• KIMBERLY (6/5): I was unimpressed with almost everything about this hotel. - The decor has old world charm. The restaurant was closed due to a special event, but the bar was comfortable for a meal and beverage. I was originally given an interior room (no access to outside air) that was 86 degrees and the air conditioning was turned off at the property as is common with many European hotels before May. Two calls to the reception got me moved into a room with a small balcony that helped with temperature but had two twin beds the were hard and felt like springs were poking me.

• Viacheslav Kroilov (9/5): Uniquely spacious rooms and nice stuff - Very nice and helpful stuff Spacious rooms with high ceilings and wooden floors — quite unique among hotels; you don't feel cramped into the space Facilities start to look dated a bit — e.g., in one of the rooms they replaced the toilet seat with a cheap square one — on the oval toilet bowl (yes, the shape of the seat doesn't match the shape of the bowl). The bathroom floors are slippery, especially in the provided slippers.

Отель очень красивый, уютный и с приятной аутентичной атмосферой. Интерьер продуман до мелочей, всё выглядит стильно и гармонично, создавая ощущение настоящего комфорта и уюта. Особенно порадовали завтраки — разнообразные, вкусные и с хорошим выбором. Это отличное начало дня перед прогулками по городу. Персонал заслуживает отдельной похвалы: приветливые, вежливые и очень отзывчивые, всегда готовы помочь и сделать пребывание максимально приятным. В отеле чисто, аккуратно и комфортно. Номера ухоженные, а ванная комната — просторная и удобная, что добавляет ещё больше приятных впечатлений от проживания. Отель удобно расположен на набережной: до старого города можно дойти примерно за 40 минут пешком. Рядом также есть несколько маркетов, что очень удобно для повседневных мелочей.

Отдельно хочется отметить вкусные и разнообразные завтраки в формате шведского стола — всё было очень аппетитно. С удовольствием рекомендуем этот отель другим путешественникам!

• Nikolaos (4/5): Good to book but without breakfast - A beautiful hotel located a bit outside the city center, but easily accessible by taxi. Peace and quiet, no noisy groups or children. Good Wi-Fi, clean, warm room (we booked a deluxe suite). The room includes robes, slippers, a safe, a coffee machine, a kettle, a mini-fridge, complimentary water, tea, and coffee, all necessary toiletries, a comfortable bed, and a mattress. Additional toiletries are available upon request. Plenty of space, with storage space in several closets. The staff is polite and unobtrusive. The receptionist is helpful and always smiling. Everything would have been perfect if not for the restaurant and, unfortunately, the service there. For the first time, we encountered absolute unprofessionalism from the staff: they don't say hello, don't acknowledge thank yous, don't smile at customers, but instead chat cheerfully, loudly (!!!), among themselves. In the mornings, during breakfast, the waiters would gather in a circle near the kitchen entrance, discussing personal matters so loudly that it felt like a bazaar, not a hotel. One waiter fell asleep right on the sofa, snoring loudly throughout the room. Another waiter, right during breakfast, would take food from trays and eat in front of the customers.

• Aakanksha (10/5): Beautiful place! - Really liked our stay at the Hotel! I stayed with my friends and had a lovely times o. The location is close to flame towers, Baku eye and other attractions. The rooms were as shown in the pictures. We were impressed by the aesthetics at the lobby. Would recommend ✨ Had a little hiccup and a booking issue with the night manager but that was sorted out the next day efficiently after bringing it up! So kudos to the manager for taking care of the issue in time.

После заселения администратор Валерия несколько раз звонила и узнавала , комфортно ли в номере, понравился ли номер. Это очень впечатлило. Тех.персонал убирались отлично, они как серый кардинал , их не видно , не слышно - но эффект Золушки! На счет интерьера : гостиница до каждой мелочи напоминает классические дома купцов, эти красивые детали и ковры , ах какой паркет - одно удовольствие находится в отеле. Отель находится напротив площади большого Флага Азербайджана. Локация идеальна , напротив крутой ресторан Мангал 20 метров. Спасибо еще раз , буду всем советовать и сами будем приезжать Наверное шумизоляция , просто у меня соседи были с детьми. Ах да , кофемашина с капучино и латте не хватало .. Хотя это все мелочи , можно и за углом попить в кофейнях .

• Kamran (10/5): Would definitely stay again!.. - Not at the center but at a very good location , close to seaside boulevard, yarat art center, some classy restaurants.. the building is historical and beautiful .. staff is very helpful and especially Mr Amal was very kind, and they make sure that we had a great time.. breakfast was ok.. The heating of the hotel and rooms was too much for me.

• michael (10/5): - ‎ אהבנו הכול – המיקום מצוין, המקום נעים, יפה ומטופח, והאווירה פשוט מושלמת אנחנו רוצים לפרגן מכל הלב לצוות המדהים של המלון. מהרגע הראשון קיבלנו יחס חם, אישי ומקצועי, עם תחושה אמיתית שאכפת להם מאיתנו ודואגים לנו להכול – בכל שאלה, בקשה או צורך. תודה מיוחדת לבחור בשם ז’מל, שהיה פשוט מדהים, אדיב וזמין, ודאג לנו לכל דבר קטן כגדול – כולל שדרוג לחדר יפה במיוחד, מה ששדרג לנו עוד יותר את החוויה. זו הייתה אחת השהיות הכי טובות שחווינו – ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמגיע לבאקו. אין ספק שנחזור שוב ❤
