• BIANCA (8/5): Tutto sommato molto bene - struttura molto centrale, ci si muove per la città a piedi tranquillamente 2 bagni, 2 camere in un quartiere molto tranquillo e silenzioso la cucina era dotata di tutto la pulizia lasciava un po’ desiderare, c’erano diversi peli sui letti e polvere un po’ ovunque
• Arijan (10/5): Odličan smještaj! - Apartman je opremljen svime potrebnim, izgleda kao što je na fotografijama. Uredan, dvoje spavaće sobe, veliki krevet na razvlačenje u dnevnoj sobi, dvije kupaonice, dovoljno ručnika, kuhinja dobro opremljena. Lokacija je također odlična, dobra povezanost gradskim prijevozom. Nije ni željeznička stanica daleko a ni aerodrom. Da opet dolazim u Sevillu ovaj apartman bi opet bio moj izbor. Navečer je povremeno buka iz susjednih kafića ali to se ne čuje ako se zatvore prozori.

• Diana Andrea (9/5): - Es un apartamento muy cómodo, aunque da a una calle donde pasan buses las ventanas están bastante insonorizadas y el ruido es poco al cerrarlas lo cual se agradece en la noche. Ahora en invierno no tuve necesidad de prender la calefacción estaba bastante bien de temperatura. La cama cómoda pero algo pequeña para dos personas. Cocina equipada con todo lo necesario y hubo siempre una buena comunicación entre los administradores y nosotros. La limpieza muy bien. Si vas a Sevilla y no conoces tal vez te despiste que diga centro histórico y piensas es cerca de la catedral, pero en 15 a 20 minutos caminando llegas sin problemas. Se agradecería que pusieran condimentos básicos sólo había un poco de sal y ya. Y una botella de agua también sería bien.
• Thomas (8/5): Plausible compact flat. - It's a reasonably good compact flat in a central location. The beds were comfortable and good if you like a thin memory foam pillow. The showers and heating worked, which was nice. Access via the coded lock worked for us. The flat has a TV with Spanish language channels only. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, which was not so welcoming, but the apartment was otherwise mostly clean. The kitchen-living area is quite small and oddly proportioned (tall and narrow) and not so lovely to hang out in. Some of the finishes and fittings are a bit tired. The flat is on a somewhat busy road at first-floor level. Be careful with the refrigerator, as it froze solid everything we put in in when we first used it (when it was on its coldest setting). Probably useful to have such a powerful fridge in summer, though. The WiFi was slow and instant access was dependent on finding the laminated card (which strangely was not left in plain sight).
• ALVARO (5/5): Mal mantenimiento , imágenes engañosas - Ubicacion Falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones , sillas, puertas, armarios: con tornillos flojos, lámparas sin cable. Pequeños detalles que dedicando un pequeño tiempo se podrían subsanar . En fotografía aparece una cama grande en 2 habitación , cuando en realidad es pequeña , éramos 4 y se contrato el apartamento pensando que la cama era grande . Imagen no es omo es en realidad.

• Miralda (10/5): - Perfect appartment with two seperate bedrooms and two bathrooms (one single bed, one double bed). Very clean, cosy, all necessities in the kitchen; even washer, dishwasher, coffeemaker and sime free cups, microwave, etc. It can be a little noisy with traffic (but hey, this is Spain, it's normally a bit noisier). Lovely beds, clean and cosy sheets. Price was absolutely acceptable. Location is perfect, about 15 min walking i reckon to and from the busy centre and about 20 min walking from the large bus plaza. We needed the gentleman for first entrance; they forgot to mention correctly how to use the code. (First tap any button to start the system. Then tap in the code. Then finish with the # sign). Other than that; all super!

• Esra (9/5): Temiz kullanışlı konaklamak için harika! - Ev temiz büyüklük olarak yeterliydi. 2 banyo olması harika. Konum olarak görülecek yerlere 1-1.5 km civarındaki yürüme mesafesindeydi. 15-20 dk lık yürüyüşlerle rahatlıkla ulaşılabiliyor. İsterseniz otobüste kullanabilirsiniz, içerde kredi kartınızı okutarak bilet alabiliyorsunuz(1.60€). Biz mutfağı kullanmadık ama yeterli ekipman vardı. Tekrar gelsek kesinlikle tercih ederiz. Yastıklar çok sert ve rahatsızdı. Çift kişilik odanın bulunduğu banyonun lavabosu tıkalıydı su zor gidiyordu ve klozet kapağı oynuyordu.Kontrol edilse iyi olur. Kağıt havlu/peçete yoktu çok büyük bir eksiklik olmasada olsa güzel olurdu.
• deborah (10/5): - Ideal location. Really clean and comfortable, everything you would need, exceptionality well equipped kitchen. Beds Really comfortable. A perfect comfortable stay As usual with going on holiday never can manage the air con properly, but got a good balance in the end. Didn't really understand the disposal of rubbish, but again got there and just for evening viewing no statalite tv, but again we found an English speaking channel on the 3rd day. But really these are simple things and didn't distract from our visit.
• Sheila (9/5): Overall it was a lovely stay. Apartment was perfect. Facilities were great for a comfortable stay - The location was perfect. Easy check in and out. Supermarket, bar and cafe nearby. Walking distance to old town. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were great with nice shower facility. Airconditioner works really well co it is 33 degree outside when we visited. Communication and instructions from the host were clear . Bottles of water would have been appreciated on guest arrival. Not enough coffee pods provided. We were only given x 5 for 7 night stay for 4 adults.

