• Eleonora (8/5): Nice convenient place - We had a lovely stay at the apartment, it is spacious, clean and very convenient to visit the island. Also very good to have a private parking spot in front of the place. The apartment was empty, it would have been a nice touch to leave at least a bottle of water and some basic staff for the guests, also in the bathroom

• Steven (10/5): Amazing 2 weeks in a beautiful villa walking distance to Playa Blanca & the Rubicon Marina - Spacious, bright, everything you need on holiday and a fantastic location close to everything. Yassal was very helpful the couple of times we needed advice. He even allowed us to stay later on our day of departure, which was a huge benefit for us Nothing at all

• George (8/5): Great for a short stay but if staying longer would need a few more amenities. - The property was perfect for a short stay and the location was amazing. The host was really friendly and checking in and out was very easy. There could've been more utensils for cooking and washing up with. There was a smell around the entire estate of the property on some mornings, although this is down the the local infrastructure not the apartment itself.

• Richard (10/5): Clean spacious apartment close to Marina Rubicon area - Large well equipped apartment with sea view, good sized outside terrace and 5 minutes walk from the marina. There was a smell from the drains in the bathroom some of the time.
• Joanne (10/5): A comfortable place to explore Playa Blanca with the added bonus of the outside terrace. - We liked everything about the apartment. It was quiet, comfortable and easily found by car or bus. The marina is a short walk away. The lovely terrace is a sun trap and the owners checked in to make sure we were ok. Nothing!

• Susan (9/5): Spacious villa near Marina Rubicon - Our second stay here and love the location ...5mins walk from Marina Rubicon and the coastal promenade into Playa Blanca. Very comfortable and spacious villa with lovely large south facing patio! Extremely quiet area. The manager Yassel is very attentive and helpful and comes back promptly with any queries. Still no oven and lack of cooking utensils Last year we had full english tv channels but no longer only Netflix...this is now apparently the same in all of Lanzarote?

• Stephen (10/5): Lovely place. Can recommend, will be booking again when next in Playa Blanca. - Location close to the Marina, a 10 minute walk. Not overlooked. Lovely south facing balcony. The property contact Yassel was very helpful, good communication. Couldn’t work out how to use aluminium pans on an induction hob!! But larger steel ones worked. The PIR solar lights on the path to the door are on/off a lot during the night (wind blowing the neighbouring tree?) This light shines through the rear bedroom window (opaque glass) which has no curtain or shutter. Eventually found that these lights are not fixed & can be turned round!
• David (10/5): Would highly recommend the villa is absolutely stunning we are returning for a third time soon - La Terraza is absolutely beautiful it is in a excellent location just 10 minutes walk to the Rubicón marina with shops and restaurants Also only 20 minutes walk along the beach front to playa blanka Can I just add the host yassel could not do enough for us From getting off the flight right up to arriving to the villa It is a definite plus for us as yassel new everything we needed to know and was at hand all through are holiday 11 out of 10 from us.

• Susan (10/5): Well located spacious villa - A super spacious villa in very quiet but convenient location for local bus...supermarket..shops and restaurants at Marina Rubicon. Access to coastal footpath into Playa Blanca and beach. Good TV with all the English channels...large south facing terrace. Yassel the manager was always at hand and answered queries promptly...he was very helpful in arranging a late check out. No oven

• Heather (8/5): Nice property, good location - Yassell was friendly and very helpful, keen to make sure everything was ok, and allowed us an early check-in. The apartment was large and clean and had a lovely sunny terrace with a distant sea view. The location was good for the marina and a bus stop was only a few minutes away. The property is advertised as being detached this is not correct although no noise could be heard from the attached property. The description also says guests can relax in the garden, there is no garden which was disappointing. Bedding could be improved it only just fits the beds, and more crockery is needed the property is sparsely equipped.

• Susan (10/5): A well needed break..that was so enjoyable.. - Loved the location...5 minute walk into Rubicon Marina..fabulous restaurants 2 supermarkets..beautiful promenade..20 minute walk into Playa Blanca ..All very relaxing and enjoyable...bus service and taxis great... There was nothing we didn't like!!!!!

• Mark (9/5): La Terraza was excellent and spacious. well located to Marina Rubicon, bus and car hire. Good value! - The location close to Marina Rubicon is excellent being a 400m walk away. In the marina are restaurants, supermarkets and lovely shops. There is a car hire place in the marina and a bus stop 100m away. The wifi codes provided were incorrect. However the hosts visited and put that right with me there. which I thought was excellent. It meant I could work without issue and not burn up my data allowance. The TV is good and has access to Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon prime wifi you bring your passwords. It also has BBC
