• justine (4/5): Je ne reviendrai plus - Il y a cinq ans, cet établissement était tout simplement exceptionnel. Le service était irréprochable, les chambres magnifiques et d’une propreté exemplaire. La salle de sport était immense et parfaitement équipée, et le spa avec une heure offerte apportait une véritable valeur ajoutée au séjour. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était également de très bonne qualité. Malheureusement, tout cela n’est aujourd’hui plus qu’un souvenir. Le spa n’est plus offert, la grande salle de sport a disparu, et l’ensemble de l’établissement semble s’être fortement dégradé. La suite avec jacuzzi est dans un état catastrophique : équipements abîmés, manque d’entretien, et surtout une propreté largement insuffisante. Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, c’est tout simplement inacceptable. Le petit-déjeuner n’est plus à la hauteur non plus, et le restaurant gastronomique n’a rien d’exceptionnel il s’apparente davantage à un simple bistrot. Le séjour a été particulièrement désagréable, notamment à cause du bruit. L’hôtel a été fortement orienté vers une clientèle familiale, avec de nombreuses installations pour enfants. Résultat : cris, agitation constante, notamment autour des espaces proches du spa, ce qui rend l’expérience très peu reposante. • Susan (8/5): Very relaxed and well looked after. - It is very smart and clean and the staff are excellent. The food in the à la cart restaurant is excellent. I asked twice before arriving for a twin room and was given a double room, instead of being moved to twin room, they just separated the beds which made the room quite small.
• Jack (9/5): Excellent staff in a prime location! - The hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Reception staff were helpful and attentive, particularly the night receptionist who promptly contacted and sourced an alternative company after a private transfer was cancelled. The Louis restaurant was excellent with exceptional staff and food. The atmosphere set the tone for the rest of the day. The bar prices were very reasonable and we would certainly stay again (for a 3rd time!) For a five-star hotel, I was disappointed by the dated appearance of our room. It was not in the same standard as our friends’ room who had paid less to stay in the four-star hotel. This was particularly disappointing given that we paid £2000 for a week’s stay. Furthermore, the absence of an iron in the room was a significant inconvenience. When I requested one, I was instructed to collect it from reception. However, I was then informed that a 35 euro deposit was required. This was unexpected as I had not been advised of this requirement and had not brought cash. I would have expected a five-star hotel to provide this facility for free to its guests.

Toute les activités sont en supplément Nous avons eu une chambre à côté de de l’ascenseur, nous avons entendu le bruit et le passage qui a été vraiment désagréable à partir de 6h30 du matin ça nous a empêché de dormir !!! Attention à l’indication baignoire spa ( impossible de s’allonger ( je fais à 1m59 )) Le petit déjeuner pas digne d’un cinq étoiles !!!!! Vraiment pas de choix et pas bon Alors je sais pas les personnes qui ont dit que le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, je sais pas qu’est-ce que il mange chez eux mais ça doit pas être grand-chose parce que y avait deux sortes de tartine différentes pas de baguette les croissants ils étaient déposés super tôt, ils étaient venus tout sec à partir de 9h30 Honnêtement très décevant, j’ai l’habitude de prendre tes cinq étoiles, tu la c’est vraiment pas du tout digne d’un cinq!!!!!
• Julie (10/5): Skiing Christmas and New Years break - The hotel was well positioned for the gondala. It did have lockers for your ski equipment but we paid for a locker in the first building off the gondala. The hotel has many facilities and close to other bars and restaurants in the town. The food and service in the restaurant was fantastic with plenty of choice. New Year’s Eve was exceptional; champagne on arrival a 9 course dinner then a party until 3am! We had a room outside the lift and some people have no self awareness of how loud they are. The room could have benefited from some coat hooks.

Staff are fantastic and super helpful as always, breakfast is lovely whether you go to the buffet or the 5*. Perfect location for getting to the village/gondola. • edwa1995 (1/5): - Honestly, I didn’t even plan to write a review, but Booking kept reminding me several times, so here it is. Quite disappointing for a hotel presented as 5 stars. The security and organisation didn’t meet expectations: people from outside could easily access the bar area, and staff didn’t seem attentive to who was entering. When an issue occurred, there were no cameras in the common areas and no real assistance provided. Overall, it didn’t feel like a place that prioritises guests’ safety or wellbeing.

