- Shane (10/5): Exceptional - Located conveniently to the Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome and we stayed here due to Mt Fuji pickup point. The apartment had everything we needed, good air con, decent enough space for a family of 3 and luggage. Host was very friendly and responsive. She gave us a list of local eateries. Highly recommended .

- Efrain (1/5): Dirty apartment and bad attention from the host. - The area around the location was good The apartment was dirty, we reserved for 6 people but there were only 5 beds and a super small couch not fit for an adult. Only 4 towels. When we contacted the host, he/she told us to go to the laundromat to wash the towels and reuse them instead of bringing extra towels. The apartment had an exit green light that we couldn’t turn off, it seems that it was a cafe transformed into an apartment but unfinished. The entry door had a window but no curtain and people from outside could see inside, we had to put a towel in front of the window. Overall a very bad experience and the host wasn’t helpful at all.
