• Lisa (10/5): If you don't mind be on the outskirts of town, this place is marvelous. - The studio we stayed in was lovely. The king-size bed seemed extra big. The hosts put a lot of attention in making sure that everything you might need--from kitchen utensils to night lights to beach towels, etc. -- was there for the guests. Aldo was friendly and helpful, and his wife did a super job decorating the place.
• Denis (10/5): - Place is very cozy and beautiful, we had everything we needed in our room. Aldo is the nicest man. He met us when we arrived and gave us tons of information about the island, it helped us a lot. The location is remote, but it was nice and quiet because of that. And it took us only 10 minutes to arrive to the center by bikes. My wife is not used to ride a bike, but even she enjoyed it a lot! Non!
• Elena (10/5): Great stay away from the crowds, peaceful and perfectly furnished. - Everything about the room (/apartment) was perfect. The living area is spacious and colorful. Literally everything in the kitchen was provided, I've never stayed in such a well-furnished small apartment. Aircon is only in the bedroom but the fans were enough for the main room most of the time, the bathroom and shower were great, the TV comes with Netflix which is nice, beach towels and headlamps for the bike are provided. There's also two terraces for guests to hang out in, one of which provides great views of the sea and sunset. The bed was by far the most comfortable I slept on in my travels. A good memory foam mattress! Owners are very nice and helpful - even though all instructions and lots of advice were provided through messages, they were also around for anything that was needed, or just a message away. Overall, absolutely great stay and wish I could have stayed longer! Not necessarily a dislike, because the far-away location meant that the place was extra quiet and I slept marvelously, but to be aware, it is quite far from food and activities. Cycling back and forth is fun but could get a bit tiring after a long day! Best solution is to buy food to cook in the apartment so that at least at night there's no need to go into town. Also the road is safe but it's very dark at night so it's a bit of an adventure, even with the headlamp.

Fabulous and comfortable apartment with all amenities you should require. Fabulous and very helpful and responsive hosts. Bikes to use, lovely outside spaces, very peaceful as is located 30 mins walk from the centre. Nothing about the actually property. A bit from town when torrentially raining and not so easy to get to and from in the dark but hosts have kindly provided head torches and the walk feels very safe.

• Emma (10/5): Amazing stay at Costa Nube in Caye Caulker — great hosts, lovely facilities, and the bikes were a huge bonus. - We had such an amazing week at Costa Nube — honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Aldo and Kolleen were incredible and really went out of their way for us the whole time, from picking us up from the ferry port to sending us recommendations. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. The facilities were absolutely amazing. The property is beautifully maintained, spotless, with comfortable rooms, great communal spaces, and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing island stay. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the tropical surroundings — it felt like our own little paradise. The complimentary bikes were absolute lifesavers too and made getting around the island so easy. We loved it and would 100% stay again. Highly recommend! Absolutely nothing!
• Rob (10/5): Heerlijke kamer in mooi pand met alles bij de hand. - Prachtig pand, mooie kamer, heerlijk bed, keuken met koffie-en theefaciliteiten, broodrooster, gasfornuis, oven, magnetron, etc. eigen terras, meerdere zitplekken. Alles met lekkere kussens. Gratis gebruik van fietsen. Eigenaar geeft bij aankomst veel informatie. Code om poort en kamer te openen. In principe zie je verder niemand mits je daar om vraagt. Meer een appartement dus. Het enige is dat het wat verder van het centrum ligt maar dat is met de fiets prima te doen. Heel rustige omgeving.

• Sophie (9/5): Lovely house with rooftop and quiet location as well as great hosts - Hosts were lovely, always available to help with little things from organising transport, recommending things to do, restaurants etc. Bed was big and comfy and the house has a great rooftop, they also supplied extras such as snorkeling gear and bikes. I can highly recommend staying here, we had a great stay The upside of it being a little further out from the centre was the fact that it was very quiet and relaxing. The downside is, in our case it had just rained a lot and we had to cycle through puddles to get to the centre (approx 10-15 mins). I do think it was worth it though as it was very loud in the centre!

