• Stefan (8/5): Sehr empfehlenswertes Apartment für Selbstversorger, für private und berufliche Zwecke. - Die Lage ist toll - vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar, zahlreiche Öffis in der Nähe. Über die Straße gibt es eine nette Kaffeebar mit gutem Essen, in der Nähe auch Frühstückslokale/Bäckereien und Supermärkte. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Kaffee (Espresso!) und Tee stehen ebenfalls bereit. Die Hälfte der Nächte war es im Apartment 2 sehr laut, obwohl ich die Fenster geschlossen hatte. Apartment 1 ist dafür in Ruhelage.
• Andreas (3/5): In der Nacht laut und unbequem zum Schlafen. - Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Das Bett gibt bei jeder Bewegung ein lautes Geräusch von sich. Die B-side Bar direkt an der Unterkunft spielt Techno-Musik mit dröhnenden Bässen bis 03:00 Uhr. Alles sehr hellhörig und dazu auch viel Straßenlärm.
• Šárka (8/5): - Good location in the centre. Clean and with everything you need. Definitely bring earplugs. Good ones. :) But I guess it is a problem of most of city centres.
• Kaltmann (8/5): My husband and I had a great time at this apartment. It was easy to do after hours check-in, clean, great location. Woul - Clean property, great location. The location was incredible, so close to everything, within walking distance.
• Мехмет (10/5): Overall, my stay was pleasant. The property is very well-maintained and clean, with uninterrupted hot water, which reall - I generally liked that the facility is well-maintained and clean, there is uninterrupted hot water, and you feel at home. The things I didn’t like are that the curtain in the room doesn’t cover the entire window and is too short, which causes too much light to come in when it gets bright in the morning, making you wake up earlier than you normally would. Also, since it is in a central location, the noise from the cars on the street and from nearby entertainment venues comes in quite a lot, which is a downside for people looking for a quiet environment. Because of this, you end up having trouble sleeping.
• Elena (8/5): Insgesamt sehr gut - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, man ist schnell bei Omonia und hat auch gute Restaurants, Cafes usw in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Grundausstattung zum Kochen und für Kaffee/Tee. Wenn etwas wurde mir gleich geholfen. Preisleistung war auf jeden Fall gut. Nachts hört man etwas die Geräusche der Straße, am Wochenende vom Nachtleben. Wer einen ruhigeren Schlaf hat, dem helfen Ohrstöpsel. Die Deckenbeleuchtung der Wohnung ist sehr hell, für Abends habe ich die Lichter beim Bett woanders hingestellt. So hatte ich eine gute Beleuchtung.

• Diane (8/5): Well located, comfortable apartment near metro station!! - Well located apartment near the metro with a comfortable bed and good ac. The check in time on Booking.com says 2:00 pm but the owner said 3:00. I appreciated being let in earlier than 3:00. The kitchen is very basic and needs at least a corkscrew!!
• Simon (8/5): Spacious central apartment - Spotlessly clean, central location. Price good. Enough amenities to self cater for a short stay including fridge and air-conditioning. Spacious. Access and security were good. Nothing to do with apartment but the club noise below was an evening lullaby. Bring earplugs!

• Kokaia (6/5): If I knew that there was no daylight in the apartment I would not rent it at all. - Location was the only good thing about this apartment. It was clean and quiet. There was no sunlight in apartment at all, only one window which was looking directly on opposite building wall which was to close to the window. It’s too dark in this apartment that you can’t tell if it’s day or night until you check your phone/watch. No ventilation, just some little window in toilet and nothing to dry your wet towels or clothes on. AC is directly above the bed so it’s uncomfortable at night.