• David (9/5): very enjoyable a fantastic city to visit and easily walkable to all the sights - excellent location although the street was busy at time buses used the route but I noted they were all powered by eco gas and hence absolutely no pollution from diesel fumes! flat felt very secure and neighbourhood was good would commend the honesty of the cleaning staff who returned the money that I had left in my haste for an early morning taxi! Booking.com sorted it after my departure slight hiccup getting used to codes to entering the flat had to practise a couple of times! was not told to enter an hash sign end of number but it was resolved quickly

• Jumajuma (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good. The check-in was very complicated, and I waited for about 20 minutes in front of the door, waiting for them to open. I also requested my invoice through a phone call and the Booking.com chat, but they never got back to me.
• Yatzik (7/5): Would be a great place to stay if the host fixed the code lock - Everything apart of the code lock. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fresh, very large apartment at a reasonable price. Well equipped kitchen. The broken electric code lock was a nightmare. There weren't any keys, so it was really really, stressful, because each and every time we didn't know if we could open the doors by ourselves. There was a time that I tried to open it with the code for more than ten times and had to call the host for help. And it seemed that the hosts knew about that problem before and didn't do anything about it.

The noise - I am used to noise but despite apartment is great it has thin windows so you could hear all the buses and noice from street (needs some noise reduction - maybe 3 glass windows?) + has thin walls so you could hear people next door

• Xinyi (8/5): Nice apartment with potentials - The apartment is newly renovated. Most spots are in walking distance. No hook in the bathroom for the bath towels. The double bed room is quite small and the bed comfort was removed and replaced by bed sheets. The checkin was a little bit complicated, as the host didn’t tell the main door code until I called him. The elevator didn’t work on the day of arrival.
• Llanah (9/5): Superb - The place is new with all the things we need and a beautiful balcony overlooking the streets. Basic cooking utensils and condiments are available to use. We also appreciate allowing us to check in early. Exactly the same as the photos on the ad. It has a very nice neighborhood and close to supermarkets and bus stops. Nothing. Just in the future, a full length mirror and a clock will be a nice addition to this stunnning property.

There were some hick-ups with the communication on the day of our arrival, but later on it was all sorted out.

• Jackie (9/5): Modern flat in good area. - The flat was very new and modern with high ceilings. Location was good - central but out of the more crowded areas. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus and showers were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and again spotlessly clean and new. Lots of cleaning products and oil, salt and pepper etc were really useful. We chose this flat for the location - same street as my daughter's home - and loved the area. We didn't have any problems with traffic noise or sleeping - it's quite a busy road but this makes the surroundings more interesting. Supermarkets are near and a lovely cafe with great cakes on the corner.

• Carmen (8/5): clean and nice stay, unfortunately no locker storage - great place, super clean and there was a small kitchenette with coffee etc.! walking distance about 15-30mins from most attractions there was no place to store your luggage…The locker storage at Santa Justa station had been closed due to COVID. we had to store our luggage at a private company, it cost us 15.90 euro for a large locker (which is standard for checked in luggage). Cost us almost $80 AUD in total to store 3 luggages…it may be more economical to stay at a different location that allows for luggage storage
• Sarah (10/5): Fantastic stay at Magno Apartments Puerta Osario - Everything was absolutely perfect and a bonus to find that the apartment had two bathrooms! And a great location, near the old town but nice and quiet and with a small supermarket and great bars nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing to improve, we had absolutely everything we needed. I was worried after reading one of the other reviews that there would be noise from the road (I'm a very light sleeper), but the soundproofing was great, no problems at all.

• Anja (9/5): Superb - The apartment would have been a 10 out of 10, but: My room was at the street side and the windows weren't soundproof at all. The loudness was the same as the windows were open or closed and there was a lot of traffic, traffic lights and a bus stop directly in front.

The kitchen was well-equipped and having a washer/dryer was very helpful. It was easy to walk to all the major sites and restaurants. There was some noise from the alley cafe next to the building at night but not enough to keep us up.