• Christine (10/5): We had a wonderful time relaxing and if we came back we would surely book another stay with them. - The property was tastefully decorated, clean, secluded and I’m sure many would pay double the price to stay there. The view from the top terrace was a beautiful 360 degree view with a wonderful sunset. Aldo and Colleen went above and beyond. Ricardo couldn’t find his wallet the day we checked out. Aldo got on his bike and raced to catch us before we left, it was found under the sheets. We are forever grateful for their honesty and integrity. Ricardo had money to buy some more beer for the rest of his trip!! No fault of the owners but the road from the airport to the residence needed a good grading. It was jarring in the golf cart. I think the bikes would have been better.
• andrea (8/5): Go Slow! - Isola stupenda, location molto curata, staff molto cordiale. Soprattutto rispetto alle altre strutture del posto, che sono un po' datate o più trascurate. Bici a disposizione degli ospiti, belle le aree comuni e le strutture disponibili, come barbecue e tavoli all'aperto. La struttura si valorizzerà appieno nei prossimi mesi, quando la collegheranno meglio al paese, che si trova a 10 minuti di distanza, da percorrere in bici su una strada sterrata e non illuminata, che attraversa la boscaglia. Di giorno è bellissimo, ma di notte, nonostante le torce fornite, non è stato semplicissimo. Unica alternativa, le golf car locali, a 10 o 15$ a testa
• Martina (8/5): Struttura accigliente nel mezzo della foresta - Struttura nuova e accogliente, ampia camera con terrazza, biciclette disponibili gratuitamente e struttura completamente ecofriendly. La proprietaria è sempre stata estremamente disponibile ad aiutarci in tutte le nostre richieste. Ampi spazi esterni per osservare il tramonto, fare yoga o leggere. Vista bellissima della giungla. La struttura si trova letteralmente dal lato opposto dell’isola rispetto a tutto il resto. In bici si raggiunge il centro in 15-20 min ma la strada è impervia (non asfaltata, con buche e pietre) e con diversi animali (iguane, granchi). La sera personalmente non me la sono sentita di farla in bici e ho dovuto spendere 15-20usd a tratta per il taxi, che per 4 sere significa altri 150usd solo di trasporti. Altri però la facevano in bici senza problemi, quindi è una cosa individuale. Consiglio di valutare molto bene prima di prenotare in modo da fare la scelta giusta per le vostre esigenze (sicuramente non adatto ai bambini piccoli di sera in bici).

• Laura (9/5): Great somewhat secluded stay! - Koleen (host) was amazing! So kind and helpful, definitely gave us lots of help figuring out replacement dives after a cancellation and fun stuff along with food recommendations! Koleen was super responsive to any small hiccups or requests, and provided a fully stocked kitchen for us to cook as much as we wanted. The AC and fans cooled the room quickly after arrival so easy to turn off while away! Shower was large and water temp was great ◡̈ Bikes were easy to use and reliable which make getting around easy ◡̈ If it wasn’t for the sargassum this time of year we would have used the lovely and plentiful common spaces more often! Bed was comfortable and loved the digital codes instead of physical keys. The property is a bit further from the town for daily water adventures but given the weather that was rainy and stormy it did make it more difficult than it usually would be.

Ms. Kolleen is super helpful with any information you need even before you get to Belize.The property is immaculate and clean it is tucked away on the southside of the island you can get a golf cart if you want but me and my lady just used the free bikes she provided to us to get everywhere we needed to go. I can’t recommend staying here enough we will definitely be back N/A

• Mert (10/5): Exceptional - It is by far the most comfortable place we stayed in our trip. The room has everything you need including a huge bed, large bathroom, equipped kitchen a table and a balcony with amazing views. The hotel itself also has a terrace. Aldo was very helpful for all our needs. He sent a taxi to pick us up from the ferry and he dropped us personally to our next stay in the island. It's a bit far from the center. If you like the isolation and calmness, its perfect though.

Hosts were very helpful with local recommendations and organising transport to and from the water taxi. We loved our stay in Caye Caulker - it really was the best snorkelling I have ever experienced! • Melina (10/5): Amazing house with beautiful nature outlooks, sun decks and the best hosts possible - Super beautiful location with amazing rooftop decks, incredibly kind hosts, lots of equipment that we were allowed to borrow (paddle boards, snorkeling gear, bikes, headlamps…). The hosts also provide filtered drinking water and offer to use an open BBQ area. The AC works perfectly, no insects were in the apartment, everything was perfectly clean! It is located about 15 min by bike away from the busy town; and due to it’s remote location, it was super peaceful. We saw amazing stars, light bugs, and felt like living in the jungle. Nothing! It has been the best booking.com location I have ever been to!
• Kim (10/5): Very comfortable stay with a feel of home away from home. Aldo and Killeen run the place really thoughtfully from a gues - We stayed in a spacious apartment where the little details were thought through to make your stay comfortable. I’m sure ours may have been smaller than the others but it was perfect for 2 people with a little kitchenette, living room and small deck. There are two large shared decks that we used for our morning coffee and evening beer. Location was a bit further from town, but there are plenty of well maintained with baskets to use for free. Aldo will also help adjust the seats! The ride into town is about 10-15 minutes along the water and scenic. So although the location is a bit further this was also a nice way to explore. Once in town it’s easy bike parking and you can use the bike all day to get around.
• Amalia (10/5): This felt like Home 💙 - I really enjoyed my trip at Costa Nube! The owners are extremely nice and so helpful! I came on this trip by myself and I had did the research on the island and decided that I love the reviews that I saw from this place and they did not disappoint! The place is on the other side of the island and it does seem a little scary especially if you come when I did which was at night and in the rain but I promise you it's not dangerous. You just have to remember you are on island that does embrace staying natural and just because there's not concrete roads does it mean you're in big danger. I felt very safe and was able to enjoy the peacefulness of that side of the island. The owners do let you know that they are willing to help you figure things out on how to get around and even offer you transportation whether it's them taking you themselves or setting up a cab driver who I particularly enjoyed! Everyone was very helpful with any information I needed, I always felt safe and at home with them. Property itself was so beautiful and relaxing. I will be visiting the island more and I will definitely be staying here at Costa Nube every time!

