• Ganesh (1/5): Visually clean dump - It was visually clean. So much that I didn't like First you approach down a sloping driveway with cars, pickup trucks and wood beams strewn around. Your walk around the garage climb up and down a deck to get to the'villa's' deck and you see both the bedrooms in plain view. You realize you have come to an outhouse/shoddy extension of an already old building in a big lot close to a busy road. The owner has opportunistically clobbered together a 'villa' and is really not into the hospitality scene. You enter right into a bedroom with a bad musty smell. The bedroom leads to a hallway that has been cleverly labeled as kitchenette and living room/dining room all combined into a 10*5 space. The hallway leads to a second room that also looks out into the same deck. Basically it's 2 bedrooms held together by the hallway. The dining room is pretty much a dining table stacked in a corner against a wall in the same hallway. The water coming out of the faucets and shower were light yellow and the owners response was just let it run. It will clear up. We used our own water to brush our teeth and shower was out of the question. We escaped from this place the next morning even though we had paid for 2 nights. The owner wasn't interested in sorting out anything and was trying to upsell another unit next door for an extra 100$. He wouldn't entertain a refund because, in his own words, 'we have had trouble renting out these units.' Duh! There is no thermostat and the place is an oven with a weird unit/fan that goes on and off loudly through the night. The place isn't even cheaper than another unit we escaped to that felt like a welcoming home. Creepy unit which might work if you just need a bed but there are better places around in this moderate demand area. To can this place a villa is an upsell like you wouldn't believe. I hope there no more suckers that fall for this place.

• Phil (7/5): Nice place! - Clean, convenient, beautiful location. The property has a "kitchenette," but it was missing some furnishings we needed: e.g., plates, glasses, bowls. We didn't really enjoy eating and drinking from paper plates and cups.
• Mary (10/5): Great place to stay! - Owners were fantastic and responsive. The place was nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Only complaint was it was a little warm, but owners responded promptly and were not responsible for a heat wave. All in all, great place to stay. Highly recommend!

I was running a marathon the day we needed to check out and wasnt sure we would get back in time to check out at 11 but he was nice enough to let us check out at 12, even asked if i wanted to stay an additional hour to rest my legs after the race and recover! We’ll definitely be reaching out and booking his place again! Would have been better if we stayed longer!
