The apartment was immaculate, really comfortable and in a perfect location just a short walk from the beach and high street. Everything was well looked after and it had such a warm, relaxing feel to it. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. • Richard (10/5): Very clean and comfortable stay with plenty of beds and space for the whole family . - The property was very clean and spacious with plenty of storage and facilities . The towels and bedding was fresh and very comfortable . Lots of room with all the necessities there , had fans in each room and additional bedding,towels and basics including tea,coffee in cupboards with plenty of cutlery and utensils . Was very well looked after and loved it felt . The host was fantastic and great communicator , will definitely be staying again and in an ideal location with everything in Walton being a 5 min walk max . Hidden gem . Thank you so much for a great experience Spacious, immaculately clean, very spacious and comfortable , very well looked after and everything needed in a prime location
• Jenni (8/5): Very enjoyable and relaxing - The bedrooms and bathroom are a good size, lovely decor and beds very comfy Apartment was very clean and well maintained. TV good size and quality. Netflix included Close to the sea and town centre. Ideal location. The resident in the flat below have pets, birds and there’s a strong smell coming from their apartment. The garden is separate and not connected to the property.
• Wendy (9/5): Walton on the naze April trip - Katy, the host, was very helpful and contacted us to see if we needed anything during our stay which was kind. Apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped so we could cook meals. Location was perfect, close to shops, beach and pier, parking the car was no trouble and for those travelling by train the station was a short walk away. We all enjoyed our stay, would certainly recommend to any one coming to Walton on the naze. No issues.

• John (10/5): Like being at home whilst exploring a new area. - Gr8 location for beach and hospitality within a 2 minute walk. Lovely spacious bedrooms. Warm even when -2 outside. Street parking a bit of a lottery however car parks nearby.

• Jayne (10/5): Comfie, close to sea, very clean and well equipped. Would definitely come back. - Great location, 2 min walk to the sea. Lovely little seaside town . Katy was very helpful with recommendations and very quick responding to any questions. Excellent accommodation, comfortable beds and very clean. Could have done with another sofa as there was 6 of us. But we managed well. Parking on streets was non existent, but the car park was very close.
