- Robert (7/5): - Die Lage in St. Michael ist gut. Leoben gut erreichbar Wir waren zweimal dort, jedes Mal gab es Probleme mit Türöffner oder der Aufnahme (Buchung nicht bekannt). Da gibt es Verbesserungspotenzial.

- Iris (4/5): Wir würden hier nicht mehr übernachten wollen. Sind total enttäuscht. - Das Zimmer und Bad waren o.k. Die Größe des Zimmers auch. Wir haben ein Frühstück gebucht. Leider gab es kein Frühstück. Es war überhaupt kein Personal da. Am nächsten Tag haben wir eine Nachricht an das Hotel versendet. Bis heute (04.10.23) keine Antwort. Wir möchten gern das Geld für das gebuchte und nicht vorhandene Frühstück zurück. Wir sind gegen 19:00 Uhr am 30.09.2023 angekommen. Alles dunkel. Das Restaurant geschlossen. Unser Schlüssel hing in einem Briefumschlag am Fenster. Jedermann hätte sich Zugriff in das Haus verschaffen können. Wir trafen auf dem Parkplatz andere Gäste, die über Internet ein Zimmer gesucht haben. Lt. Angabe des Hotels seien Zimmer frei. Aber es war ja geschlossen. Die Gäste sind enttäuscht weggefahren.