• Jussara (10/5): Best place to be in Athens - Nikolas is the most amazing host. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. I felt like I was home. When I arrived, he had left me coffee and water, which I totally needed. The area has many restaurants, pharmacies, and markets around. Not once did I feel uncomfortable there. The air conditioner was very necessary during those hot days. The shower is great, and the apartment has the perfect size. The instructions to enter were clear, and Nikolas is very quick to answer the questions (and I made many 😅). I really recommend this place!
• Sheryl (7/5): Great location but noisy - Clean and comfortable room. Nice big space with a couch and small dining area. Great to have access to a washing machine. Short walk from the Metro. Close to a supermarket and there was a restaurant at the bottom of the road. Great to have the coffee machine but could have done with a few more capsules. I stayed on a Saturday night and the music from downstairs or somewhere very close, went on until after 3am. The next night I had two people talking outside the window in loud voices until after 1am so unfortunately it wasn't a peaceful stay. Earplugs would probably help to a degree.
• Izula (5/5): Passable - Ok If you come to Athens to explore the city, then the apartment in which we were acceptable. We went out quickly and returned late and so much to stand it. However, for a long time, unfortunately, there is no comfort. The bed is not comfortable, a shower and toilet in poor renovation. And worst of all are a lot of mosquitoes which .o and this scary view from the window. Unfortunately, we will not go back there.

• Dejan (1/5): Please avoid - These facilities need to be upgraded. Currently it looks like construction site, unfinished apartment at best. It is in office building, so terrible noise during office hours. Bathroom has no ceramic tile, so mold is very present on wals. It has no natural light at all, due to the fact that it is facing inside the building. Not even fresh air can circulate sufficiently. Only bugs and mosquitos can come in in large numbers. Chairs are dirty and foreign hair is present in kitchen sink. I didn't use air-conditioning but it is at least 25 years old.

• Nathan (9/5): It was an excellent city break and the Mamma Mia Appartment made it our stay comfortable and convenient . - Its proximity to attractions being at the city centre. There were not any outside areas.

• Alwin (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic base for a athens city trip. The location is near the center. All the classic tourist spots in the city can be reached by foot. Exarchia is an amazing district on its own, with many bars, vinyl stores, street art... The bar B-side is around the corner which was pretty loud. There are 3 apartments in one flat. The apartment 2 is designed cosy in classic greek blue and white. Little kitchen block, good mattress, bed is bit shaky tough. Nikolai was very kind and helpful. Even helped me out with a nice neighbor at 5am.
• Miroslaw (8/5): Very good - The localization was really good. Contact with the person also was great. All the time answered my questions. Apartment is very nice and cozy and warm during the winter what is important The curtains need to be a bit wider because on the morning apartment is very bright inside. The another thing is missing pans in the kitchen at least just one for example to warm up the milk for the coffee or something like that
• Elior (10/5): Exceptional - Very convenient location in the center of Athens. The room was perfect, very clean and everything was fully functional. I was impressed by the decoration which reminded me of a room on a Greek island. Nicholas was an excellent host. The next time I come back to Athens, I will definitely make a reservation for the same apartment.
• Stavroula (10/5): Awesome stay! VfM - The decoration was very nice, has an Aegean aesthetic. The apartment was big, very clean and comfortable. Nicolas(the host) was very accommodating and friendly. Nice location in the center of Athens, next to Exarchia, many unique places near by for food and drinks.
• Dona (10/5): Exceptional - The check in and out went very smoothly although we arrived very late from the airport on our first night, the owner did his best to welcome us in to our room. The location was perfect in the Athens city centre and just walking distance from coffe shops, super markets, restaurants, bus, Omonia or Panepistimio metro station 500m away etc Our room had air conditioner, a big fridge, an air fryer and a coffee machine too. Also there is a shared washing machine, iron and an iroan board. The air conditioner was a bit noisy

• Stefan (8/5): Nice and central apartment with everything you need for your stay in Athens. - Centrally located, clean and well equipped. Nikolas was a very friendly host. Minor problems were all fixed in no time. A keybox or code would be perfect to receive the key, but personal hand-over also worked nicely.
