• Carla (5/5): Nice property but unclean and the stairs down to the door are dangerous - The property itself was nice the decor is cute located in a nice area It was based at the bottom of some really dangerous steep steps and the light for the steps didn’t come on until you were half way down when it was dark which doesn’t help as the top step is the biggest and worst of them all. No where in the listing does it state the steps are this bad. There are areas opposite the front door that are dark and dingy and full of mess and rubbish which brought down the over all look of the property. Unfortunately the property isn’t clean. The kitchen side had crumbs and hair over it and the kitchen sink smells when you run the tap and has yellow slime under the plug. The photos on the listing are clearly old ones as the bathroom is full of mold and yellow mold all round the bath and shower the shower screen base was thick with green where it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long while. There was rubbish from previous users on-top the bathroom cabinet. unfortunately these aspects really let it down and brought the overall property down which is a shame as the property itself is lovely. I contacted the company and they apologised but overall didn’t seem at all interested. I was charged a £35 waiver fee which I was under the impression was necessary to continue the booking but later found out on a reply on someone else’s review it was optional
• Angela (1/5): Don't bother. - The area is fantastic, great location The flat feels like a hostel, beds everywhere, dosent feel like a home. Pots and pans (1small frying pan) were dirty.Microwave dirty, Parking is £6.20 for 3 hrs outside the door and you cannot re-park in the same place, you have to move the car. The nearest parking for longer is 0.8 miles away. The pictures are not what it looks like when you arrive.

L'appartamento è pulito, con tre camere da letto, un soggiorno e una cucina, perfetta e attrezzata per prepararsi i pasti. Lostaff è sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni vostra esigenza. Se avete l'auto dovete parcheggiare a pagamento, ma ciò è inevitabile se l'appartamento è in centro.

• Helen (9/5): Beautiful traditional accommodation in Bath, helpful owners and great location - Beautiful property, very traditional for the area - we loved going down the basement steps, seeing the big old front door and seeing the view from the top of the stairs is great. Enormous living room, very comfy beds and very good kitchen and bathroom facilities. We had a great Christmas celebration in this very cosy apartment, and we even received assistance with the heating on Christmas Day when there was a minor glitch with the boiler not heating up properly! Excellent.
• Susan (8/5): - Excellent location very close to the city centre, the property is spacious, the coffee and tea, milk provided were a nice touch. The wifi was down for the majority of our stay and others had logged out of the netflix - not the hosts fault but needs checking. I was surprised to get a "pre visit certification" email with an additional insurance cost

• Laura (10/5): Great location for Bath - The apartment is in an excellent location, about 10mins walk from the Roman Baths. Its well laid out, accommodating a big group but with space to spare. They left board games, tea, coffee, milk, etc so the attention to detail is really great. Its exceptionally clean, with comfy beds and lots of space for lounging. The staff are very responsive to any questions or queries. This didn't affect our group, however if there is someone with mobility issues the steps down are very steep. Apart from that I cannot fault this apartment

• Venkatalakshmi (7/5): Spacious well laid out apartment in heart of city - Great location, just 10 minutes walk to bath abbey. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The property is furnished b tastefully and is really spacious. Sofa bed was massive and comfortable, other beds not so much as the mattresses were too soft for us. Kitchen was well equipped and overall it was a pleasant stay. Good value for money as Bath accommodation is quite expensive. Entrance and from the outside looks dodgy. The utensils in kitchen need to be replaced they look really old and worn out. Cleanliness needs to be improved. The stovetops were stained and i had to scrub them clean , the wastebin in kitchen was missing a lid and started to stink by the end of the day. Since the place is managed by a company, getting responses after work hours if you need something is not possible. I would also recommend future guests to make sure u shut all windows at night. As it’s a basement apartment, someone can easily get in.

• Daniel (10/5): Great, large space with an excellent location. - The location was perfect, very close to the city centre and the flat is much larger than expected.
• Lauren (9/5): Elegant. Clean. Spacious. Great location. - Excellent location. Short walk to shops. Lovely decor. Clean and tidy. Very spacious for a family of 5 plus visiting family for dinner etc. The washing machine broke but this was sorted as soon as possible by the owner.
• Leanne (6/5): Nice stay but needs proper cleaning and maintenance done to the property. - Good location. Nice size flat. All the cutlery and crockery and glassware needed a wash before use. Mattresses were quite disgusting, very badly stained and old. Is a basement flat with 2 open vaults opposite the front door which is down some stairs from the road. External lights did not work so it was very scary coming back at night. Text was sent to ask for the lights to be fixed. I was told that would be done and 2 days later still not working,
