• Jennifer (8/5): Quiet and spacious villa - Tuck away from the busy road with peaceful setting Host and team not as friendly as compare to other villa we have stayed in Bali. Not proactive to communicate. Very narrow drive way to the villa. Inconvenient as room at upper level and washroom only available at ground level.

• Jason (10/5): Will definitely book again - The Villa is exactly as it looks in the photo's, great location in the heart of Seminyak with just a short walk to restaurants, Bintang Supermarket etc, massive loungeroom that you can keep cool with air conditioning, pool gets sun for most of the day so the water is nice and warm, Made the Housekeeper was lovely and very attentive to your needs Nothing
• Susanne (9/5): A Hidden Retreat - The location is good. Quiet neighbourhood, yet a short walk to the supermarket and other shops for supplies etc. Made was wonderful and communicated well for any needs. i stayed by myself and felt safe and secure. I worked from the property and whilst I knew there was no desk, I was happy to sit on the floor just to stay at the villa, but a desk would have been a bonus for sure. I would love to return for longer next time, as I was truly relaxed by the time I left.

• Emilia (9/5): - We had a great stay at Villa Obao. The location is excellent with a big supermarket as well as restaurants and shops in walking distance. The villa offers lots of privacy and a calm atmosphere to relax. The staff was really sweet and helpful. There were many mosquitos inside and around the house, but we protected ourselves with mosquito repellent and didn’t have many bites.

Staff ( Made ) was very helpful & service was spot. Kylie the owner was also easy to reach out to when i needed to extend an extra day stay for a great price too. Overall i would stay again for sure.

• Kim (6/5): It's a beautiful villa but not very accessible unless you have a bike. - We loved the villa and the outside area. unfortunately not the most accessible for vehicles. The damp needs to be attended to as it smells but it's a lovely place.

Made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I really wish we had more time to enjoy the property so will definitely rent it again if I can for the next visit to Bali Nothing comes to mind really.

The design of the villa was beautiful, with modern decor that flowed perfectly throughout. The outdoor area was a real highlight, especially the pool, which was well-integrated into the space. Everything tied together perfectly, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Ideal for anyone looking for a quiet, stylish retreat.
• Fiona (9/5): Stylish and well appointed retreat for couples - Fabulous interior design, private pool at good temperature (due to all day sun), coffee pods, fruit and some drinks provided free. Our manager Made was so helpful and kind, very accomodating with transport and check-in/check-out times. Communications with the owner Kylie was great with quick, obliging responses. Not having a really comfortable indoor sofa or lounge chair to relax and read in....the banquette style seating with squabs didn't quite work for us although they looked really attractive! (But that is probably just a personal preference ;) )
• Yana (9/5): Perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. - The privacy, location, pool, safety, the attention to detail and the assistance from Made, all had us feeling like it was our home away from home. If I am being picky, the dim lighting in the bathroom and no smoke alarm.

Our host Kylie was very responsive and accommodating, even helped us with recommendations on where to go and visit on the next leg of our trip. The house staff were friendly and helpful, Made is the nicest person ever (she texted a few days after we left to make sure we were ok). The Villa is just a 10 minute walk to the beach with great shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Really comfortable, great location for shopping and cafes. Made the housekeeper was beautiful and ensured we had everything we needed or helped us organise anything we wanted to see/do during our stay. Probably just a little bit of distance between this property and all the great restaurants in Seminyak and further from the beach then we anticipated. But still super easy location to organise travel and scooters if needed.

• Wari (10/5): Home away from home - Beautiful, tastefully decorated villa with a gorgeous pool, and fully equipped kitchen - truly felt like a home away from home. This villa is located centrally at the heart of Seminyak so it’s really easy to get around - it’s surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars, and is a stone’s throw away from supermarkets, pharmacies etc. Kylie and Made were both greatly attentive and helpful in coordinating and making our stay here perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer - but definitely a place we’d consider returning to again! Nothing!

• Beigedance (10/5): Luxurious Bali vibe - Absolutely amazing villa in the heart of Seminyak. Walking distance to the shops abd cafés and to the beach too. Felt home from the first moment. Clean, well organised, it has everything you might need. Beautiful, modern design in Bali vibe. The lady was really helpful but for us a bit too pushy to organise our trips through her. But it's understandable and she was very kind.

