Everything was well prepared including getting the keys; that was most impressive. Very modern and spacious apartments. I think there is something a bit off with the toilet drain system in apartment D514 but otherwise all was good.

They should simply work on the communication within themselves - The property is alright but they have a challenge with their communication, had a delayed check in of almost two hours waiting for them to send in the check in form which I filled out before my arrival. They want reduced noise without properly defining what that really means with low TV volume being a complaint of noise The location of the facility is good and clean too. They provide essential things to make your stay comfortable.

- Mbunquka (1/5): This was my worst booking.com experience. I was denied access and was treated like a trespasser while I paid and submitt - The property was clean and close to where I wanted to be, safe with security at the gate. We were denied signing in and waited outside in the cold for 4 hours. We were supposed to check in at 15:00 and we arrived at 2, we were told to wait. When following up at 15:00 we were told by Propr that the building manager could not open our documents because he had a trouble opening large documents, when we produced evidence in hard copies the agent at the gate refused them saying that the manager won’t accept them. I then called the building manager and he denied ever receiving my documents. Propr was made aware of the situation and they told me they had sent the documents to the manager and I should come back to check in at 17:00 but when I got there I stood there for another 2 hours being denied access. I wasted my airtime trying to make calls and check in while I was treated like a trespasser after paying to be accommodated by this place. I had to send the documents to the Building manager via WhatsApp after 4hours of back and forth and him telling me that he is not the one who deals with problems like these and he doesn’t know what this all is about and why it is happening.
When they searched my name it was visible but they did not let me in until later and everyone was saying a completely different thing. And the building manager went as far as saying he was doing me a ‘favour’ by helping me to check in while he was the one who was struggling to open the documents I uploaded.
I was only allowed to check in when I told them that I will go and ask police escort because what they were doing to us was not fair considering that all the payments were done, required documents uploaded and we are women in an unsafe South Africa who could’ve slept outside and got raped or killed because of documents that could be retrieved and we had enough evidence that they were uploaded.
This was my worst experience with booking.com, because when you used sites like these it’s because you are trying to save time and ensure that you are safe online.

- Andrew (7/5): if I ever see PropR as the managing agent I will never book that accommodation again!!!! - The property was very well situated and the space is good. Great balcony which helps not feeling cramped. Mostly the agent Propr was a let down. Check in was difficult with having to fill in forms while travelling and then calling for a breakage deposit at the last minute. The apartment was not ready at 3pm so had to check in with cleaning staff around. The property was poorly maintained with things like curtains being hung incorrectly therefore not closing over the windows ( only 1 curtain in the spare room so it needs to be pulled flat like a sheet to cover the window), plug adapter’s missing so bed side lights not being able to switch on, mismatched glasses and crockery and chipped. Also no inventory to check stuff against so its Prop R ‘s word against ours as they can say anything is broken or missing and you will then loose your deposit. The final straw came when we got messages at 21:17 on Saturday night when we were in bed, yes my husband was watching rugby on an iPad, to say excessive noise and we could be evicted then another 2 messages at 22:41 and 1:36 am - one addressed to a completely wrong name and both when we were fast asleep re this loud noise coming from the apartment - completely unacceptable.

- Sibeko (7/5): Good experience overall - Great location, the apartment itself was decorated in a very homey way, we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. There was a foul smell in the ensuite bathroom and that smell persisted for the duration of our stay. it smelled like a number 2 that hadn't been flsuhed and I'm not sure if it was a water related issue but as someone hyper sensitive to smell, plus I was travelling with a 6 year old who is on the spectrum and OCD, this definitely made the stay quite yucky. I dreaded having to shower in there or use the loo at all. My 6 year old even made sure that the door is kept closed so that the stench doesn't permeate the rest of the house.

It is quite and very peaceful Ubers are not allowed inside meaning you have to carry your stuff inside from the gate, when we arrived they were still cleaning and things were so disorganised caused we arranged a specific arrival time. There were no pillow cases meaning we had to sleep on top of towels.

- Kershena (7/5): - This was a horrible process as the guards refused for my team member to enter the property. They asked a female to wait outside the gate as they would not take her ID in person, but they needed it on email. Further to note after the email was sent, they still made her wait another 15 minutes as there was a miscommunication between the team handling the check in. The check in process and company is very rude. I even called an hour earlier to ensure my colleague would have no issues and that all docs were correct.
- Lynette (7/5): Nice location - Location was great for our planned trip Entering through security after sending all my documents in advance was a problem, all the documents that needed to be completed was cumbersome and time wasting - if i had not paid in full with my booking I would have cancelled purely due to all the paperwork and questioners and details of all the occupants - I had to provide copies of all occupants ID etc. I appreciate that everyone has rules etc but we did not need a person to escort us to the unit - we needed the unit clean and ready on time. I will avoid units managed by this company. I also did not appreciate the staff taking pictures of the kitchen utensils while we were present - I don't have sticky fingers!

