• Nicola (10/5): Perfect stay - Bella Elia is a lovely little apartment, it is very well equiped and everything is brand new. It had everything you could need including coffee pod machine, washing machine and the best cable tv I’ve had in Croatia with lots of English language channels. The location is perfect, 2 minutes to the old town but very quiet. Elia’s mum Elda lives next door and facilitates check in and out. She met me on the street as the entrance is at the back of building. She even insisted on carrying my very heavy suitcase up to the 2nd floor. She stored my luggage on the last day and brought my bags down again. Highly recommended! Nothing it was perfect

• Catalina.St (10/5): - Departamento super completo en cuanto a instalaciones. Pudimos lavar la ropa, cocinar sin problemas. Elia hasta dejo un set de costura que nos salvó 🙂 Excelente ubicación, justo debajo hay un supermercado grande y estas a 15min de la terminal de ferries. Nada. Todo excelente

• Maria (10/5): - Estaba super equipado y además espacioso. Muy recomendable. Aprovechando que tenía hasta lavadora (punto muy positivo) sería interesante que ofrecieran detergente, ya que es difícil llevar en la maleta por los vuelos.
• Julia (10/5): - The apartment is fully renewed and has everything necessary for a short stay, including fridge, stove, AC and washing machine. The area is lively and safe, and the house was quiet. The port is a 15 minute walk away and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and kiosks right as you get out on the streets. Communication with the host was effortless and friendly. I would recommend this apartment for someone or a couple that wants to enjoy the vibrant city, but appreciates quietness and functionality of the apartment.

• Jolan (10/5): Convenient, nice, clean, with a huge bed and air conditioner, would definitely recommend ! - The flat had everything needed for a short stay for two. A huge and comfortable bed, a minimalist but fonctional kitchen, an ironing borad to have neat clothing when going out, in comparing to the price the value was extremly good. The host also provided little guides to visit the city and a little self-made booklet with good restaurants to visit in town for breakfast, lunch, dinner and places to go in the evening. The location is insanely good, you are basically 5min by foot away from the old town and you can reach everything pretty quick without ever having to take any public transport. The drawers of the wardrobe were a bit cranky and we didn't find a bread knive, so basically details.

• Jacqueline (9/5): Great place to stay in Split - - The localisation is great, very close to the Old town and yet very calm and near a supermarket - the apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean and well equiped (laundry machine, ironing equipment, the kitchen) - free parking in Split (but make yourself a favor and don't arrive in Split a weekend evening, it is a nightmare to find a place to park, better in the afternoon and in case of doubt, ask Elia !) - the towels, the shower gel and the little attentions - Elia's kindness and availability, especially knowing we arrived very late due to the ferry and had to leave very early - great communication - you have stairs to climb, but it is still worthing bringing souvenirs in your suitcase ;-) - not related to the apartment but the difficulty to find a place to park the car after 5pm because of the lack of parking spots in the city
