Sands (10/5): Very enjoyable stay - Exceptionally clean Generous provisions of shower supplies, towels, tea, coffee & kitchen needs. Plenty of crockery!!! Location was lovely and quiet, it was just a little too far for our needs, but we knew that prior.
Kimberley (10/5): Was lovely pleasant stay and would use again. - Everything needed was easily available to use loved that were able use a washing machine and go home with no dirty laundry. Also very quite location The main bedroom mattress was extremely hard if it was the same as the one in the room across from the main bathroom would have been alot nicer. Also access to extra blankets would have been nice as we were out of state guess and not used to the colder weather even wearing warmer clothes still felt cold.

We were thrilled to explore the area for potential investment, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The suburb is truly delightful, and the house had everything we needed and more. It comfortably accommodated our family of 5, with extra rooms to spare. It was cold and rainy so we couldn't enjoy the outside BBQ area. But we're eagerly looking forward to returning in the spring and make the most of the beautiful outdoor space. Additionally, the availability of games at the house provided us with hours of entertainment and added an extra element of fun to our stay.
Yunxiang (7/5): Good - The house is new, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check in and out is not convenient, I was told to prepare a cash deposit of $300 before check in.
