• Nick (9/5): Amazing apartment close to Pantheon - Amazing location very close to the Pantheon (and yet in a quietish piazza) Beautiful, new, very clean bathroom. Great shower. Despite hot temperature outside, apartment was lovely and cool with A/C in both bedrooms. Nicola's hospitality was amazing. Met us at agreed checkin time to settle us into the apartment, and met us at checkout time also. Bunk beds in second room a little low / small - but fine for kids. No dishwasher (not an issue), no microwave (would have been nice)

The interior of the actual building is very dated however, the actual unit is pleasantly updated and had everything we needed (including items in the kitchen - olive oil, salt, tea, coffee etc). We especially appreciated the washer/dryer combo. We stayed in other areas of Italy and this was the only location with an actual dryer! We were in Rome during a heat wave (37 degrees daily). Our clothes needed to be laundered daily. I would suggest adding a clothing drying rack in the unit. This was the only challenge for our delicate clothes that could not go in the dryer.

• Constance (9/5): We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at Pantheon Magic House. - Our host, Nicola, was incredibly kind, responsive, and resourceful! He replied to my messages promptly every time. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom in Pantheon Magic House was spacious, and my kids loved the bunk bed in the other room. :) The bunk bed is comfortable, too, but adults may find them too small. My kids are 15 and 11. Nicola provided two suitcase stands, which were very helpful for big suitcases. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a bonus, especially since we had two more cities to visit after Rome. The kitchen was well-equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, plates, cutlery, and more. Some previous guests mentioned the bathroom being small, but we didn’t find it small at all—likely because we’re from Hong Kong and used to compact spaces. Despite being close to many tourist attractions, the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. One of the best Air BNBs we've stayed at. No complaints.

• Kimberly (9/5): Wonderful, would book again! - This was the perfect flat for a 2 night stay in Rome with our children. It was clean, comfortable and had an AMAZING location two blocks from the Pantheon. I would stay here again for a similar length stay. The host was also very accommodating and helpful! Some older reviews complained about the shower size, but as shorter people who have lived in NYC before, we thought it was perfect and it was not a concern at all. The property was a bit small, and for a longer stay (or with 4 adults, versus 2 adults and 2 kids like we had) might not work - especially as there was no living room or hang out space. But again it was perfect place to rest our head for two nights, shower, eat a quick breakfast and then make the most of the day!

The shower is a real let down compare to the rest of the apartment. Brown mouldy tiles need replacing. Make the bathroom look awful.

• Susanna (9/5): Great Location, minutes from the Centre of Rome - Great location, located on level 3. I am delighted to say there is an elevator. We had a car, no parking onsite, but we were kindly recommended and directed to a safe parking station 6 mins walk away. The apartment had EVERYTHING you would need for a comfortable stay! The host is clearly interested in your comfort. It was appreciated. The Shower space is quite small, and a large person would not fit.

The property was clean, the owner was there waiting for us when we arrived, even after a long delay at the airport. I’d stay there again anytime!! The shower is a little small by US standards, but 3 of us (including a man 6’1”) made it work.
• Samuel (10/5): Beautiful Italy - The location was fantastic. Walking distance from many landmarks. Restaurants and shops everywhere. Nicola, the host, was very friendly and attentive. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. We had a great stay and would love to come back someday. There is some street noise at night. People chatting and classical music. We didn't mind it. The music was calming and it's just part of the ambience. It did get really quiet at about 22:00. It's to be expected, you'll be in the heart of the city center. Best place to be!

The location was excellent and the air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it was extrem - Great location, elevator helped get up to the third-floor with luggage, etc., air conditioning worked very well in both bedrooms. The main bedroom king bed was very comfortable. The other bedroom was fairly small but my two adult children could still manage the space. We felt safe and it was very quiet, which made sleeping easy Perhaps no different than advertised, the only living space is in the main bedroom. The four of us did sit at the small table in that room to enjoy fresh tomatoes, sliced with olive oil. We did not prepare any other food. There was one roll and one extra half roll of toilet paper for four people, three nights. The nearby market did have all necessities available for sale .
• Anonymous (10/5): A hidden gem in the best part of Rome. - We had a fantastic stay at the Pantheon Magic House. We arrived early and we’re still given the keys to check in. From the big details to the finest details, the Pantheon Magic House thought about it. The air conditioning kept us cool during the hot summer nights. The location was excellent for visiting all of Rome’s sites.
• Kristina (9/5): Great location without the noise or big crowds of the city center - The location was fantastic and it was wonderful to have a washing machine in the unit. I appreciated having 2 real bedrooms since many apartments in the historic center have 1 bedroom. Coffee pods for the Nespresso were provided. The shower is very small - we are large and it was tight for us. I was traveling with my husband and 68 year-old mother. The second bedroom bunk-beds weren't a good fit for her and she would have liked a comfortable chair to sit in.
• Hyejoo (9/5): If you are not that big person this place is great. We enjoyed staying here. - Great location. Right next to Pantheon, close to Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, and so on. Easy to get taxi for Colosseum and Vatican because there are some at Pantheon always. There are small market next to the corner of the building, and bigger groceries are close as well. The apartment is spacious and clean. They have everything you need to stay. My son loved the bunker bed. The staffs are super kind and ready to help. The daughter of the owner speaks English. Communicated with WhatsApp. They arranged for us a nice minivan taxi to the airport at 5:30 am. (Thanks!) Shower stall was very small. We are average size of asian couple and an elementary kid family so it was okay for us, but if you are tall or big, it could be a problem. Shower door leaked, but I’m sure they will fix it when they notice it.

• Benjamin (9/5): In the beating heart of Rome - Nicola was the lovliest man who met us when we arrived by taxi. The apartment was on the 3rd floor in a centuries old building which we loved immediately as we both love history. The apartment was very clean and neatly presented and very safe as it had a coded entry. A coffee machine with capsules was on hand which we made use of and a washing machine which was very useful as we stayed for two weeks. The Pantheon was literally around the corner. The location was perfect. Although it was in the middle of the beating heart of Rome it was very quiet at night. You could actually not get a better location if you tried. Cleaning items on hand as well as cooking pots, cups etc. No separate living area - the bedroom and living area were one and the same. The shower was extremely small and narrow and the water only luke warm. Probably could have had a couple more towels as only one bath towel each supplied for the two weeks we were there.
