• Sylwia (1/5): Brak uczciwości, brak standardów, brak szacunku do klienta. Nigdy więcej. Nie polecam nikomu. - Lokalizacja Zdecydowanie NIE polecam. Apartament już na starcie wprowadza w błąd – brak jakiejkolwiek informacji o kaucji 150 €, o której dowiadujesz się dopiero przy tzw. „odprawie”, kiedy nie masz już wyboru i musisz zapłacić. Owszem, kaucja jest zwrotna, ale ukrywanie takich kosztów to zwykła nieuczciwość. Druga sprawa to robienie z gości sprzątaczek. Trzeba wynieść śmieci, załadować zmywarkę, opróżnić ją, ogarnąć mieszkanie… Naprawdę brakowało tylko instrukcji zmiany pościeli — cud, że tego jeszcze nie wymagali. Sprzęty w mieszkaniu niesprawne. Suszarka wyłącza się po chwili i nie da się z niej normalnie korzystać. Prysznic? Żenująco słabe ciśnienie, a ciepła woda to raczej letnia niespodzianka niż standard. Do tego zimno w mieszkaniu, co kompletnie psuje komfort pobytu.. są farelki, ale one nic nie dają. Całość sprawia wrażenie miejsca nastawionego wyłącznie na wyciąganie pieniędzy, a nie na komfort gości. Duże rozczarowanie, strata nerwów i czasu. Nigdy więcej.

• Margarete (7/5): Gemütliche Altbauwohnung - Tolle, gemütliche Altbauwohnung Der Späti unter der Wohnung hat 3 Tage lang Tag und Nacht laute Musik laufen lassen. Diese haben wir bis ins Schlafzimmer gehört. Wir konnten nur mit Ohrenstöpsel schlafen. Uns persönlich haben Haken für Handtücher und ein Kehrbesen gefehlt. Ansonsten war die Wohnung aber super schön.
• T_R_S (9/5): Hyvä asunto lapsiperheelle. - Sijainti oli erinomainen. Lähellä paljon ravintoloita, hyvät kulkuyhteydet, ruokakauppa ja jopa puisto, jossa myös hyvä leikkipuisto lapsille. Asunto oli hyvin tilava ja viihtyisä. Sängyt olivat mukavia. Erinomainen majoituspaikka lapsille. Osassa arvioista on valitettu katumelusta, mutta tämä ei häirinnyt meitä. Tavallista kaupungin ääntä, välillä musiikkia, mutta siitäkin selviää korvatulpilla. Tilasimme pinnasängyn, mutta se ei ollut asunnossa saapuessamme. Valitimme asiasta ja se toimitettiin vielä samana päivänä. Asunnossa oli jonkin verran pieniä puutteita. Astianpesukoneen pesuainetta oli hyvin vähän, osa sen telineistä oli rikki, pyyhkeitä oli hyvin vähän.

• Rozhin (3/5): Would not recommend to anyone. - The location of the apartment was excellent, with easy access to all major landmarks and attractions. The wooden floors were extremely creaky, making it difficult to sleep when anyone moved around at night, especially when using the bathroom. The neighborhood was very noisy. The shower leaked, causing water to run onto the floor; we had to block it ourselves to avoid flooding. The shower water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly, suddenly switching between hot and cold. The sofa beds were quite uncomfortable, and the pillows were of very poor quality — thin and unsupportive, leading to neck pain.

• Irina (7/5): Good - Great location, public transport nearby. The apartment has everything necessary like a dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine .Lots of sleeping options, extra heating. Friendly staff ( only communicated online) Not exactly like in the pictures, but close enough. Lots of wear and tears. Only provided one big towel each and one small one to share, when usually you get a bath towel and hands towel per person.

It was released after a few days after check-out but this would have been good to know in advance but this was never mentioned. Hard to find. The only note that says which flat is the apartment is a note somewhere in the booking system and written only in German. (The flat is on the first floor, door on the right, only stairs available) Windows are facing to the noisy street and cannot be closed properly. Noisy neighbours (loud bass of the music) No small coffe cup (espresso), no sugar The heating was not working properly but at least we got extra heaters after complaining here in booking.com The door of the bathroom stucks The floor has crackling noise During bank holidays there are 3-4 non-stop shops nearby but those are extremely overpriced
• Marlon (9/5): Superb - The property was very clean, spacious and well equipped with the relevant utensils etc. it was a great experience for me. For my next visit to Berlin I will be staying at Rosenthaler Platz again for sure ☺️

• Michael (8/5): For the price, this is an excellent property. - Very spacious, beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean. Location is also near a metro station. It’s on the second floor, so it might get a bit noisy from the street.
• Graham (6/5): Pleasant - When we tried to enter the property the door would not open - we had to call the hosts and they provided the information that the door was stiff and had to be opened with force which was correct and we were then able to enter the property. However, when we entered the property had not been cleaned - everywhere was a mess and there was no clean bed linen or towels. The hosts did order an emergency cleaning team to come and clean the property. This happened within one hour and they cleaned the property quickly while we waited. They then offered the cleaning fee as a refund which I have received.
