• Georgios (10/5): - Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Innenhof mit einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang neben der Wohnung der Gastgeber. Das Gastgeberehepaar war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wurden gefragt wann wir das Frühstück haben wollen, und es stand immer pünktlich vor unserer Tür. Wenn wir Wünsche hatten wurden diese umgehend erfüllt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Douro, sodass wir innerhalb weniger Minuten einen fantastischen Ausblick genießen konnten. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub, und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

• Arnaud (8/5): Charmante petite maison avec jardins et hôtes accueillants et garage fermé disponible - Les Hôtes : le fils qui parlait anglais nous a très bien accueilli et les parents ne parlant pas anglais trouvaient une solution de communication (gestes ou traducteurs sur téléphone). Garage fermé disponible. Super petit jardin et belle vue Proximité des voisons (des enfants jouaient dans un appartement situé au dessus). Les trains qui passent en journée (pas entendu la nuit en tous cas)
• Carla (4/5): - La cocina y el baño eran muy bonitas y muy cómodas. Había cochera. Que la cochera estaba descuidada y la puerta no tenía cerradura. Los perros de los dueños ladraban todo el rato y el patio donde estaba nuestra puerta apestaba a pis. Las camas eran de 1.8 de largo así que no cabíamos y las almohadas estaban muy duras. El salón sin luz, sin tele y con sofás incómodos
• Stéphanie (9/5): - L'accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes. Petit-déjeuner servi devant la porte avec des fruits frais. Joli jardin et garage. Proche centre ville. Logement propre et bien équipé. Salle de bain spacieuse. Quelques nuisances sonores dans la nuit comme les chiens ou le train. Petit déjeuner manquait de lait pour les enfants et un peu plus de produits frais auraient été appréciés.

• Paul (7/5): Geräumig und zentral. - Viel Platz in der Wohnung. Schöner Garten. Zentrale Lage Hund im Zwinger eingesperrt und vernachlässigt. Für Tierfreunde nur schwer zu ertragen.

• NFFB (10/5): Exceptional host - The place was spotty clean, with everything you could need. Everything was neatly arranged, and the hosts were going out of their way to accommodate us. They also allowed to keep our motorcycles on the garage, which was a definite plus. There is an interior garden that seemed quite relaxing, even though we did not really benefit from it, as we were just staying the night on a trip.
• Jose Antonio (6/5): Convidativo mas pouco confortável - Gostamos da acessibilidade a casa e estar muito perto do centro da Régua e da atenção e amabilidade dos proprietários em receber nos. Casa de banho grande com muitas tolhas e produtos para os banhos. O preço para 2 casais foi muito convidativo. Não gostamos de ter um comboio a passar rente a casa na zona traseira, até faz tremer a casa logo de manhã, dos barulhos da habitação que fica por cima que começam logo de manhã cedo. Dos colchões e travesseiros rígidos e antigos que não são nada confortáveis. Das camas antigas e curtas e estreitas nada confortáveis e com no fundo das camas tem uma beira que mágoa os tornozelos. As paredes são de pladur e ouve se tudo de uma quarto para outro, nada de intimidade possivel. Os pequenos almoços prometidos são demasiados básicos e pobres. A garagem é muita suja, cheia de tralha, falta muito asseio. Os jardins exteriores estão com poucos cuidados e abandonados, podia ser uma zona de lazer muito boa para passar serões a noite. Cómoda da casa de banho antiga e danificada com buracos, deviam trocar. Tem cães junto casa que por vezes tornem se incomodativo mas isso podemos considerar isso aceitável.

Удобные кровати, есть вся необходимая посуда, кофе, чай, вода в холодильнике по 0.5 на каждого, даже положили немного фрукт ( несколько яблок и груша, правда прошлого урожая). Недалеко от набережной и реки, минут 10-15 пешком. Во дворе есть собаки, это не плохо, но у кого есть аллергия-, имейте ввиду.. Дом находится под мостом и когда едет фура тяжёлая, дом трясется. Это нам не мешало, ночью они не ездят(за вечер может раза 4 проехали.). Имейте ввиду, так как первый раз мы испугались звука.. Пожелания-- заменить подушки для сна.

