Julie (5/5): Passable - Location If you want to experience a great location along with the annoying Italian red tape and inadequate utilities, this place is for you! Great location. Downsides:The shower doesn't drain, the circuits blow if you plug in a tea kettle and the bathroom heater at the same (or heat your.bedroim ) and it takes several messages to get things fixed. Plus after you.book through Booking you.will have to reenter info on the cleanbnb app this property uses. Very frustrating.

Sierra (3/5): Bad place not worth the money, the company clean bnb is rude and unhelpful. We checked out early. - Location was awesome Uncomfortable beds with only a thin sheet, no blankets. When we asked if we could get blankets for more comfort we were met with “in the summer we only use sheets” then I pushed back a little because I’ve never been to a place that denied me a blanket before. So they said they’d deliver them, 3 days and 2 follow up messages later and we never had the blankets. Such a simple request so ridiculous that they couldn’t care to make us comfortable. The “terrace” is just a weird enclosed roof thing that you access by climbing out of a window and there’s no view or sunshine it smells really heavily of sewage so we never even went out there. The bathroom door and all bedroom doors are made of glass windows so you can hear and see inside which is horrible for group trips.

Close to the old town and harbour It is an internal apartment located at a mezzanine level.. the terrace is surrounded by other buildings, so has no view or really any direct sunlight. Access to the washing machine, meant stepping over some sort of cover unit, so was a little tricky. No couch in the common area.
Shannon (9/5): very easy to locate. Vlad, who met us on site was lovely and ensured we had everything we neede. highly recommended - location, comfortable beds, very quiet!!

Gabriel (5/5): Passable - The overall location of the building close to the city center. The checkin experience was ok and the persons i interacted with seemed nice. I would suggest a self checkin box in the future as an improvement to the checkin process. - lack of cleanliness( eg unusued packages in kitchen, fridge, dust) - facilities wise it seemed a bit lacking( microwave, kitchen utils, towel hanger s in the bathroom) - the terrace is not actually a terrace like you might expect( does not have any view, it's just a small place at the back of the apartment with walls on all sides)
