- Makamu (3/5): - Location and most amenities are great. Obtaining the keys was quite challenging. I spent a long time waiting for the concierge to drop them off, and the communication throughout the process was not very good. In the past, I had a similar bad experience working with Propr regarding key delivery and communication. The carpet was dirty, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. The scent diffuser was empty and had no batteries, so I had to buy my own cartridge and batteries.
- Annelize (6/5): Pleasant - Beautiful view Mattress needs to be replaced. Extremely uncomfortable bar stools on balcony. Security gate broken, was a big struggle to lock and unlock.
