Всё хорошо!! Кондиционеры работали отлично!! Приехали сюда за спокойствием; прониклись и узнали местную культуру. Совсем рядом Равай и рыбный рынок. Близко до Пхукет-тауна и Большого Будды. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал!! Великолепные завтраки!! Всё свежее!! Благодарим!!

• Elizaveta (8/5): - Просторные номера с приятным интерьером и большим количеством дерева. Уборка проводилась ежедневно. Я достаточно брезглива в вопросах чистоты, но здесь чувствовала себя спокойно и комфортно. В отеле тихо: он расположен немного в глубине от дороги, поэтому шум байков не мешал. Других гостей тоже почти не было слышно. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый, помогали по любым вопросам. Особенно приятно было общение с сотрудниками кухни, клевые работяги) Лично для меня расположение оказалось удобным: отель находится не в самом центре шумной тусовочной зоны, что было большим плюсом. При этом до всех нужных мест я без проблем добиралась на Grab. За свои деньги отель полностью оправдал ожидания, здесь действительно приятно находиться. Единственное пожелание: хотелось бы, чтобы в номере помимо пары кружек были также тарелки и столовые приборы. Иногда вечером хочется поесть фруктов, но без посуды это не очень удобно.

• michael odendaal (10/5): - Staff are lovely and very helpful, rooms are clean, pool is well looked after. If you need anything just ask and they will help you. If urgent comes to something that needs to be changed in tge room or something not working. Will be very hard to find anything this well priced especially with all the extras of a pool, small gym, sauna. Great places to eat nearby too (which is why I keep coming back too), go to bite order a khao soy and thank me later. This is in the divers section of phuket so getting to the pier for dives is very easy too.

Просторный номер, есть всё необходимое, уютный балкончик. По ночам тихо. Рядом есть магазинчики и кафе, остановка автобусов до пляжей недалеко. Приветливый персонал. Забыли про указанный в бронировании тип кроватей, но на следующий день всё исправили. В остальном никаких претензий.

• Georgy (10/5): - Хорошая цена и локация за эти деньги, на байке я ездил до пляжа Ката, Карон, найнхарн за 15 минут. До главного храма Ват Чалонг всего 10 мин, до старого города Old town минут 20. Смысла брать отель у пляжа нет, переплата огромная, а байк все равно придется снять. Поэтому рекомендую этот отель, находится в центре острова. Завтраки вкусные, buffet или шведский стол с большим выбором и свежими продуктами. Видно что отель обновленный, персонал вежливый и видно что старается для комфорта гостя. У нас даже было видно море из номера Все ок

Пришлось тащить чемоданы на 3 этаж без лифта, вайфай каждые 10 минут отрубался и постоянно нужно было заново вводить пароль. Расположение неудобное, рядом почти ничего нет, а если вызвать такси так пробки гарантировано на 40+ минут. В номере были насекомые и ящерицы. В номере не было настольной лампы, вентилятор скрипел, горячая вода почти не работала

• Dean (8/5): Nice, basic, clean hotel with friendly staff - Easy to come and go with plenty of on-site parking if you have a car or motorbike. Secure. Friendly staff and daily cleaning of the rooms. It was relatively quiet while we were there (off season) so we hardly saw our heard any other guests. If i had to pick anything, it would be that the beds were a little hard for my liking, but this is just a personal preference. After three weeks, I was used to it. Also, Chalong isn't a thriving hub of activity like some areas in Phuket. If you're here for any length of time, the local restaurants (which are fine) could get a little repetitive. The hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant.

• El (9/5): Superb - The location and the cleaning , also the stuff, 10/10 The A/C in the room was very cold 🥶 and the remote is not working. You can't adjust the temperature you need to turn on manually and off manually because there is no option to adjust the temperature or fan speed because the remote is not working However, it didn't affect our stay it's not that big deal.

• Mark (9/5): Fantastic holiday - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day. The hotel is situated on a busy main road but set back and quiet. If you hire a scooter it is an easy access point to other areas such as Rawai ,Nai Harn and Karon. Chalong peer is just opposite with some nice restaurants. I feel it’s a good location and not as expensive as the main beach areas That I couldn’t stay longer

Very noisy as you can hear the people on top moving around. Shower was disgustingly filthy. Did not have view as it the pictures, very difficult to locate. We booked 2 nights but stayed 1 because it was not worth it.

• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - The room was really big and comfy, the bed was huge and comfortable. You have a desk and a small fridge, the bathroom was nice as well. The location is ok if you wanna visit old town.
• Sofia (8/5): Comfortable group stay - Incredibly helpful staff who greeted you every time they saw you. Even rented our motorbikes from the hotel itself. Room was cleaned everyday though the floors become quite slippery after. Had loads of channels from different countries. Comfortable stay for the price you pay. I didn’t regret my stay. No hotel restaurant/room service. Pool was a little under-maintained.

One room in the apartment didn’t have a window which was a bit depressing. Good service, water every day, nice staff and great pool area. Close to Chalong Pier. Need a motorbike to get around and to the beach. Not all rooms have windows.

• Alice (6/5): Too far from fun, but a nice enough stay - The property its self was nice, the rooms were spacey and the air con was very cool. Free access to the gym & the staff was friendly. The doors didn’t close to the balcony, which meant we tied them together with my bikini for security purposes. Some of the sun loungers were leather which isn’t the best in 33 degree heat. The location was so far out, I’m not sure how we ended up booking the hotel but it was costly to get to places.
• Monika (4/5): Disappointing - Not expensive but not good. Better to pay more for any other. The hotel overall is old and outdated, the furniture is not in a good gondition, needs renovation. The staff was nice as usually in Thailand but their English was very poor. When it comes to problems and solutions, they just apologize "sorry, madam sorry, this is not dangerous..." Communication mostly via translator. I came late in the evening. The first room was a dissaster - it was not expensive so my expectations were not a 5* but the curtain was completety dirty - not a single stains but all over. There were marks of usage and scratches on the wardrobe and furniture with broken wooden parts. Wardrobe smelled as mold. Also stains on the cellar of the batroom... and when I flushed the toilet the water gone out on the floor partly. So I required another room. The secound one was better but anyway with outdated furniture and needs new painting of walls. I expected a king-sized bed with one big mattress. In both rooms it was 2 pieces of 90cm mattresses put together. The card holder in the room had a terible flash light in the night - blinking very uncommonly. I was worried if the electricity is ok in the room... I have stayed in many hotels and normaly there is no blinking in the card holder. The pool was smaller than seems to be on the photos (this would not be a major issue for me). Even arm chair with holes in the upholstery in the lobby? Screams I need to be replaced and renovated!

Got two boxsprings with a mattress topper to sleep on (no actual mattress on bed) no available breakfast, fridge freezer unusable due to ice buildup. Worse hotel of our stay in Thailand during our three week holiday

• Gracious (8/5): Had a pleasant stay - The property was at a convenient location. Very obliging and courteous staff. The stay was pleasant. Swimming pool was well maintained. Though the property was on the road the traffic and other noises didn't disturb. The room had a microwave and a fridge. Actually expected the mattress to be one like a queen size but there were 2 mattress joint together, that caused them to seperate. No complaints other than that
• Jako (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very sweet and really helpful. The facilities was great, specially the pool area, great for a good cooling down after a hot day of fun. Bed were great very clean and comfortable. Truly enjoyed our stay.
• Steve (9/5): Superb - Very friendly staff, nice facility, decent gym right next door at a fair price. Not terribly far from the Chalong pier. That they don't usually give you a spare door card. And without the card , the air conditioning as well as all the plugs and lights in the room are non-operarional. Which means,there's no way to charge things like your phone or other devices unless you're in the room. Also since the A/C will only work with the card, you have to keep coming back to a hot and humid room every time you go out for the day. Fortunately, the staff allowed me, upon my request, to get an additional card. The shower vacilated a lot and wouldn't keep a consistent temp. And then there was some lady on a PA system every morning as well as an annoying rooster crowing.

• Luka (9/5): Great stay at Chalong - The hotel is great. The room is clean and spacious, and Wifi was great. The best part of the Hotel is the pool on the third floor and the balcony around it. The location is not so great. The closest beach is not for swimming, but if you rent a motorbike that is not a problem. There are 7/11 nearby and some restaurants.