• Hamad (5/5): Passable - The villa as a design is very excellent, the cleanliness is somewhat good, the room service Mrs. Madi is very respectful and provides all the requirements and the administration dealt with us excellently, the villa area is very close to restaurants and markets, the Wi-Fi is free, the privacy of the swimming pool is excellent. The furniture used for the villa, such as chandeliers and lighting, helps to increase the presence of mosquitoes and the accumulation of dust and spiders. The location of the villa is not good in terms of entry and exit to it, as the place is very narrow for vehicles. As for bicycles, it may be acceptable, as well as around the villa from the outside. Housing is not acceptable. Room and hall air-conditioning is acceptable, it is preferable to spray The floor from the outside was well done to prevent the large number of ants. There was an external disturbance coming from a nightclub. These observations are personal, some may agree with me or disagree.

Absolutely stunning interiors, very spacious, lovely outdoor private area, clean and had all the facilities that you need for your stay. Kylie went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Made and Wayan were so helpful all the way through our stay and helped us organise massages to the Villa and transport. The property is in a great location close to cafes, shops etc. I would highly recommend this property. Only that we couldn’t stay longer!

The swimming pool is clean and well-lit. The landlord, Kylie, responded to messages promptly, and the housekeeper, Made, was very friendly. I am truly grateful for her care during our stay. I would love to visit again next time! nothing!

• Nicole (10/5): the perfect stay! - Villa Obao - Perfect! I’ve not long returned from a fantastic week long stay at Villa Obao and the villa is every bit as perfect as it looks on all of the photos. Every corner of the villa is perfectly decorated with everything you need and nothing you don’t. The outdoor space is huge with a lovely pool, dining table for 6 along with all the crockery/accessories you might need for a picture perfect dinner party. Inside, there is a well stocked kitchen, again with everything you need for cooking/entertaining, a refreshing shower/bathroom and a huge lounge area with lots of comfortable sofa space and nice big TV. Not that you’ll be sitting inside too often but it’s nice to have the space when travelling. The cold water dispenser machine was a godsend and was constantly replenished via Made, the housekeeper. The bedroom upstairs is a great size, nice big bed, comfy mattress, bedding, pillows etc - perfect for a great night’s sleep and all with a fan and air conditioning. The villa is in a lovely quiet spot yet 5mins walk if that, to the main road. We bumped into a couple of the neighbours/locals all of whom were very friendly and welcoming. On our first day I took a wrong turn walking back to the villa and one of the friendly locals/neighbours must have clocked I was heading the wrong way and redirected me. The housekeeper, Made comes every 2nd day and is the loveliest lady, was a pleasure to chat to her any time she was around and was always available on WhatsApp should we need her for any reason. There is a pool guy who is again very friendly and kept the pool in tip top condition! Kylie and her husband live/work locally and were available almost instantly via WhatsApp should we require any recommendations/directions etc - fantastic hosts and really cared about us and our stay. In all, I’d return tomorrow and live there forever if I could! Nothing not to like!
• Matthew (8/5): Really cool place!! - The whole aesthetic of the villa is so nice! The location is also pretty good in Seminyak, walking distance to most things but also a bit out of the way. Madé the housekeeper is also really kind & helpful. We’d definitely stay here again! We did find the bed a little bit uncomfortable, and the bathroom does need some sort of extractor fan/air con because it gets very hot in there, but other than that we really liked the entire place.

We were greeted at the Villa and had a comprehensive introduction to the property. Everything was provided for and in brand new condition. The outdoor spaces were amazing. Made looked after us during our stay keeping the villa spotless and providing recommendations where needed. We'll definitely be back.
• Madina (10/5): If you are looking for a perfect villa in Seminyak-this is definitely the one🥳 - Let’s start with a point that this villa is officially my top villa in Seminyak🤩 First of all, we were fascinated by a lady Kylie, who co-ordinated out check in to the villa and stay in general. she texted me way before the check in date and she was always available for us when we had any queries. Now let’s just to the main point-the villa by itself. It’s just AMAZING. Design is amazing with attention to details. We had a whole kitchen for us with ALL necessary kitchen utensils. there was even a spices for ur cooking👏🏻 not to mention that everything is handmade i guess, cuz it looks amazing! we had a plessue Villa is shiny clean and bright, there are a lot of lights that makes an atmosphere even better. Each and every corner of the villa looks like a picture from Pinterest🥰 Pool was big and clean. Plus there was a gentlemen who came over to clean it up time to time. As well as a lady who is doing a cleaning. She is very sweet person, and i had her contacts as well in case we will need her help in the villa. The bed might look small, but in reality is big enough to accommodate 2 pple with a comfort. Location is great as well, 5 min walking from the main street, but still very quite and private:perfect combo👌🏻 it’s was very easy to locate it in grab app as well. Nothing to dislike. it’s just perfect🤩