• Sally (10/5): Absolute heaven - you must stay here! - The hosts Aldo and Koleen couldn't have been more accommodating. The room itself was so clean, and I'm very funny about cleanliness in accommodation! The location is about 30 mins walk away from the party centre of the city, and so it's such a nice, calm escape after a chaotic day. The communal zones to chill out on the roof are wonderful spaces to stargaze and watch the sunset. Aldo and Koleen have thought of everything - they provide beach towels, headlamps, yoga mats, bikes - lots of little home comforts to help you make the most of your stay. They also shared a bunch of recommendations with us and really put us at ease on the island. We spent a wonderful Christmas here. If you've got other tabs open right now and are trying to choose between this and another place like we were, close those tabs! Choose this every time! - Couple 29F & 36M Absolutely nothing, we adored this place. The only thing to be aware of is that the second half of the walk back from the town centre to the accommodation is a bumpy dirt track with some wildlife and you need a torch to navigate it, so might not be suitable for prams / pushchairs or small kids, unless you're happy to pay for the golf cart taxis from town.

• Shell (10/5): It was one of the best weeks of my life and this property helped with that. Book this place!! - Aldo and Kolleen have an incredible property on Caye caulker. You can tell how much they care about their guests and want them to enjoy the island as much as they do. The first day we got there it was pouring rain, but Aldo still took us out on a tour of the island and made sure we were comfortable. The property is perfect for those willing to be away from the night life and to escape and look at the stars. Mt husband and I watched the sunrise every morning from our balcony and enjoyed the other decks on the property. This is a hidden gem on Caye Caulker and we could stay there again in a heartbeat. Very thankful for all the amenities they offer and the location of this property. We can’t wait to go back and see more of Caye caulker! ☺️ Nothing. It really was perfect for what we were looking for. Close enough to get to everything we wanted, but far enough away for peace and just listening to the beautiful sounds of nature on the island.

• Andrea (10/5): The perfect stay at Caye Caulker! - Aldo was a great host, it was really a pleasure spending time with him and Costa Nube is really the perfect choice to stay in Caye Caulker. The apartment was really clean, comfortable and just perfect for a chilling stay. At just 5 minutes by bike from the centre, the apartments are in a real oasis surrounded by nature. And every evening you can see a wonderful sunset from the terrace sitting on the comfy sofas or on the hammock. You have also at your disposal yoga mat and whatever you need to do snorkelling. The bikes are available for all your stay and it has been really an unforgettable adventure visiting the island on our bikes. Aldo suggests also the best restaurants on the island and the best tour operators for the excursions. Thanks Aldo for everything and we really hope to see you in Milan one day in the future!
• Mihail (10/5): Paradise stay - Serine and quiet location away from hustle and bustle of the town. And it’s only 10 minutes by bike from all of the restaurants. Endless breeze makes your stay simply perfect! The rooftop had a wonderful view and it was great to enjoy our meals and drinks there. The hosts Aldo and his partner Colleen were amazing! They went above and beyond- picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry. Colleen even prepped bait for my fishing adventure. If this place is still available- just book it! N/A

• Akaka (10/5): Wow, our best apartment on Caye Caulker - Wonderful location with sea view from the roof top area. Kolleen and Aldo are great hosts and very informative. The apartment is very well equipped. And most important for us Germans: SOLAR POWER and RAINWATER HARVESTING rule… without any interference. Thanks for this great experience. The bike ride to the ‚city center’ was a bit scary and dark at night. Flashlights are a must.

Bicycles are included, which you need as it is 10 min cycling to the center. Trip from center to home is a little adventurous, but you may encouter wildlife (especially crabs). Great communication and got picked up and dropped off at the ferry. Lots of tips to go out eating. Great roof top lounge area for stargazing. Rooftop lounge is quite cool, as it is above the trees and always has a nice breeze. There is also a big waterbottle in the house to use, which is awesome. Had a great time. Nothing really.
• Maggie (10/5): The perfect place to stay on Caye Caulker - Aldo and Koleen were the most amazing hosts! They offer rides to/from the ferry or the airport and they gave us a tour of the island on their golf cart. They had so many great recommendations of things to do and places to go. Aldo and Koleen were very responsive and available when needed. The place itself was so comfortable and clean. There are so many spaces to relax outside on the decks and patios. There were other guests there when we were, but it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Costa Nube is just south of the center of town which we found to be perfect and peaceful. There are bikes that come with the rental, so getting to/from town is easy and a wonderful way to get around the island. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on Caye Caulker.