Também foi muito agradável o cuidado dos anfitriões para com o pequeno almoço e a sua disponibilidade para o que fosse preciso. Alojamento bem localizado e perto daquilo que era preciso, com um jardim arranjado e bonito. Cama confortável. Alojamento perto da linha férrea, mas durante a noite não há comboios a circular.
• Andrea (1/5): Die Unterkunft kann man nicht empfehlen! - Gefallen hat uns nur das Badezimmer. Die Küche war ganz gut ausgestattet. Man kann in der Garage der Gastgeber parken. Aber es ist schwer in die Garage zu kommen. Direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Die Lage ist sehr schlecht. Direkt an einer Straße vor dem Haus und einer Bahnstrecke hinter dem Haus. Sehr laute Zuggeräusche. Dann das laute Gebell der zwei Hunde. Die ganze Nacht!! Die Betten sind zu klein. Ich, 185 cm, konnte nicht ausgestreckt schlafen. Die Wohnung war kalt und feucht. Heizen war nicht möglich. Die Wohnung roch nach Hund. Das Frühstück ist eine Frechheit!! Dafür Geld zu verlangen ist beschämend! Von den Gastgebern bekamen wir keine Informationen. Wir mußten nach dem Frühsück fragen. Dann Stand ein Korb mir spärlichem Inhalt, siehe Foto, vor der Tür. Eine Frechheit. Die Gastgeber sprechen kein englisch. Eine Verständigung ist nicht möglich. Bei der Ankunft wurde der Schlüssel übergeben und weg waren sie wieder. Diese Unterkunft hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Wir sind deshalb nach einer Nach wieder abgereist.

Recomendo1 - A casa dispões de todas as condições necessárias para uma ótima estadia, jardim bastante agradável e com uma excelente vista para o Douro. Localização também é ótima, sistua-se muito perto do centro do Peso da Régua, aprox. 10 min a pé ao longo do Douro. Excelente pequeno almoço, com pão fresco todos os dias. A propriedade dispõe de estacionamento privado, o que é uma mais valia , pois não é fácil encontrar local para parquear a viatura na zona. Mas o que mais nos cativou foi a amabilidade e disponibilidade dos anfitriões/proprietários, muito simpáticos e sempre disponíveis para ajudar, por forma a tornar a nossa estadia o mais agradável possível, Resumindo, ficámos com vontade de voltar. Recomendo! Nada a apontar, gostámos de tudo. Excedeu as nossas expectativas.

• Alexandra (10/5): - Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part d’ Humberto. À notre arrivée, il est venu nous ouvrir son garage privé où on a pu stationner notre voiture. En montant les marches de la résidence on a découvert un magnifique jardin. Le logement était super propre et confortable. La cuisine était très bien équipée et la table était déjà mise et très jolie. Le déjeuner nous a été livré à notre porte dans un beau panier à l’heure convenue la veille. Vraiment un super endroit ou rester pour découvrir la vallée du douro. Un gros merci pour le bel accueil chaleureux!
• Adrian (8/5): Nice, authentic Portuguese apartment. - Reasonable location although because of a landslide shutting off the main road into Regua from the West, the re-directed traffic came down our road (but not noisy). Nice spacious rooms that would be very cool in the summer months. Also the garden outside (with seats allowing you to see the Douro) was well looked after. Given the price we were not expecting much for breakfast, but actually it was not bad at all. Shower was excellent by the way. Large garage to park car. Overall it was exceptional value. Very limited cooking facilities. Beds a bit lumpy. Neighbour's dogs did bark a lot during early evening but thereafter. Not so easy to park in the garage because of traffic flow but did manage it each time.

• Lindsay (5/5): Lovely town but accommodation beset by maintenance issues. - The apartment was spacious with a modern bathroom and excellent shower, set in a nice garden. The private garage was very useful and the breakfast provided very welcome. The family were very nice and tried to be helpful. The property was hard to find. In the absence of street numbers a picture of the exterior would have been helpful. There was no hot water in the kitchen and the fact that there was neither a plug nor a washing up bowl made it hard to wash the dishes. A bowl was provided when we asked. The internet was poor and only worked in the kitchen. The toilet cistern was broken so that the feed into the cistern had to be turned off at the wall between flushes, to avoid the water continuously running into the toilet.
