• Ulrich (5/5): Ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen - Direkt an der Straße, tagsüber, nachts LKW, Quatsch, Motorrad mit extrem lauten Auspuff ,jede Nacht um die selbe Zeit durch den Ort, die Alarmanlage der Geldautomaten, weckte einen mehrfach, die Putzfrau fängt morgens an alle Zimmer zu wischen, die billigen Plastik Stühle eignen sich hervorragend zum hin und her schieben mit hohen Lärm Niveau! Siehe oben!

• EMMANUEL (9/5): Très bien! - Bel hotel, dans une petite ville touristique au nord de l'ile. Jolie plage à proximité, des restaurants et supermarché. Personnel très agréable, appartements bien entretenus et belle piscine. Bien placé proche de tous les beaux endroits de l'ile. Pour être pointilleux, les ustensiles de cuisine, mais pour le reste tout était parfait!

• Lisa (10/5): Definitely a huge recommendation!!! - The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! The location is UNBELIEVABLE, it’s located between cute restaurants and close to the beach. Parking spots are also available. The breakfast in the accommodation is delicious and has a reasonable price. And we had a stunning view!! The dishes weren’t really clean at arrival so we had to clean them again before we used them. It would also be amazing if there was a basic selection of spices. And there sadly wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner in the shower.
• Divna (7/5): With some improvements to the rooms, it would be worth it for the price that you pay - - Bar open daily. Serves breakfast, lunch and open for drinks. Breakfast is 9-11:30. Lunch is until 4:30 (last orders). Bar open until midnight. There is also a happy hour - Staff can be friendly and accommodating. If you do need something do ask during the day as that is when the owner is around - Recently renovated bathrooms but quite small and shower sprays water everywhere - You get pans, bowls, placed, cutlery and other bits in the kitchen. A small fridge with a freezer inside - The pool is big with most days pretty empty around. Adult only hotel so no kids around. Friendly dog who keeps the guests company! - Very quiet area and you can see the sea from your balcony. You also have a view to an olive garden - Shutters, doors, mosquito net and curtain so light doesn’t come into the room and also you are pretty protected from mosquitoes coming in. Except the crack under the front door, we had to stuff it with towels - Extra pillows in the wardrobe - Aircon works really well - Food is fresh and you can smell it being cooked! - Bedsheets get changed, kitchen towels and towels often which was really nice! The hotel could do with some improvements for the price that guest are being charged, to make it more comfortable and a better experience. The rooms overall could do with a little bit of an upgrade like light switches which clearly caught fire at some point but were never replaced - Our room was quite dirty and was never cleaned properly. A thick layer of dust on everything and the floor was dirty. Top of bed, hairdryer, lampshades… looks like it was cleaned at the start of the season. Under the bed is also very dusty and not cleaned in a long time - Given 2 pegs for all your washing, a few more could be provided - The bed is very hard - There are places to prepare food but no extractor fan for example. No cupboard to put your food away - The hotel’s restaurant no longer serves food at evening time. This is not explicit in the description when booking. We only found out when we arrived - Pool was dirty on a few occasions during the day but cleaned overnight - Very loud water feature which is not relaxing at all. But it was turned off during our stay after day 1 (maybe someone else complained) - Only a hair towel and bath towel. No towel for the bathroom or face towels provided. We had to keep asking for bath mats, doesn’t seem to be a thing which is nothing provided to guests. Bath towel is the size of a hair towel, quite small - You only get 2 sachets of coffee for your whole stay. When asked for more, we were greeted with ‘did you forget to buy some’. Never stayed in a hotel where this was not topped up during our stay so would be good for the owner to make this explicit to guests

Would’ve liked the choice of evening meals as they used to do but understand it’s because of family commitments

O Spiros foi super simpático e amável. Gostámos imenso do bar da piscina e da refeição que fizemos por recomendação do Spiros. Para quem gosta de animais, há dois cães na propriedade, que gostam de vir cumprimentar os utilizadores da piscina, e uma gatinha que esperava sempre por nós. à noite, na porta do alojamento :) Adorámos, e queremos muito voltar!!!

• Jakub (9/5): Nasz pobyt przebiegł bardzo pozytywnie. - Obiekt w świetnej lokalizacji blisko plaży, barów, restauracji, sklepów. Dużym atutem jest basen, restauracja i parking na terenie obiektu. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Pani z obsługi często sprzątała pokój oraz wymieniała ręczniki i pościel. Aneks kuchenny mógłby zostać odświeżony zarówno meble jak i sprzęt. Mimo zarezerwowania pobytu z łóżkiem dwuosobowym otrzymaliśmy pokój z dwoma łóżkami pojedynczymi.
• Hannah (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und vom Balkon aus hatte man Meerblick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! Die küche hätte mit Gewürzen und Öl ausgestattet sein können. Die Unterkunft ist als Adults only ausgeschrieben, jedoch waren häufig morgens früh schon Kinder am Pool wodurch es etwas laut war.

• Miroslava (10/5): - Ubytovanie sa nachádza blízko pláže a obchodov, avšak je umiestnená v bočnej uličke, čo bolo úžasné pre zachovanie súkromia. Personál veľmi ochotní, vždy usmiati. Jedlo vynikajúce a v porovnaní s okolitými reštauráciami aj lacnejšie. Čistý bazén aj jeho okolie, pri bazéne vždy dostatok lehátok, všade plno kvetov. Izby každý deň upratované usmiatou pani chyžnou. Určite sa tu vrátime. Veľmi ďakujeme za nádherný pobyt.

