• Müge (9/5): Temiz, konforlu, güvenli ama biraz turistik noktalara uzak - Konforlu yatak ve oda, banyolar ve mutfak temiz. Otelden merkeze ulaşım tramvaylar Aralık 2025’e kadar hizmet vermediği için otobüsle oluyor. İstasyona gitmek rahat ama diğer otobüs numaraları çok sık gelmiyor. Eğer bu yıl gelecekseniz bu durumu bilmekte fayda var.

• Ajna (10/5): - We received very detailed instructions about how to enter the property which was super helpful. Our room was modern, spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed how comfortable the beds were! There were two shared bathrooms and only a small number of guests so we never had to wait our turn to use one. We didn't really use the balcony much because the street was quite noisy, however, the windows were insulated well and it did not bother us once inside. This is certainly a place I would want to stay at again!
• Kristýna (10/5): Beautiful place to stay in Rome - - Modern, clean, and extra spacious room that felt like a studio itself. With balcony :) - The free drinks were an extra touch. - There are 4 rooms in the flat and two bathrooms, but we did not meet anyone during our stay. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Did not have to wait once for the bathroom. - The host sent us through instructions and tips, which we appreciated. - Towels included in the price. - Supermarket and tram/bus station in front of the property. The upstairs neighbours were a bit noisy, but we slept okay. Location ok, but around 30-40 mins to the main attractions (around 25 min to Termini).
• Tereza (9/5): - Ubytování bylo bezvadné, i když jsem se trochu bála sdílené koupelny. Nakonec to ale ničemu nevadilo. Pokoj i koupelny byly čisté, postel pohodlná. Lokalita je fajn, na nádraží Termini to trvalo 15 minut, i když ráno byla někdy tramvaj dost přecpaná. S ohledem na cenu není asi co vytknout. Kuchyň byla vybavená, člověk by si mohl připravit snídani, ale to jsme nakonec nevyužili. Na jídlo jsme jezdili do centra, takže restaurace v okolí nemohu posoudit.

• Guest (9/5): Krásné ubytování 20 minut od centra, ale na velmi rušné ulici. - Výborně vybavený byt - kuchyně skvělá. V ceně káva, nealkoholické nápoje, sůl, cukr, marmelády, med, koření atd. Moderní koupelna se sprchovým koutem, dvě na čtyři pokoje absolutně dostačující. Obchod ihned přes ulici od zastávky MHD, kterou jste za 20 minut na Termini, 30 minut u Kolosea. Bohužel je byt na velmi rušné ulici, takže nešlo spát s otevřeným oknem (na pokoji je sice klimatizace, ale ta je také poměrně hlučná), takže pokud někdo špatně spí v hluku, toto není ubytování vhodné pro něj.

• Elena (1/5): - I don’t understand the high rating, because it’s not deserved. We only found out that the bathroom was shared just a few days before our stay. This is not acceptable. Nowhere else in the world, in all my travels, have I ever encountered something like this. The problem is that the money is non-refundable. It feels like a scam, and I did not expect such behavior from the Italians. A complaint should be filed with Booking. The only good thing was the cleanliness, nothing else. In the morning when we woke up, we found dirty dishes in the sink, left by the other guests staying in different rooms. The fridge was full of food, so there was not even one shelf available to place a bottle of water. The neighborhood is dodgy and far from the center.

The kitchen had everything needed, we like a cooked breakfast, so it was no problem to make our own food. Easy to catch the tram very close to the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We received detailed instructions from the host how to enter the building and the apartment, as well as other information about the neighborhood and how to get to the accommodation from Termini station. Communication went great. The accommodation was very clean, as well as the room we stayed in. It was spacious and clean. Everything seems new and renovated. There is a shared kitchen, as well as two shared bathrooms, which was not a problem for us. Also, the host offers free drinks (water, juices and coffee). Nothing to complain about

• Kelsi (10/5): Exceptional - The room is so cute and clean and looks exactly as advertised. There are shutters that can be pulled over the windows to make it extra dark and quiet at night. Property owners were available to answer our questions about accessing the property. There was even a list of local food recommendations and directions for getting around Rome. The bed was also super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. It is a bit out of the way for sightseeing, but we were super close to a lot of good local places. The bathroom is shared.

And location - you have to change 3 lines to go to the Coliseum but you have lovely restaurants in the neighbourhood.

• Radu (10/5): Great place, clean, aesthetic and with attention to detail - The stay was surprisingly well prepared. Great attention to detail, the house holder is Nice and Gentle, willing to carefully help in any situation. The place is clean, well designed. It is easy to access. As soon as we arrived we were surprised by a couple of prosecco glasses and a mini bottle, to celebrate our arrival. They offer the breakfast, and the kitchen has all sort of tools to cook. The bed is comfortable and cozy! They also have a vacuum and an Iron, for any situation! We are really satisfied by the experience, highly recommended!
