• Portillo Hurtado (7/5): Oposiciones - en general el piso está bien, amplio, buena iluminación, limpio, buena ubicación. especialmente el trato del vecino de abajo, que nos paró 2 veces sin venir a cuento, las 2 avisando de que no hiciésemos ruido cuando en ningún momento lo hicimos. El váter se quedó sin agua pero se pudo arreglar fácilmente y el mando de la tele no funcionaba. destacar que la puerta del armario se abría sola.

• Pavel (7/5): Very good location, large apartment, broken coffee machine, poor balcony - Great location, 15 mins walk to cathedral and San Bernardo train station Supermarket 3 minutes Large flat, well equipped to usually substandard Spain standards. Dishwasher with tablets No issues with neighbour probably because we simply behaved. Broken coffee machine which was declared as equipment. No reaction from the host to our claim Broken window glass in kitchen, again, no reaction from the host Host not responsive, probably all were automated messages. The little balcony to tiny street is kind of pointless.
• Denis (1/5): A oublier. Et à retirer du site booking - Un scandale que Booking propose ce genre d'établissement. Pas de café, pas de thé, pas de sucre, pas de gel douche... Rien. Nous avons acheté du café pour la machine Tassimo. Elle ne fonctionnait pas. L'hôte refuse de la changer. Il faut utiliser la cafetière italienne mais elle est rouillée, vous verrez les photos... Les interrupteurs d'accès sont dangereux, voir photos. Les WC fuient, la douche s'écoule très mal. Literie, canapé sont vieux, très vieux
• Anca (8/5): Great value for money, excellent location - Perfect location, very good neighbourhood, lots of cafes and restaurants around, supermarkets at 2-3 minutes walking distance. If you go in winter, prepare to use just one aircon for a big flat. It is also on the 3rd floor, so mind your joints if you have huge luggage.
• Lois (1/5): Bad - The location was quite good and the host was great. Neighbour was scary. The neighbour on the floor below harassed and intimidated us every single night. He wrote notes on our door, came and followed us when we were walking out the apartment and was banging on our apartment door at 12:30am at night as we was talking. We felt intimidated by this man. He was irritated that we had a shower at 2am (due to flight times) and began writing notes on the door and threatening to call the police which we found appalling as we were never in the apartment and were certainly not noisy. We also heard him shout at people down the road in Spanish on a Saturday night to keep the noise down as they were at the pub near the location. I felt uncomfortable everytime we had to walk past his floor, as he came out his property the moment we walked near his door. As two young girls I would not reccomend this property to others due to the neighbour. The location is very noisy as well but this is due to being on a main road city centre.
