Algo que no tiene nada que ver con el hotel y es que el municipio de Soller tiene una restricción en la zona del centro a todos los vehículos no eléctricos. El hotel te facilita una plaza de aparcamiento ( de pago) para evitar la multa por haber entrado a la zona restringida.

Alles perfekt. Die Anfahrt mit dem PKW war schwierig, da kurzfristig einige Straßen in der Stadt gesperrt waren und Googl.maps damit nicht umgehen konnte. Der Anruf im Hotel war sehr hilfreich, es wurde uns der Weg zur Tiefgarage telefonisch durchgegeben.

• Martin (9/5): Großstadt-Boutique-Flair in Sóller - Ein tolles urbanes Boutique-Hotel im Zentrum von Sóller. Das war nicht, was wir erwartet haben - sondern mehr! Äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr geschmeidiges Personal, großes Frühstücksbüffet und fantastische Lage. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind perfekt geschnitten und eingerichtet... damit zu den wesentlich weniger gewichtigen, negativen Punkten Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind - Südeuropa! - nachts ziemlich laut. Roller knallen oft mit überhöhter Geschwindigkeit durch die Gasse. Das kann man lösen, indem man das vollkommen schalldichte Fenster schließt. Die Zimmer zum Garten hingegen haben einen Badezimmer-im-Schlafraum Schnitt, den wir einfach nicht schätzen. Ansonsten wären sie eindeutig zu bevorzugen. Unter den vielen Kissen war keines, das uns gefiel - gut, dass wir Reisekissen dabei hatten. Schade, dass beim Frühstück viele Fertigprodukte angeboten wurden (Waffeln, Muffins, Pancakes) - hier wäre weniger Auswahl aber dafür lokal produziert einfach besser.

• Mairin (10/5): One of the best stays we've ever had - We don’t usually write reviews, but we felt we absolutely had to after such an enjoyable stay here. The hotel is immaculate - spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Our garden view room was perfect for us, and the complimentary minibar was a lovely added touch. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality options to choose from. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, which made our stay feel truly relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. The location is also ideal - right in the centre of Sóller, making it very convenient if you don’t want to rely on a car or transport all the time. That said, we made use of the hotel’s underground car park for our rental car, which was extremely convenient. We will definitely return :) Couldn't fault anything - it was perfect.

• Andy Camps (9/5): - Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand (geen 5 minuten) van de meeste restaurants in het centrum van de stad. Het ontbijt is uitstekend. Het was nog net iets te fris voor het zwembad, maar dat zag er ook prima uit. De toeristische tram rijdt vlak langs het hotel. Je merkt het wel, maar het is zeker niet storend. Parkeren in de garage (18€ per nacht) is een must als je de auto ergens kwijt wilt. Er is een publieke parkeerplaats vlakbij, maar die staat altijd vol. Naar het hotel rijden is met alle wijzigingen van rijrichtingen in deze stad een serieuze uitdaging. Tip voor Alcázar Hotel Sóller: stuur de gasten vooraf een kaartje met duidelijke instructies. We hebben geen idee waar we allemaal gereden hebben in Sóller, maar zowel de GPS van de auto als Google Maps waren behoorlijk onbruikbaar. Bezorg de gasten een kaart met de huidige situatie. Het laatste wat je in je vakantie wilt is stress om de laatste 300 meter te rijden.

Die Umgebung ist gut geeignet fürs Wandern und die Sauna ist perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Wandertag. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist, wie schon von anderen Gästen erwähnt, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Achtung: Die Stadt hat im März das Straßensystem neu geordnet. Google Maps verwenden!!!

We had room overlooking the road and the 24/7 noise of motor scooters passing by meant that windows had to be kept closed so room got over stuffy.
