Masikana (8/5): It was cozy but it could have been better - The efficiency of the staff members. The set up of the room. The tv had DSTV channels so entertainment was there. The restaurant had really good food as well. The water pressure in the showers was very low, the room did not have a mini bar fridge so we could not bring cold stuff along.

Location wise is accessible close to the main road. the problem is the network. I have sinus so the thatch didn't help at all. staff service very great. I love it smell of thatch and the was no network at all.

Shaun (1/5): Unuseable booking - Nothing. Did not get to stay at the place I paid for Inaccurate location and contact information led to not being able to reach the accommodation that I paid for. When I managed to get the correct contact details from another source, nobody answered. This left us stranded in a very dangerous area with no accommodation at night.

Shabalala (7/5): Overall our stay was okay - One lady tried her best assisting us by any means necessary as she also needs to manage the whole place and keep everyone happy. Management can be a little more strict as we had to wait for our chalet as the previous person that was there didnt book out on time and still had to be cleaned. Swimming pool that was very small and way too public as it was in front of the restaurant & bar. Pin location on maps should be updated as it is not where the actual place is and is very confusing. Staff members could be trained for customer service as that was very poor, attendance is good but replying and introduction needs to be worked on

The name was a bit confusing as we were not sure if Ndumo Safari Resort and Ndumo River Lodge were the same… but they are ;)

Sindi (1/5): Too Noisey , guest could play music and never cared abt guest . Worse - The rooms are very hot fortunately there are aircon which is a good , Howver the aircon leaks inside the room , so you could hear tevery drop till morning . Hectic We had nothing for breakfast .. We actually couldnt sleep due to the excessive noise of other guest , which I should assume its securitys responsibility that the place is quite for other guest peace. They were 2 cars parked infront of our window for other guest. May I tell you the nightmare , They played music untill 1h30am , there was a time the car was raved their car at around 00h00. Trust me am quite sleeper , We still had to drive for at 650km the following morning so imagine how much we wanted to rest for the next day drive . We had to leave around 6am because me and my partner got so restless .
