Pour un court séjour c’etait tres bien Il manquait quelques equipements comme un toaster, une bouilloir, et des linges pour essuyer la vaisselle, on s’est quand meme debrouillé mais ca aurait étér utile. La telecommande ne fonctionnait pas.

Le canapé est extrêmement sale avec pleins de taches très étranges qui ne vous donne pas envie de vous y installer. Le rideau également est taché plus quelques petites autres zones pas très propre.
- Marion (2/5): Filthy dirty, no hot water, unsafe - The entire building had a very strong odor, like untreated sewage. The sheets had not been changed after the previous guest left and were dirty. The room was dirty, the kitchen faucet barely worked, the bathtub was dirty and drained very slowly, and there was no hot water or heating (even though it was 25 degrees outside, it was cold in the room). Unfortunately, I had prepaid for four nights, but due to the appalling conditions, I left after only one night. When I noticed how dirty the sheets were, I checked the online reviews again and found negative reviews on hotels.com that had been posted after I made my reservation. Notice how reviews from 2023 & 2024 have been erased. The hotel offered to clean my room and fix the hot water, but given my experience on the first night and the comments I found online, I wasn't convinced that they would solve the problems (clean sheets and hot water are basic expectations in a hotel room). There was no front desk at this hotel, and I discovered in online reviews that there is a lot of theft at this hotel, and I did not feel safe. Refund refused by Hotels.com and the hotel.

The kitchen was not stocked to accommodate 4 people, there were only 2 coffee mugs, only 2 dinner plates. The smaller pots had no lids. There were only bath towels supplied, no hand towels or face cloths. There was only an air conditioner on the top floor, none on the bottom floor of the apartment. It became quite warm at night. The pillows were stained, felt not clean. There was underwear and towels left in the washer (gross). The hallways to the apartment were not very clean. A hot tub was advertised but was in poor condition and not actually ready to use.

- Jan (1/5): Not sound proof or private from the room below 103 that we were supposed to stay in. AVOID. - Nothing THIS WAS THE MOST DISSAPOINTING RESERVATION I HAVE YET MADE. The presentation of this apartment (103) was very misleading on booking.com While the photos may have shown parts of the layout, there was nothing in the listing to indicate that an entire wall would open directly into the staircase of the neighbouring apartment. On the contrary, the unit was described as ‘soundproof,’ which led me to believe that noise and privacy would not be an issue.The apartment at the bottom of the stairway had no walls but only curtains. The consequence was that all their conversations and sounds echoed up the staircase into our room. It made visiting in the l"living room kitchen" are unbearable. That was completely different than the way the room was represented. As you know I requested a refund because I defenitely would not have reserved this room if it was represented correctly. You decided not to refund me but to stick with your cancelation policy which did not allow cancelation of this room. For me that is very poor PR and will be reflected in my review. In the meanwhile I will continue to persue a refund through BOOKING.COM as I feel I need to be compensated for the inconvenience your misrepresentation on their website. I plan to leave a review that will prevent other travellers from falling into the same trap that I was lead into.

- Erica (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE - The towels were dirty and old, the sofa and pillows were covered in stains. Both beds had problems too. One bed had a broken base so the mattress was sliding off to one side, and the other bed was visibly damaged. The bathroom fan was broken with exposed wires hanging out, which seemed pretty dangerous. The floors and trash bin were dirty, and we even found a cigarette under the bedroom chair. The room had a strong food smell and the building was smelling like toilet piping. On top of all that, they changed last minute the room. We booked a two-bedroom apartment and they gave us a one-bedroom claiming it was an upgrade. Please avoid this place, you really don’t wanna sleep here.

Theres a parking garage 10mins awayIt's great if you need a place to crash for a night or two that is easy on wallet. The apartment itself had a kitchenette, dishwasher and washer dryer. We stayed in the 'Penthouse'. It's on the 3rd floor, there's no lift. Wifi is patchy at best. The tv remote didnt have batteries. Basic beds and bedding.

Communication with the host is non-existent (couldn't even find a TV remote). The need to pre-register and give your card number on a noname website that looks like phishing is not helping.

I lasted a few minutes then moved elsewhere, didn't want to ruin my holiday. - I booked this because it was close to where my family live- it was so grim I couldnt stay there - despite its location The apartment is dingy, and grubby throughout, all of the fixtures and furnishings are falling apart. The details stated washing machine in flat - I think there is one in the building but NOT in flat. It also says Electric Kettle - there isn't one. There was a part used bottle of water left in the fridge. The glasses were tiny and dirty, the bed sheets and towels were dirty, stained or a combination. There was a smell of sewage in the entrance hall. The bed half blocks the doorway into the bedroom so would be a hazard at night. The pillows did not smell clean. There are holes in the wall with electrical wires showing. Phone photos make it all look so much brighter than it was.

