- Diana (8/5): Un sejur destul de reusit, avand in vedere ca a fost scurt. - Locatia f buna. Curatenia. F bine antifonat - cand inchizi geamurile nu se mai aude de afara. Am vazut 2 zile la rand un super rasarit! Mi-ar fi placut camera sa fie un pic mai mare, balconul era imens. De asemenea, mi-ar fi placut sa gasesc o cana de fiert apa- fiind prima noastra vacanta cu un bebe mic ne-ar fi ajutat.
- Pierre (7/5): It was okay. - It was clean, new, quiet. The bathroom was spacious, the bedroom as well. Location is very good. Breakfast is okay. Its a fine place overall The AC is locked by the admin so you cant adjust temperature. Therefore it takes very, very long for the room to cool down when you start the AC. The receptionist was as cool and nonchalant as one could be. Not rude or unpolite, but the checkin and checkout were done so nonchalantly that I almost didnt know wether or not I was welcome there or not.

- Natalia (3/5): - We really liked Mr Nilan and the gentleman who prepared breakfast. They were very polite and professional, asking us every day if we needed anything. Cleaning service or breakfast service at a high level. Customers enter is through a filthy parking, littered with rubbish. The rear garden is very neglected. The reception door is locked, and you have to enter through the restaurant. Every night, there's noise until late at night; you can't open the window, and the air conditioning doesn't work. We were given a double room with a sea view instead of a deluxe room with a sea view. No one asked our opinion. Breakfast had no croissant, no large selection of fruit, and the same thing every day (not like at the hotel portfolio). However, this is the fault of the owner, who is ignorant and arrogant, not even saying "good morning" to hotel guests. He didn't even ask how our stay was going. There is also a problem with the plumbing; the bathroom stank. The shower had a missing silicone seal, and water leaked out. A lot of to improve, especially for the owners to learn to respect their customers.

Kértünk az erkélyre egy ruhaszárítót, hogy a vizes törölközőinket és a fürdőruhákat lehessen oda teríteni, ne az erkélyvasra amit a sirályok összepiszkítottak! A főnöktől személyesen kérte a párom, de nem sokat törődött a kéréssel, nem kaptunk!

- Dumitrache (7/5): It was good,but we wouldn't have booked it if we knew what we were going to experience. - Very clean,good staff and very responsive to every request. Kinda catfish on the breakfast and also on the beach and other promises made on the site. We didn't have much going on in the morning and were forced to walk a lot to reach a beach with sunbeds and everything else.

- Ioana (8/5): Very good - Great location on mamaia south area. Newer hotel. The air conditioning was hard to operate, the thermostat always read the same number. The carpet everywhere was not the best but its ok. The toilet and sink were very low. The shower water went everywhere in the bathroom due to the design. Also the douvet was dirty and no cover on it. Only provided 2 pillows and thin sheet. Lastly there was no iron or steamer.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed. The bed was plush, the amenities were top-notch, and the views were stunning. But what truly made my stay stand out was the hotel's commitment to providing outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. And a relaxing time at the black sea .

The room was of a decent size and the front terase was huge Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, I was told that there is no house keeping personnel for the moment, most probably due to the fact that we went off season. Also I didn’t like the extra bed, it wasn’t comfortable at all.

- Florentina (10/5): 4* plus stay, great location, amazing price for what you get - Central location - next to many restaurants and attractions, across the street from the beach. The hotel seems under rated at 3 stars, compared to others in the area - it would deserve 4* at least. Great staff, breakfast, furniture and amenities. I was concerned that the pictures were too good to be true, but it was the other way around. Free parking behind the hotel, with enough parking slots - just in case it’s crowdef you can then park in a paid area. Nothing, all was perfect.

- Simona (6/5): Very bad smelling modern place. - Very modern, spacious and clean. When I first entered the room I didn’t’ get to notice how modern and nice it looked. I was immediately hit bad a very bad odour. There was a bad smell from the bathroom plumbing. I closed the bathroom door but when I had to use the toilet it was really bad, I was suffocated by the bad smell even with the window open. When I left for breakfast, the maid cleaned the room, opened the bathroom door and the bad smell went into the whole room. It doesn’t matter how nice it is if it smells like something died in there.
