- Ann (10/5): Perfect stay - What a perfect stay in this attractive apartment! Grozdana was so welcoming and exceedingly helpful before, during and after our trip. The location is very central, the apartment was perfect for the four of us and very clean. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen and bath. To make check in easier Grozdana got us a temporary pass to unload our bags then move our car to parking at the top of the island which was about a 10 min walk. It was such a pleasant walk we just walked back up to the parked car at the end of our stay. * A note about parking that isn't related to the apartment: at the public lots not all of the machines work. We found one that did that is adjacent to the hotel that fronts onto the parking area. Everything was perfect!

- Mayola (8/5): Lovely apartment, great location. - Lovely apartment in an amazing location. Very helpful and responsive host. The beds were not comfortable. Very hard and you could feel the springs. We asked for extra blankets and that helped when we put it on top of the mattress.
- Laura (8/5): great stay - The location was perfect. Fabio and staff were super helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed, including lots and lots of hangers, which is rare. Shower and AC worked great. Loved the combination washer dryer. It was on a lively picturesque street but was quiet at night. I found the bed to be super hard and uncomfortable. My husband didn't have a problem with it.
- Jane (8/5): Very good - A shout out to Grozdana from Ortijia Apoartments, she went over and above to ensure we had entry to the apartment after changes to our travel plans. She was very helpful in giving us information on Ortijia. At times the front door lock was difficult to to open, although we were always able to get into the apartment.

- Jeffrey (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment in the heart of Ortigia. Had everything we needed and the hosts -- although a property management firm -- were very pleasant to deal with. Private parking option is fantastic -- same price as the Telete car park and oh so much nicer (and only a few minutes walk away from the property).
