Dediu (9/5): - Locația este liniștită, iar camera a fost exact ca în poze: curată si spațioasă. Patul a fost confortabil, iar utilitățile au funcționat perfect (Wi-Fi, apă caldă). Personalul a fost foarte amabil și ne-a oferit toate informațiile de care am avut nevoie. Totuși, am avut o experiență neplăcută cu parcarea. Deși clădirea dispune de locuri pe mai multe niveluri (0, -1, -2, -3), faptul că locurile nu sunt alocate per apartament și se poate parca la grămadă pe oricare loc cu plăcuța „SINAI” face ca găsirea unui spațiu liber să fie o provocare. În fiecare zi am avut dificultăți majore, ajungând în unele momente să pierdem și 35 de minute doar căutând un loc. Un alt inconvenient este ca etajele nu sunt conectate între ele prin interior. Pentru a verifica dacă există locuri la alt nivel, ești obligat să ieși cu mașina în stradă, să conduci până la următoarea intrare, să introduci codul la barieră și tot așa pentru fiecare nivel în parte. Ca sugestie, pentru a evita acest stres și pierderea de timp, ar fi ideal ca fiecare apartament să aibă atribuit un număr fix de parcare încă de la check-in. Acest lucru ar rezolva complet problema și ar ridica considerabil calitatea serviciilor.

Cimpeanu (10/5): - Am avut o experiență excelentă la Sinai Apart. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, spațios și amenajat modern, exact ca în poze. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și atent la toate detaliile, iar check-in-ul s-a făcut rapid și fără probleme. Locația este foarte bună, liniștită și aproape de punctele importante din zonă. Patul a fost confortabil, bucătăria bine utilată, iar atmosfera generală foarte plăcută și relaxantă. Recomand cu mare drag pentru oricine caută confort, liniște și servicii de calitate. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Andra ND (10/5): Foarte dragut - Locatie draguta, apartamentul dotat cu toate cele necesare. Mi-a placut privelistea si patul care e fost foarte confortabil. As fi apreciat mai multe pastile pentru masina de spalat vase, macar una pentru fiecare zi de sedere. :) Este putin cam departe de centrul Sinaiei, cam 40 de minute plimbare pe jos, desi cu pasarela suspendata este o incantare, insa cu copiii poate fi dificil.

George (6/5): Păcat de investiția în anumite produse premium. - Păcat de investiția în anumite produse premium. Am revenit pentru a doua oară la această gazdă, de data aceasta alegând un penthouse pe două etaje, cu două dormitoare și living. Din păcate, experiența nu a mai fost la fel de plăcută ca prima dată, când am stat într-un alt apartament. Saltelele paturilor sunt foarte incomode, mult prea înalte și extrem de moi, ceea ce a dus la dureri serioase de spate. În living lipsesc aproape complet prizele, existând doar două la blatul de bucătărie, ceea ce este foarte nepractic. Baia de la parter este, de fapt, una foarte mică de serviciu unde nu poți face dush, iar cea de la etaj degeaba este mare că are o baterie nefuncțională din punct de vedere practic și nu există nicio poliță pentru obiecte personale. Dormitorul de la etaj este deschis, fără televizor, iar zgomotul din living se aude foarte clar. Iluminarea în întreg apartamentul este slabă. În ultima seară am avut vecini de pereți, se auzeau inclusiv când urcau scările sau foloseau prizele. De asemenea, în fotografiile de pe Booking apare un fotoliu confortabil pentru relaxare, însă în realitate acesta lipsește. Per total, sunt dezamăgit de experiență. Consider că prețul cerut nu reflectă calitatea serviciilor oferite.

Dana (9/5): It was a comfortable place to stay. - The property ia clean and beautiful as it shows in the pictures. It is warm, with a nice view and spacious. Everything was functional and well kept in place. Due to the fact that the period was extensive I truly felt the need of a microwave and tea kettle. I did use the oven to heat things and a normalpot to boil water for tea but it is not the same and it doesn't get easy in time.

Parking space was onpoint also. Second time I stay here and felt really great. Pillow was to soft for me and bad not the most comfortable.

Are o parcare subterana si se poate intra in boc doar din acea parcare....eu sunt claustrofoba si am avut o panica...trebuie trecut etajul, parcare, nu dupa ce platesc.. apartamentu este curat dar pana sa ajungi a el, un om caustrofob poate intra intr un moment de panica. Nu m am simtit deoc confortabi, pe langa ca la etajul 6 erau niste tineri care au facut galagie pana la 3 dimineata, muzica tare si in utimul rand salteaua, groaznica!

A fost o plăcere să servesc cafeaua (oferită de gazde) din balconul mare și acoperit, care oferă o priveliște superbă. Curățenie exemplară! Comunicarea cu persoana de contact a fost foarte bună și utilă. Având în vedere condițiile oferite și prețul foarte accesibil, ar fi rea intenție să menționeze cineva un aspect neplăcut pt că nu există.
