• Roger (9/5): Really excellent clean and well equipped accommodation. 2 proper bedrooms for those with kids, and - Very clean, well equipped, pool was properly heated, secure gates entry. Minor points but some better pillows and the beach towels need replacing

• Christopher (9/5): Fantastic holiday in Gran Canaria. - Everything was great in the apartment and we had all we could need. It was very clean and comfortable. As other reviewers have said the view is exceptional. Marcin was great and very helpful. There was nothing we did not like about the apartment. The walk up to Su Eminencia apartments (that is the official name if you get a taxi there) from the town is extremely steep but the route via the gate on the pool level is much easier.
• christophe (10/5): Super vue sur l'oceank - Nous avons été accueilli par Marcin qui est très sympathique. L'appartement offre une très belle vue sur l'ocean. La literie est confortable. Il y a un lave vaisselle et un lave linge. La piscine est propre et est chauffée 30 degrés. Il y a une place de parking réservée au dessus de la résidence. Il y a un supermarché Spar a 300 mètres qui est très pratique. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
• Beppe 58 (10/5): SOGGIORNO RILASSANTE - Appartamento al primo piano, ampio e luminoso e molto pulito in ottima posizione con terrazza attrezzata e con vista sulla piscina e sul mare dotato di tutto il necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Molto tranquillo per rilassarsi. Da sottolineare il parcheggio privato nel complesso e la piscina riscaldata. Comodo ascensore per raggiungere il parcheggio o la piscina. Molto gradito il kit di benvenuto. Un grazie di cuore a MARCIN per la comunicazione gentile e veloce pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta. In conclusione un'ottima esperienza che ricorderemo e cosigliamo. TUTTO OK
• Katarzyna (10/5): - Piękny widok z okna, mieszkanie przestronne z wszystkimi potrzebnymi sprzętami. Fajny basen. Kontakt z właścicielem bez zarzutu, w razie pytań służy pomocą. Miejsce idealne na wypoczynek, polecamy!
• Pfeller (10/5): Herrliche Aussicht in einer modernen Überbauung - Schnelles Internet, ohne Störungen oder Ausfälle. Einloggen mit QR-Code. Pool ist im Januar wirklich angenehm warm. Liegenschaft und Wohnung in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Eigener Parkplatz in der geschützten Zone. Jedes Zimmer mit eigener Klimaanlage regulierbar. Der Verwalter Marcin arbeitet sehr effizient und hat uns beim Haupteingang erwartet. Klare und kurze WhatsApp Nachrichten auf Englisch. Viele spanische TV-Sender, jedoch keine deutschen oder französische Sender. Leider nur zwei Kochplatten.
• Miriam (9/5): - Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter hat sich bereits vor unserer Ankunft gemeldet und nach unserer Ankunftszeit gefragt, sodass der Check-in direkt und ohne Wartezeit möglich war. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, war es besonders praktisch, dass uns ein sicherer, eigener Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung stand. Beim Betreten der Wohnung hat der Vermieter uns alles in Ruhe gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir es, jeden Morgen unseren Kaffee auf dem Balkon bei Sonnenaufgang zu trinken – mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, und auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine war für uns ein großer Vorteil. Mehrere schöne Strände sind fußläufig erreichbar. Da wir über Weihnachten und Silvester dort waren, war es einfach perfekt, den beheizten Pool nutzen zu können. Für uns war es bereits das zweite Mal auf Gran Canaria, und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Diese Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das defekte Raclette, aber das wurde in der Pfanne gezaubert 😁. Kann passieren und wird sicherlich behoben.

• Joanna (10/5): - Spędziliśmy z rodziną cudowny tydzień w tym hotelu na Gran Canarii i jesteśmy zachwyceni! Apartament był bardzo przestronny, nowocześnie urządzony i przede wszystkim czysty. Duży plus za świetnie wyposażoną kuchnię – wszystko, czego potrzeba do codziennego gotowania, było pod ręką. Dodatkowo w apartamencie znajdowała się pralka z suszarką, co bardzo ułatwia pobyt z dziećmi. Łazienka zrobiła na mnie ogromne wrażenie – nowoczesna, czysta, z pełnym wyposażeniem: suszarka do włosów, prostownica, a nawet lokówka! Wygodne łóżka zapewniały świetny wypoczynek po dniu pełnym wrażeń. Zarówno z sypialni, jak i salonu oraz balkonu rozciągał się przepiękny widok na ocean – to naprawdę robiło wrażenie! Dodatkowym atutem był basen – czysty, zadbany i idealny na rodzinne popołudnia. To miejsce z pewnością zapadnie nam w pamięć i z przyjemnością wrócimy tu ponownie. Polecam wszystkim, którzy szukają komfortu i pięknych widoków w jednym! Nic 😊
• Justyna (10/5): Can’t wait till next time! - Property is well equipped, clean, spacious and view from the balcony is simply breath taking! Location in town is perfect, restaurant, shops around, beach is close, property is on the hill so good chance to do some sports after tasty spanish food or rent a car ( property has private parking). Host was extremely helpful, contacted us in advance, provided link to exact location, met us and guided through the property. Thank you very much!
• Nele (9/5): Superb - Loved the smaller area, which wasn't overcrowded. The warm pool, private parking on the roof. Comfortable sofa and bed. You could walk to 3 different beaches on the row or to the mountains. Very close to Puerto de Mogan and Puerto Rico. Warmer weather and not so windy in winter time than near Maspamomas. There was only one bathroom, but only one floor below there were very clean toilets near the pool, if anyone has a problem ...:). In the kitchen the pans and sandwich maker were worn out, but we managed.

• Rosalind (9/5): We woapartment on the sea front with its own swimming pool. - The location was a pleasant quiet bay with a few restaurants, hotels to enjoy drink / meal plus supermarket. Lovely sandy beaches and next bay small marina and beach area. gated car parking .It was easy to get to the main GC1 route 5mins Good championship golf course 5mins away Good bus service with links to all places along the coast. Unfortunately for us Puerto Rico was very developed but had plenty to offer those who wanted more lively scene.