• Tucker (9/5): Repeat visitors to Arillas - It was the perfect get away. Wonderful sea views. Close enough to amenities, but far enough away for peace and quiet. The owners live within the complex and on hand for any matters. The bar staff were lovely as was the manager. Any matters that were brought up were listened to and resolved efficiently. Thank you for a wonderful stay 5* There was nothing we didnt like with the complex. There was a couple next door that probably booked thinking that they were booking Kavos with their music but that was quickly resolved

• Natasha (8/5): Very nice studio stay. - The rooms were a great size with lovely balcony and pool was very nice. Great area, just a short walk from the beach which meant more quiet and peaceful too. We did have an issue with mosquitos getting in through the large gaps under the doors. Eventually used towels to block the gaps and solved the problem.

• Liz (10/5): Wonderful stay in Arilllas at Mathraki studios, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. - The property is so quiet in a wonderful location only a short 10 minute walk to the restaurants and beach. Lovely clean pool area with plentiful sunbeds and sun shades. Bar and food menu available, English breakfast was delicious. Our room overlooked gardens with the sea in the distance and was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a self catering holiday. Staff were very friendly and always around if needed.

• Joanna (9/5): Great, good value and comfortable place to explore Arillas and the surrounding area! - The property is slightly outside of town, although you can hear the live music from the local café. It is relatively basic, but provides a kettle, toaster, hob and fridge with a small oven so that you can cater for yourself. Well located near to town. A short stroll to lots of other cafes bars and restaurants and the beach. The cafe/restaurant is small but excellent. Great food at good prices. The staff are superb. It was a little noisy when the cafe down the road had live music but it finished at 11pm. And you could hear the bar downstairs. Sea view is more of a sea glimpse!

• Mclaughlin (7/5): Very pleasant stay in studios and a really enjoyable holiday in Arillas, apart from insect bites - Pool, Pool bar, outside area, sheets and towels being changed regularly, cleanliness of all areas, private parking area, friendly staff at all times and helpful, air conditioning fridge, hot water, safety deposit boxes, tv, hairdryer, balcony there was an issue with the water system somewhere, sometimes we would hear a high pitched squealing noise due to the water running in another apartment and it woke us from our sleep when it happened..... the shower curtain was too short, caused flooding on the floor in the bathroom .... I thought that we got insect bite during the night so would have liked a mosquito net over the bed and permanently over the windows and the gap under the door blocked with brushes ... freezing cold pool, felt studio was a little tired and dated although all fully functional and clean for our stay

• John (10/5): Fabulous studios - Stayed here a couple of times and each year it gets better, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable, everything provided that you would need for a self catering holiday with a wonderful bar /restaurant serving great food, particularly enjoined the curry evening held every Sunday. There is a fantastic swimming pool also which is immaculately looked after, The staff are all so friendly and help to create a lovely ambiance, the returning guests are proof of the quality of these studios.

The food is good and the pool was lovely, with enough space for all guests. Very chilled out atmosphere. Double bed was just two singles pushed together. There were also a couple of nights were some of the guests were quite loud into the night (around 3 am) in the shared areas.

Pool & pool area were lovely, comfortable and pool bar had lovely breakfast & lunch meals. Beers came in a iced cold glass - delicious. We stayed on the second floor but the third floor had the better views. WE have booked this for next year! Bathroom was a little dated but everything is spotless & works. Very hard to find fault, it is well run and even have a super lovely Labrador called Charlie who makes sure everyone eats their meals :-)
• Yvonne (5/5): needs a bit more tlc - good location adult only lovely swimming pool cold beer glasses the family are lovely although it been renovated the bathroom is dire. The plastic bathroom cabinet is full of stains that can’t be removed as it’s so old and the rest of the bathroom needs completely ripping out. the soul seemed to have gone out of the mathraki and having been on numerous occasions I don’t think I’ll go back while the studios remain the same. The bar on a nighttime was deserted which was a shame because you didn’t want to have a drink and they lost a lot of custom although food is available during the day this stops on a night which was fine for us as we like to eat at different restaurants. However, some people were upset to hear that this has stopped but understand that it must be a difficult decision to make and family comes first. we are in arillas next year but sadly we will be staying elsewhere..

• Shakhnoza (7/5): Enjoyed our stay - The apartment is perfectly located, there are so many cafes and restaurants nearby and the most beautiful beach was 10mins walk. Our room was so clean and tidy, and you have everything on kitchen area. A lovely lady cleaned our room and changed the towels every day. We really loved the balcony with sea view. The staffs were friendly and nice. We truly enjoyed our stay! Due to our delayed flight, we arrived at the hotel at 2am. Noone met us and showed us the room, I kept calling the landlord, no results. Thanks to a couple, who were staying there, came to the hotel right on time and helped us to find our room. It turns out the key was left on the door to our room. Would be nice if we at least have been told by message or by note.
• Elena (10/5): More than we expected - We liked everything! From the location till the view from our balcony. We were worried that the beds will be seperate, but actually this didn't bother us at all. The drinks from the bar were exelent. The service exelent.
• Georgi (8/5): need freshening up - staff were very nice rooms are a bit outdated
