• Maureen (8/5): - The location was great. Nice to have a washing machine. Facility was new. Better if have 2 queen beds. One couple had to split up for sleeping as the double was very small. They did not provide any coffee, nor any soap for washing machine and only 2 dishwasher tabs for 3 nights. Also it would be good to identify a location to find a good grocery store and instructions on how to deal with moisture on the towel rack when the AC was on. We never saw any hosts. Property advertised free parking. It is only free on street. To be certain of a spot, they charge you a 10 euro reservation fee (This info is on booking.com but it is contradictory of the free parking statement.)

• LAETITIA (9/5): Très bonne adresse ! - Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Sa localisation est idéale à 10 minutes à pieds de la partie touristique de Polignano ! Emplacement gratuit pour se garer près de l'appartement en saison basse. La fête bruyante et tardive chez les voisins la veille de notre départ. Nous avons très peu dormi avec un départ à 5h du matin.

• Florian (9/5): - Sehr nette, gut eingerichtete Wohnung Für 2 Personen super, bei 4 Personen muss eine jedoch im WZ schlafen, da das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer zu klein ist, Verdunkelung im WZ und zweiten Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichend, ansonsten super!!

• Daniel (7/5): Puglia maravillosa, anfitriones no a la altura. - El departamento se encuentra muy bien ubicado, es moderno y cómodo. El problema, en nuestro caso, fue que luego de recibir varios mensajes con todo tipo de indicaciones y recomendaciones durante dos días previo a nuestra estancia reservada, al llegar al departamento (19 horas, la oficina de la administración estaba abierta hasta las 18:30, nos mandaron instrucciones para ingresar) nos encontramos con que el departamento no estaba preparado. No habían realizado la limpieza, ni preparado las camas; todavía estaban las sábanas colocadas de los huéspedes anteriores. Inmediatamente informamos la situación sin recibir respuesta hasta el día siguiente. Buen estacionamiento, cómodo y amplio. Lamentablemente, quien se encarga de administrar el departamento tuvo un problema de coordinación con los responsables de limpieza. Compensaron el problema regalándonos una excursión en lancha por la costa, muy recomendable. Pero, salvo la limpieza al día siguiente de llegar, nosotros tuvimos que hacernos las camas ya que encontramos blanquería limpia y recién nos enviaron elementos como cápsulas de café, papel higiénico y otros la tarde anterior a irnos. Una pena. Ojalá pueda darles otra oportunidad porque el departamento y Polignano se lo merecen.
• rocio (1/5): Sucio - - En primer lugar para retirar las llaves y pagar la tasa de turista te hacen ir personalmente al centro cuando lo adecuado sería que se acerquen ellos (y para moverte en auto y encontrar un lugar para aparcar es un desastre). En segundo lugar, el departamento estaba sucio, pelos en el baño y había olor a humedad en las habitaciones. Una de las habitaciones no tiene persiana así que por la mañana entra toda la luz, nos dejaron solo un papel higiénico, no nos dejaron agua (estuve viajando por un mes por Europa y en todos los airbnb había aunque sea una botella de agua en la heladera), las hornallas no funcionaban, no había repasadores ni papel de cocina, y el tender para colgar la ropa era pequeñisimo. Ah y si pensas que desde el balcón se ve el mar, no se ve. Teniendo en cuenta el valor de la estadía no lo vale, lo único bueno es la ubicación
• Sylvain (6/5): Bien situé mais pas très propre - L’appartement est très bien situé. La place de parking dans l’immeuble est un gros avantage. La climatisation fonctionne très bien. La literie est assez confortable. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer. Miettes et saleté au sol et sur les chaises, bas du frigo pas propre, beaucoup de glace dans le petit réfrigérateur, coussin du canapé jauni par la transpiration des précédents locataires et pas lessivé, etc. Balai à franges complètement cassé donc inutilisable, tiroirs meubles salle de bain et chambres ferment mal et sont bancals La plaque de cuisson (4 feux) est cassée et une plaque (1 feu) a été posée dessus à la place. Les meubles de jardin n’ont rien à voir avec la photo: ils ont été remplacé par des chaises de jardin pliables et inconfortables. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont rudimentaires .

• Agostinho (10/5): Um excelente custo benefício. - Localização sensacional, estacionamento no imóvel, fazíamos tudo à pé ! Imóvel completo, com ar condicionado em todos os cômodos e blackout em todas as janelas ! O apartamento podia ter um banheiro à mais, um fogão melhor e um varal maior.

The view from the balcony is nice - to cactus and fig garden and sea view. There is free parking space on the street. Initially there wasn't wine opener tool in the kitchen. But on the next day, the host gave me. :-)

• Constantin (10/5): Wonderful stay - Very quiet location, 5 minutes walk to the most popular destination, 5 minutes to Lido Cala Paur beach, excellent apartment, ideal for two couples. The transfer from the agency to the apartment was provided free of charge! We preferred to take a 15-minute walk to the apartment, we ate an ice cream and drank a coffee, it's not worth driving around in such a place, unless you have a lot of luggage!
• Gina (10/5): Fantastic - Everything was really perfect apart from a few kitchen utensils etc. No bottle opener, small sharp knives and kitchen towels. I would highly recommend this apartment. Staff in local agency extremely nice and helpful. 👏👏👏
• Kate (9/5): Comfortable stay - The apartment is practically new and located 5-10 minute walk from the historic centre. We appreciated having underground parking in the building and access to the washing machine. The window in the smaller bedroom doesn’t have a shutter or blackout blinds so be prepared to wake up at sunrise. Also the rack for drying clothes is tiny! Check in is a bit of a pain as you have to drive to their office to pay city tax, present ID documents and collect keys. It took about 20 minutes and as there’s nowhere to park my friend had to drive around in the meantime.

Even if the apartment is not in the city center, the location is still very good, only 10-15 min walk to the main beach The apartment is in the area that is still being deleloped, so there were some construction noises
