet ophangen, het douche scherm was kapot, er zat overal schimmel in de badkamer. De airco’s maken een gigantisch kabaal maar met de ramen open slapen is eigenlijk ook geen optie omdat er in deze buurt echt mega veel lawaai is ‘‘s avonds en ‘‘s nachts.

• Furkan (9/5): Amazing stay - We had an amazing stay at the Barcelona Beach Home. Our hosts were amazing, the location was perfect and everything what was needed was in the house: from towels for the beach, to olive oil for cooking, and games for in the house or to bring to the beach. The terrace on the top floor was amazing too. Would definetely recommend for larger groups, as we were thus surprised with everything in the house. Very minor things that can easily be fixed, such as the showerhead. The reception in the house is bad, which is just a bit annoying and nothing too much

• Stefan (9/5): Super Lage, viel Platz, gute Ausstattung - Super Lage in der Nähe des Strandes von Barceloneta. Barceloneta selbst ist ein nettes Viertel mit lebendigen Plätzen, Bars und einem großen Markt. Auf mich wirkt es auch noch einigermaßen authentisch, wenn man den Strand bzw. die Promenade entlang des Hafens ausklammert. Ins Zentrum ist es auch nicht weit. Die Unterkunft selbst war für unsere Bedürfnisse (2 Familien, 4 Kinder) ideal - wenn man von den beengten Verhältnissen in Barcelona ausgeht. Auf kleinem Raum gibt es alles was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Das Haus hat eine Dachterrasse, was in dieser Lage wirklich cool ist. Zudem gibt es Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut (es gibt eine Bialetti, Kaffee war schon vorhanden). Die Betten sind gut. Danke!! Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, an einigen Stellen wären Reparaturen nötig. Es funktioniert aber alles. Am meisten gestört hat uns, dass im WC im Erdgeschoss immer Wasser in den Fugen zwischen den Fliesen gesammelt hat. Wir hatten daher oft nasse Socken. Woher das Wasser kommt, war für uns nicht erkennbar. Man muss wissen, dass die Stufen zu den oberen Stockwerken wirklich sehr eng sind. Für uns war es ok, aber älteren Personen würde ich das Haus eher nicht empfehlen.
• aryvalverde (9/5): - La ubicación cercana a la playa y a otros puntos turísticos. Apartamento de 3 plantas con escalera muy estrecha y empinada lo cual dificulta el acceso a la planta superior donde esta el baño principal. No es apto para personas con dificultad motora.
• Michaela (9/5): - Tolle Lage. 3 Minuten zum Strand. Bushaltestelle ebenfalls nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß mit direkter Verbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Parkhaus ebenfalls in der Nähe. Sehr nette Vermieter. Immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit Gemütliche Dachterrasse. Die Stufen ab 1. OG sind sehr eng, dies steht aber in der Beschreibung.
• Lu (10/5): Exceptional - Was all clean, very nice rooms, roof top, kitchen and all. We was very near to the beach and near to the city at the same time we also was very near too the party spots. The Service was also perfect!!!

• Sarah (9/5): Highly recommended - Great location for walking to a lot of the museums and of course the beach. Lots of local bars and restaurants around. Good value for 4 bedrooms. Clean and easy check in and out. Lots of stairs which meant we didn’t use the roof terrace as much as we thought we might as it’s quite a faff taking drinks up and down but we knew about the stairs so it’s not a complaint..far from it, would definitely recommend for location and price.

• Stephen (10/5): Beautiful summer vacation beach house in Barceloneta - great house & amazing location - Our whole stay here was 10/10. The location was perfect, the house was amazing (beautiful interior design), slept our whole family comfortably. Check-in was super easy and simple and the host was super friendly & accommodating. We highly recommend, and we will stay here next time we come back to Barcelona!
