• Aliicjja (9/5): - The new flat on the 13th floor with a nice view of the city from a big terrace. Close to many restaurants and markets. Safety area. Good instruction for self check-in. Great contact to the host via WhatsApp. No parking included. The parking city is a little bit far from the apartment 10 minutes by walk, one day costs 30€.

Abbiamo fatto il check-in in maniera autonoma e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la posizione super centrale a 2 passi dal centro. La terrazza era bellissima e la vista magnifica, torneremo sicuramente. Nulla, era tutto perfetto.

• Cato (10/5): Prachtig, zeker doen! - Pas een dag van te voren geboekt, maar heel simpel via WhatsApp contact met de verhuurster alles kunnen regelen. Ze nam contact op met ons en stuurde ons filmpjes over hoe het gebouw binnen te komen, welke lift te nemen. Ook sleutel code en verdere instructies. Een mooi modern appartement, gelegen bij het historische centrum van Cagliari en de straat met allemaal leuke restaurantjes.

• Mehrnaz (8/5): Séjour agréable. - Les chambres étaient joliment décorées + 2 terrasses agréables avec vue sur la mer. L’emplacement par rapport au centre historique et au quartier de la Marina était également très bien. Le seul contact avec le personnel s’est fait par WhatsApp exclusivement par écrit (avec d’ailleurs des indications toujours très claires), cela nous a mis mal à l’aise de ne voir et parler de vive voix avec qui que ce soit pendant notre séjour dans cet établissement , contrairement à ce qui était mentionné par d’autres voyageurs dans leurs commentaires; par ailleurs le canapé-lit grinçait et n’était pas confortable et la salle de douche très petite incluant en plus les WC.
• Raphaela (9/5): Ganz gut :-) - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön (das Zimmer ist allerdings kleiner, als es auf den Fotos aussieht), war ordentlich sauber und das Highlight der Unterkunft ist definitiv der Balkon und die zentrale Lage für uns gewesen. Falls man wirklich kochen wollen würde, ist das Equipment in der Gemeinschaftsküche schon seeehr spärlich und ausserdem hält der Kühlschrank nur mäßig kühl.

Privacy on the balcony was not ideal. The balcony was divided with pot plants but the neighbours were still able to see in your bedroom.

• Roxanne (10/5): Fabulous Views! - What a wonderful stay! Check-in was super smooth and we were able to drop off our luggage early and have it waiting in our room upon arrival. This building is just steps from the train station and is on a very quiet street. It is walking distance to the old town, many squares and plenty of bars and restaurants. The views from both sides of the building balcony's are fantastic, beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The shared space was also nice and made it feel very homey. Nothing - the stay was absolutely great!

The room was clean and had good facilities such as a coffee maker, water, shampoo etc. The shared facilities are also great, we made use of the washing machine and dryer There’s a supermarket literally next door so great for stocking up! It wasn’t great only having one set of keys per apartment, you can’t get in/out of the building without the keys so it means if one person wants to have a nap or is getting ready, and the other person is going out - you can’t lock your bedroom door.

The property is in a great location for visiting the historic feaatures of Cagliary. The common area kitchen was a unwelcome surprise. Our bad if we missed that detail.

It's actually more like a hotel room inside and apartment where you have a shared kitchen and laundry room. Wifi is great for remote working. The views from the terrace are just wow!

• Rain (7/5): Good - The apartment was large, with 2 terraces, which was especially nice. Big bed and good view from the room since the apartment was on the 13th floor. You can watch Netflix. The bathroom was big. The location is good, right next to the city center. There is a grocery store under the house. The bed was hard and every morning I woke up with a backache. A big minus is that the kitchen was shared by several apartments, if I had noticed that, I would not have chosen this apartment. This shared kitchen was not well equipped, an apartment is suitable for those who do not cook themselves at all.
• Andrew (10/5): Clean, modern, spacious room and balcony with a great city view in a very convenient location. - Very clean and modern top floor apartment with a large balcony. The room had a coffee maker, kettle and fridge. Complimentary coffee pods, chocolate and nuts too! Towels were changed after a couple of days which we were't expecting so that was good. 10 minutes from train and bus station. Airport is just 5 minutes away on the train. Bus stop outside the apartment, and a small COOP supermarket selling essentials right next door. Excellent bar cafe 50 metres away. !0 minutes walk into the old town for the bars and restaurants too. Really can't complain!

• Peta (7/5): We only stayed one night as we had a flight out the next morning, accomodation was fine for this. - N/A Access is remote, so you need to be able to call a "whats app" number, fortuntely we arrived early and tested this. We were not able to call, and someone in the office was able to let us in. The office was behind our room and office banter, confernce calls could be heard.

The hosts were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay so special❤️ The rooms were fantastic, clean and modern with great TVs. The views were beautiful!! In an excellent part of the city and super close to the train station and all the best restaurants and shops! I am recommending this place to all of my close friends and relatives it was so perfect! The shower went hot and cold every 30 seconds but it was ok!!

It is a five minute walk from the train station and two minutes to the bars and restaurants around the Old Square, and 10 minutes to the Marina. It was absolutely perfect for us. The floor also has a private lift!

Breakfast in the morning is super lovely to have on the balcony overlooking the city. The room we cannot fault and is equipped with plenty of toiletries, teas and coffee and a small fridge. We were able to park right near to the accommodation in the white lined bays, the blue bays you have to pay for. The host is so attentive and lovely. We really recommend this place and will most certainly be coming back. Nothing it was great

• Susan (9/5): Beautiful terrace to enjoy the view of this lovely city - Location was excellent . Close to many cafes and restaurants also buses and trains. The corners on the bed were very sharp and easy to hurt you on the leg. Also I had difficulty opening outer door on my arrival. Followed the instructions but it took a long time to work. After 12 hours travel this is not good. I had trouble with the hairdryer, there was no corkscrew and the handle came off the door. All these problems were rectified and the lady responded very quickly to my problems.

• Denis (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely amazing apartments! We love almost everything. 2 balconies with view to the see and to the city are huge and just amazing. Bedroom was very nice and comfortable. Living room is great as well. Wifi speed is about 500Mbits. Bathroom is great too! Washing machine and dryer are great as well. I would recommend to add sun umbrellas to balconies. Also will be nice to have some pillows selection: current are new IKEA pillows, but for me not comfortable. I understand that it’s not a hotel, but will be nice. For people who like to cook: kitchen here is rather simple, so cooking is almost not possible…. Only something really basic like warm up cooked food. And I would recommend to ask cleaning lady not to wash floor cloth in the washing machine… for me it’s not hygienic.

The room was clean and modern, terrace was big and you had view over the city. Just a few minutes to walk to restaurants and stores. Supermercado just below the apartment. You could also do your laundry. Would definetly recommend staying here!
