Ludovic (7/5): Bon séjour - L’emplacement la piscine la propreté de l’hôtel Literie Le canapé fait pour des enfants pas des adultes La literie du lit était bien La machine à laver 2 clims L Appartment a besoin d’un petit coup de neuf pas grand choses ferait avoir 10 . Changer les meubles , les tableaux cassés .. petit détail qui ferait la différence ! Le mur du salon en contre plaqué au niveau de la Clim pas esthétique .

David (6/5): Good stay but issues as mentioned mean wouldn't stay there for less than a week again - Nice resort with good staff Rooms were good Had a good stay with 2 apartments location on the baht bus route was excellent only one key meant issues with who had the key if separated TV didn't work (didnt need) Wi-Fi failed as its seemed they didnt pay the bill (out for 24 hours) Key failed and took several attempts to have it resolved Paid for 4 people but the fold down couch was small and uncomfortable. OK for small children I guess The resort is not supposed to be booked for short stays which wasn't advised until after payment

The kitchen was well equipped along with good ac units. The apartment needs remodeling and change of furniture. Need to do better in cleaning.

YUKO (8/5): 泊まってみて良かった！ - 何と言ってもプールが素晴らしい！　子供たちが大喜びでした。キッチンツールも一通り揃っていました。洗濯機と物干しがあるのはとっても便利でした。もっと立地条件が良かったらいいなとは思いますが、この施設でこのお値段と考えると文句のつけようがないです。

The location to be fair is good for certain characters but the security are the worse people I've ever met in my life. Vile men. Apparently you can't drink water at the pool if your 2 years of age but there isnt a shop or bar

The bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable. The area is quiet but still close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very kind and responsive, making check-in and check-out easy. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

Uwe (3/5): Nice condo apt-house, but NOT professional management - Check-in confirmed for 10 o’clock, letting us wait for hours. When booking -weeks ago- never got a message . tTey should charge 50% and the rest when checking-in. They didn’t and said they have problems with foreign credit cards when we arrived. Asking on Sunday about how to get the keys, because despite the name: it is not a resort or hotel. No answer. Asking again a few days later: again no answer. Thai guest were very disappointed, loosing their face.

Alexnwonderland (7/5): Good - The pirate ship pools were fun, with 2x slides and water cannon active. Great sea-veiw. Aircon worked well. Host was sweet and helpfu, but I was mistaken as another guest for another property. (so we had a little mix up when we arrived) but no big deal as host was willing to come find us to help us into the room. No internet available although advertising as having wifi.Rang the helpline phone number for help, (was nice talking to someone but nothing ever happened in the end) Bit of an annoying situation we were needing to book our next hotel and didn't have data available.
Mcewan (8/5): OK - Location. The size of the room was fine. Staff are pleasant and helpful when needed. Great view. Although on the main road, when the balcony door is shut, the traffic noise is blocked out. Great sunsets. Most of the furniture is old, particularly the bed. Mattress was well used and had lumps / dips in the support. Very hard bed. Throughout out the stay another room had their door continuously open, they smoked and the child screamed constantly. The stench and noise drove me out. 2nd day returned to smell heavy smoke on the floor. The room was stinking of cigarette smoke, like a smoking room at the airport. Disgusting. 2 workers smoking in the stairwell. Tool hours to air the room. I have stayed in a different room which was excellent. I would not choose to stay on that floor or room again.
Mcewan (9/5): Superb - Clean, friendly people. Big apartment. Reasonably quiet. Long walk to main gate in the heat. Cleaner knocking on the door at 10:30am to remind us to check out by 11am, although she told us half a dozen times in arrival and pointed checkout time sign inside the apartment numerous times.