They advertised the place for 2800 per night then when you pay they deduct 3700 and tell you it's the cleaning cost. It's their responsibility to keep their place clean. - Enock (6/5): - I am writing to provide feedback on our recent family stay at Terrance's Luxury Apartments. Overall, we enjoyed the location very much — it is conveniently close to the shopping center and offers a flexible, comfortable environment for families. I must raise several concerns about our experience, as they significantly impacted our stay:
Check-in process — Upon arrival, no staff member was available to provide the keys or direct us to our unit. We waited outside for approximately 45 minutes, which was disappointing and inconvenient, especially with family members present.
Room readiness and cleaning — When we finally gained access to the room, cleaning was still in progress. The room was disorganized, and we were unable to settle in properly. We had to wait on the balcony until around 17:30 while the cleaner finished (we arrived at approximately 15:30). This caused considerable frustration, particularly for my wife.
Kitchen facilities — There were insufficient pots available for cooking, and the ones provided were rusted, damaged, and in poor condition, making them unsafe or unsuitable for use.
Bathroom drainage — The bath and basin did not drain properly, causing slow water clearance.
Pest issue — Upon returning from an outing, we noticed cockroaches in the unit, which was concerning and detracted from our comfort.
Finally, regarding the administration: certain extra charges were not communicated clearly or in advance

There was only one glass in the apartment for 4 people. Being blamed for excessive noise levels yet this was not true as we were literally not at the accommodation during the day and night and only came home to sleep and shower. Seems as if you are not allowed to speak in your apartment or you will face complaints. We were respectful of the rules of the accommodation and adhered to them.
Prior to arrival we did not receive the code for the key box and had to spend 20 mins on the phone trying to retrieve the information
This happening after i had sent an email requesting that communication be sent to my mobile phone or alternate email address.
Unfortunately and I say this with great sadness that I cannot recommend this premises to anyone as they will not enjoy their stay.

- Manusha (1/5): - I have booked many apartments with Booking.com. This was the first time I was disappointed 😞. I made payment for the booking and the taxes. Struggled to access the link to pay my deposit and to fill in my necessary information. When I called the host the gentlemen advised that I could drive straight there Emma would be waiting for me. When I got there Emma was not there. I called back again and they said that Emma left cause I had not paid the deposit and completed the form. I explained that I was struggling with the online forms the lady advised that Emma is not and administrator and I should find a quite place and complete the forms. I then parked outside the complex and still had issues. The system was receiving blank forms. I then after many attempts they allowed me to screen shot my form and share on WhatsApp. The 2nd issue is that I paid my deposit now I must wait 14 days to get it back. I will not stay with the host again 😒

Comfortable flat with items you would need for self catering. Limited options for drying clothes if you plan to use the washing machine.

- Beverly (3/5): Terrible apartment and service - The apartment was clean The check in process was horrendous. I was told to check in at 4:30pm when check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I arrived and still had to wait.
As I walked in, I immediately noticed the curtains falling off the railing in the lounge and curtains do not cover the window. No blinds in the kitchen so people walking past can see all the way into the apartment and even the Mai. Bedroom if the door is open. There were no basics like dish scrubber, swab to wipe the counters, there was one dirty dishcloth, 1 bin bag, no dishwasher pods, no cleaning products at all. The second bedroom curtains do not cover the width of the window so someone walking in the outside passage can see into the bedroom. The pillows in the main bedroom cupboard had no pillowcases.
The worst was that it was 13⁰c and there was no heater. It's was so cold for our entire stay and so uncomfortable. To top it off, there were no blankets, only a thin throw on each bed which was absolutely filthy. It wven had food stuck on it.
I told the concierge person who handed over the keys about not having a heater and he Saif he was going to bring. We never got the heaters during our 6 day stay.

We rushed to our destination.
Emma the lady that took us to our apartment was Cold and non friendly
We felt like thieves.
She Didn't make us feel comfortable.
Instead we sat with the cleaner
Who had loud music on whilst cleaning.
She began taking photos of everything
But was she not supposed to, Do that before we came? We had to ask her
When will she be done.
There was an awful smell we begged her to spray airfreshner

Should consider a larger or L shape couch as the 2 armchairs for the 2 other guests were not comfortable or condusive to literally "Netflix & Chill" The Site Manager at the place was very condescending, my perception as a person of colour, bordering on racism as if he was profiling us because of our awesome Tans. I was asked "do you know how security complexes work, after explaining I have all the necessary information I need about the unit.
