Gean (6/5): Pleasant - I liked that the host had heated the property for us . I disliked that the host ignored my calls and messages. There was iron and we were unable to clean our clothes.

Evemenz (8/5): Nice place to stay when you visit Hemel Hempstead - Lovely modern apartment, provided all the right amenities and location wise it's a walking distance to town. The instructions to check in were clear and concise, and I had no issues getting into the apartment. The parking for the apartment is basically in an alleyway right behind the Salvation Army....didnt feel it was the most safest spot to leave my car and I was also lucky to get a space, very limited on parking.
