• Alison (8/5): Wonderful few days at the beach, unit had everything we needed and walking distance to the beach, pools & restaurant - Location & view. Nico was easy to communicate with.

• Dominique (8/5): Excellent Location - The location is excellent. Nice view from master bedroom. Great value for money. We couldn't find any bin liners or tea towels and no body soap was provided (although shampoo was) - both not huge things but made the stay less comfortable. Reliant on street parking. We stayed during the week and had no problems at all. However on weekends the street parking has a 2hr time limit and I imagine it might be difficult to find unlimited street parking nearby.
• Michelle (8/5): - It was great to spend a few days exploring Coogee from this centrally located apartment. I liked the apartment and would stay here again. Parking is difficult but the apartment location meant we could walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so you need to climb stairs to reach the apartment.
• Peter (6/5): Decent location for a short stay. - Size and location. No air con. Quite tatty. Not enough towels / tea towels. Up 4 sets of stairs.

• Ann (8/5): Had a good stay and enjoyed sitting on the balconies. There is a great Italian restaurant at the bottom of the hill call - Well equipped clean property with lovely balconies and good views. Pretty central and quiet. No laundry facilities.
• Pip (7/5): In general the apartment was tired , cluttered and didn’t seem quite clean enough. - Good location & great communication with the owner/manager The sheets weren’t clean, there are no blinds or curtains in the apartment apart from the bedrooms. The wifi didn’t work despite Nico giving us 3 different options. Great location and and a nice ocean view.

• Andria (10/5): Fantastic location with stunning views - Such a cute qwirky apartment with the most stunning sunrise over the ocean view. Two balconies with seating were a bonus for morning coffees. Fantastic location a minute walk to the beach and from express buses into the city. The host was super communicative and gave great helpful instructions and tips.
• Solic (8/5): Lovely stay in an appartment with sea views and the hills of Coogee. - Location: Walking distance - just a block or two to the beach, shopping and so many eateries and cafes. Up on 3rd floor gave us such great views of the sea and surrounds, day and night. Appartment was very tidy and clean. Lots of live plants was a nice touch. Host was easy to communicate with and sent us photos to assist finding lockbox etc, this was helpful. Good, large beds and comfortable pillows. Good wardrobe space. Windows seemed new in an old building which was excellent considering the views and need for airing out appartment. Had all the basics in kitchen, stovetop was handy as we wanted to do some meal prep. Good size fridge. Great having a bath tub and separate shower. Great having 2 balconies to enjoy the views and fresh air. Great for bird lovers - many large old trees with a variety of birds to be heard, and we witnessed nesting kookaburras and feeding lorikeets. Kitchen - The Kmart square 'air fryer' was not helpful and confusing to try to operate: I wanted toast and there was no option to cook bread. The corner cupboard door was coming off its hinge, should be an easy fix. A lack of window coverings on the north side of the appartment allowed too much heat and light through the house. No cooling, dusty fans only were inadequate, hard to sleep, too hot. I gave this feedback to owner who said that cooling was in the pipeline. New window sills unfinished and need a sealing coat throughout but - especially noted in bathroom when using it as the only shelf for toiletries and products/water are starting to seep in and affect the wood frame. My bedding was great, but family member's bed had old sheets with a very larged stitched up tear that was not comfortable to lie on, and also she thought that the sheets were not fresh. No elevator - I'm fine with stairs but my elderly family member struggled. Finally - I would suggest replacing the cubby style, open shelf unit containing a cluttered mish-mash of clashing bric-a-brac with perhaps something more functional such as more seating or just a smaller bookcase with books - it takes up the whole wall and is just an eyesore to an otherwise lovely old Coogee style appartment. Please also remove the large old suitcase sitting in the hallway as it takes up half the space and I kept knocking into it at night when going to bathroom.

• David (9/5): A fabulous unit, a fabulous location, and a fabulous host! Highly recommended! - THE LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC! Set far enough back from the beach and yet close to the beach shops, cafes, restaurants, and other amenities. The unit gave us a fabulous view of the beach and a bonus view of an exquisite church. Nico, our host, could not have been nicer or more helpful with little queries we sent him. I cannot wait to return here when next visiting Coogee!

The apartment is very cosy and a great size for me and my parents. Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes to the beach and next to all the bus stops to being you around Sydney. Would highly recommend this for your stay in Sydney!

• Thomas (10/5): A beautifully maintained apartment in a perfect location with stunning views and all the comforts. - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Coogee. The place was spotless and very well maintained, featuring a modern kitchen complete with a coffee machine. The bathroom was clean and functional, and the living area was spacious and comfortable. The beds were excellent and the views from the balcony were absolutely unbeatable! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and shops. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing stay in Coogee. The only minor downsides were that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, although fans are provided and were sufficient during our stay. There’s no dishwasher, but all the necessary washing-up supplies were available. Access is via stairs only, but it’s just two flights and wasn’t an issue for us.
• Kalani (10/5): It was a super comfortable visit with a lovely amount of scenery, both inside the apartment and outside. - the location was excellent, somewhat away from the bustle of the coogee nightlife but close enough to have easy access to delicious restaurants and beautiful scenery. everything about the stay was very clean and well equipped, and the host was extremely kind! nothing!
• Andrea (10/5): A peaceful, charming apartment with ocean views, cozy touches, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. - The apartment offers wonderful views and vintage charm. It has two balconies—one with a beautiful ocean view and the other overlooking both the church and the sea. You can see the water from almost every window. Despite the central location, there’s no traffic noise, making it very peaceful. Inside, you feel right at home—it’s cozy, with beautiful lamps and warm lighting throughout. The beds were extremely comfortable with spotless, fresh sheets. We had plenty of towels for both the beach and showers. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including plates, cups, a toaster, and a great coffee machine. The bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub, which was a nice bonus. The host thoughtfully left us some welcome coffee, fruit, and muesli, which was a lovely gesture. The internet worked well, and there’s a washing machine and dryer available in the basement if needed.

• Amy (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the main part of Coogee Beach where Yo-Chi, Fish Bowl, Coogee Bay Hotel, and Woolies sat! Really enjoyed the snacks that Nico provided, was a lovely touch. I am allergic to mosquitos so it was great that there were nets in all the windows and doors. Loved having the balcony, especially the one in the room with the beautiful sea views, was so cool to sit there with the breeze coming in. Bed was super comfortable too! Loved our stay, will rebook if we ever come back

Hope deferred. I miss my God given husband so much… where is he? Isiah 50… how exact! God is here to help me! Thank you, My God! Guide my today’s and tomorrows’. Because I am faithfully yours, God!

• Colin (8/5): Comfortable Coogee stay - Great location and views. Quirky aesthetic. Close to excellent public transport, coffee shops and eateries. Close to Coogee beach and wonderful coast walks. We stayed for a week (part business and part holiday) and don’t regret our decision to stay here Despite being apartment for up to four people, only two coffee mugs provided and three pasta bowls - so a few things missing. Pillows too soft for us. However not big issues