- Yitzchok (2/5): Terrible experience - I was surprised to find no reception area at my hotel. I arrived during a nasty rainstorm, and needed to shuttle between 2 locations to be able to speak to reception. (From the emails, there was confusion, as to which location my room is located). Finally, I found my room. As soon as I entered the building, I noticed a water shut off notice on the front door of the building, which appears to have been there all day. I booked the hotel room to prepare for a wedding, and there was no water! Management should have noticed the sign on the front door and should have made other arrangements!

- Wilson (9/5): Overall, it was a good stay. - The staff was very responsive and courteous for every concerns. This location was great and convenient for visiting Montreal and nearby areas. Our experience of staying was great. The parking was a bit concern during our stay, because there wasn't any parking available within this premise. Also, the street parking was limited around the neighborhood.

The location was a great neighborhood with very walkable coffee shops and restaurants. Also walkable to Mount Royale.

- Marko (7/5): Good - The place was clean, cosy, and spacious. Didn't overheat with the warm weather. It is on a different location than in the add. The bathroom doesn't have a mirror. The sink in it is tiny. There are electrical wires dangling from the ground. The cookhob is cracked. The rooms do not follow the Montreal fire code. The windows aren't open to the exit but to the living room.
- Sean (1/5): SCAM - this is a dank little dump, traveler beware! - I like being scammed once in a while, it keeps me on my toes. Also, the location was good! We booked a suite that slept 10 with large windows (Room 104). The photos on booking.com (and our confirmation email!) are misleading - this particular room is a dank little basement with open drains in the floor, 4 double beds and a filthy pull out sofa. There was almost no natural light, just florescent overheads and a broken lamp. The TV was busted and there were just a few random dishes - but you can't get to the kitchen anyway if the couch is folded out. No hangers (or even any closet rods to put them on), and you couldn't open the closet doors fully anyway because the beds were in the way. Dusty, nothing had been cleaned in some time and there was a mildewy smell. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. We were given 4 threadbare towels, and no washcloths or hand towels for a 5 night stay (though the staff did eventually deliver more towels and sheets when they finally picked up the phone). We paid $500/night for this filthy little fire trap, I would never recommend this to anyone.

- Peter (7/5): Ok but I wouldn’t go back - It is clean and well appointed and good location The check in procedure was hard to navigate and when I eventually got someone on the phone he was quite rude. When you have to rely on phone reception to check in and there’s no other way to do it then it is quite frustrating especially when you arrive after a long trip.

The beds although low to the ground were comfortable, it could accommodate 10 guests (our 2 extra did bring an air mattress as the couch would not have been comfy). The property was rough around the edges, it could have used a deep clean. The hot tub was not functioning properly, and the jets would not turn on. The kitchen could have been much more well equipped with glasses and utensils for a place for 8 or more guests.

Frustrating that there wasn't a parking spot included, but we were able to find some street parking and use a parking lot 10min walk away. They were helpful and our specific unit was at the back of the building, so quieter as it was farther away from the main street.
- Amanda (4/5): - This property was not as advertised. We were given the access code to our room 1.5 hours after the check in time after multiple attempts to communicate with the proprietor. We were greeted by a filthy front entrance complete with piles of open garbage and empty liquor bottles. The pull out bed was broken, and thankfully we brought an extra sleeping bag as no bedding was provided for this bed. The air conditioning unit leaks. It drips on you if are standing at the counter or sitting at the table. The living space is very small in comparison to other rooms being rented for the same price in this building. The beds were comfortable however, a top sheet to ensure cleanliness would have been preferred. There is also zero privacy both in and out of the unit. If other units turn on the back stair lights this unit is completely illuminated. The giant front window that separates the space from the road offers absolutely no sound barrier. Therefore any noise from downstairs units or street is heard at all hours of the night. Definitely do not recommend this property!

Come with a table and chairs and some eating utensils. The location was very convenient for my needs and was the main reason I chose this place. That it has large store-front like windows exposed to Ave Du Parc, thus compromising the privacy. Also, the stairs are steep. Didn't know how to use the A/C. Also rooms have insufficient outlets.

- Terrie (5/5): Passable - It was close to where I needed to be. The bed was half way blocking the doorway from bedroom to the rest of the room, toilet, eating and sitting area and kitchen. I was continually hitting my toes on the bed leg as I went from one room to the other. It is a safety hazard and a real inconvenience.