• ISABELLE (8/5): On se sent toujours aussi bien dans cet établissement, le personnel est très peofessionnel - La chambre était très propre, les équipements et produits d'accueils sont appréciables. Le petit-déjeuner côté 5* est extraordinaire sans compter un service de qualité par un personnel professionnel et aimable. Qu'il n'y ait pas eu comme par le passé la formule Hall inclusive avec 1h de spa offert car je suis venue chaque année durant des années et c'était le cas. Je ne suis plus venue depuis quelques années car j'ai accompagné tout ce temps mon papa dans la maladie. Mais je suis resté fidèle à l'établissement. Je trouve que 15€ l'heure à l'accès au spa est vraiment excessif du coup, je m'en suis privé. Et dans ma chambre il fallait que je fasse couler l'eau de la douche pendant au moins 25 minutes pour avoir enfin de l'eau chaude. Dommage car tous ces manques m'ont je l'avoue un peu déçue. Mais j'ai pris plaisir à retrouver le responsable de l'accueil qui était déjà présent toutes les années antérieures où je venais avec mon mari, ma soeur et mes parents. Son accueil charmant est toujours un vrai plaisir ainsi que son professionnalisme.

Que en la carta del desayuno había una opción de elegir un producto, que llevaba Kéfir y lo quería coger mi mujer desde el viernes que nos dijeron que lo pedirían y nos fuimos el domingo sin que lo pudiera probar ya que no hubo kéfir ninguno de los tres días que estuvimos. Pero es por poner algo, ya que no afectó a nuestra estancia.

• Iurii (10/5): ¡Muchas gracias por la agradable estancia en el hotel! - Las habitaciones están impecablemente limpias, la ropa de cama es blanca como la nieve y el personal es muy amable. Vinimos a celebrar un cumpleaños y nos sorprendieron gratamente con un regalo del hotel: ¡champán y felicidades! El buffet del hotel tenía una selección muy amplia.

• Beatriz (6/5): Decepcionante - Nada, en especial, hace 5 años que fui y ha bajado mucho, en todos los aspectos, desde luego, no es 5 estrellas, ni de lejos. No tiene aire acondicionado, precios abusivos en la bebida de media pensión....una copa de vino 9 euros y el desayuno incluido en el precio, si quieres por ejemplo añadir algo a las tortitas es un precio a parte de 6 euros...muy abusivo. Un quiero y no puedo, es la tercera vez, que voy y la última.
• Alvaro (9/5): Muy Buen hotel 5*. - Instalaciones en general del complejo. El restaurante luis XV espectacular, servicio a la carta. Zona de la piscina limpia y cuidada. No hay climatización centralizada en las habitaciones, en pleno verano por el día es necesario. Atasco diario para ir a cualquier otra zona de Andorra.
• Mira (8/5): Great place to stay over weekend, especially with kids. Just make sure to take the best possible room. - The location and facilities are great! Our room faced a painted wall — no view at all, which was so disappointing, since there was no indication on that when booking. I asked to upgrade the room (for additional charge of course) but receptionist said there was no availability. On the balcony there was a huge pipe that would occasionally make a very loud noise, sometimes scaring us at night. And one more thing - we couldn’t get through to reception — nobody ever picked up the phone. I wouldn’t call it a 5* hotel..
• Richard (4/5): Hotel had potential and lovely area. However a long way from the shopping and when we asked for taxi not provided. - Lovely surroundings close to gondola walking tracks etc. pretty views. Property under renovation floor 5 and 6. Not told there would be no air conditioning. So hot could not sleep at all. Given 1 fan for four people. Incredibly hot. Room space quite cramped for 4 people with no air conditioning. Water only provided in reception. Unclear regards restaurant breakfast and we had pre paid and when we went to wrong restaurant they tried to charge. If we kept windows open with no air conditioning then mosquitos.
• Rodolphe (6/5): Trop cher pour aussi peu de service, nous ne reviendrons pas. - Espace piscine et le petit déjeuner très varié et de très bonne qualité et très bon emplacement avec une belle vue. Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel possède 5 étoiles… Déjà à l’entrée aucun service de bagagerie. Pas de room service Chambre ultra vieillotte, baignoire avec traces d’usures Caution de 30 euros pour récupérer 2 serviettes pour la piscine.. du jamais vu pour un 5 étoiles. Équipe de ménage très bruyante dans les couloirs tôt le matin et bruit de travaux toute la journée dans la chambre du dessus sans aucune info préalable. Parking véhicule 20 euros par nuit.
• Tatiana (10/5): Great experience - Roomsize was great, amazing views from the balcony. The food (and personnel ) at the restaurant Louis XV were just amazing. I had the stay of my life and for sure I will be back Not so much variety for vegetarians in the standard menu in the restaurant but the last days the personell did all they could to provide my partner dishes he could eat

• Chris (10/5): Will return - Been before, although they have some work to upgrade going on David in reception made sure we were moved away from any noise. Staff lovely. Must just say the overnight parking charge is creeping up but well pleased with our stay Nothing at all
