- Susan (2/5): Not happy at all - Very noisy at all hours disturbed sleep unable to use washing machine, always in use by others in the building, bad spell coming from bathroom not a good experience for what it cost to stay there. Would not classify as a Delux Queen studio unhappy

- Lorraine (6/5): Do not stay here! - The studio was small but nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. Communication was not great... one word replies... slow to reply. There was no information in the room about wifi and the cell service was almost nonexistent. Therefore it was impossible to refer to the booking/messaging for the password. Then the password didn't work for my husband or I despite repeated tries. Every sound from the room above us could be heard... late into the night and early in the morning. There was no replacement toilet paper when the tiny bit on the roll ran out! The bed was reasonably comfortable but there were only two pillows. At lest four should be available for a couple! The area where the studio is located did not feel safe.
