• Daviv (10/5): Value for Money. - Great location and easy access to the city. Beds were comfortable and apartment was spotless. Would highly recommend a stay here...We will definitely stay here again.

• Andrew (4/5): Uncomfortable, bad facilities - No airconditioners in the bedrooms, it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. The entire family ended up sleeping on a fold out bed in the loungroom to escape the heat. WIFI password did not work. Uncomfortable beds and pillows in bedrooms
• Gabrielle (9/5): - Decor was lovely, kitchen great, we really liked the place, thanks! Beds were double not queen, OK for a single person but a bit cramped for two of us.
• Melanie (9/5): - This place was such a lovely surprise! So spacious and such great facilities. The decor is so homely and makes for a relaxing stay. The bedrooms are large and the 2 bathrooms were such a bonus. This is an excellent unit for a family. A well equipped kitchen, a laundry and having car parking on site were all very appreciated. The unit is upstairs but that does not bother us. This was a good value unit and we will definetly make this our spot to stay in the future. Thankyou for such a pleasant stay.
• Carolyn (3/5): Below average and definitely not worth the money. Would have been better off staying in a crown Plaza hotel or such for - It was in a nice location good for walking to restaurants and alongside the river The communication was severely lacking, the apartment had not been cleaned, there was dust everywhere, the floors were dirty and I had to keep wiping my feet on their carpet when I walked on the linoleum, and various things were broken. There was no drinking water, and the coffee pods promised in there literature were nonexistent. When I asked I was told "we don't do that anymore". We could not use the Internet. There is only one AC unit and the cooling effect did not reach back into the bedroom so we were sweltering the whole time. The owners did not answer our phone calls...
• Potgieter (1/5): Unprofessional communication, over charhing for early check in - Nothing Staff were unhelpfull, taking advantage of guests.
• Louise (7/5): It was a nice little stay, the stairs were definitely a draw back though - It was a cute little apartment! Clean surfaces The stairs! A room did have a pee smell so I guess a carpet clean is in order. The washing machine was hard to operate, the door is a little faulty Needed air conditioning in the bedrooms
• AY SHYE (9/5): - It is a very cute apartment. We can see the hosts put lots of efforts to make the place cozy and pretty. There is only one air-conditioner. The air circulation is unable to get into the second bedroom.

• Peggy (8/5): - The room is tidy and clean. Wifi is fast and stable. Close to the bus stop. The hoster reply message very quick. Almost everything is perfect. The only problem is wash machine doesn't work, I hand wash all my clothes, luckily it's summer.

• Smith (9/5): Nearly achieved 10 out of 10. - Position and easily accsess and the communication was excellent. The soda bed had a massive stain and I wouldn't like my granddaughter sleep on it so we had to share. As constructive criticism, there could be bins in ensuite and bed room.could also do with some new Pillows.

• Lloyd (3/5): - Location, quiet, quirky The 3 spare blankets, which we needed, were disgusting... they were smelly, one had vomit on it, another something else gross. We had to buy detergent and wash them plus we bought another blanket to use. The couch was filthy and moldy... the contact did organise to have it cleaned but expected one of us to be there to let the cleaner in. We were expected to clean up the mess and were not offered any type of compensation. So, the first 2 days were unpleasant, but no issues after that.

• Perditta (10/5): Exceptional - What a gem - having just spent weeks travelling o/seas this apartment surpassed anything I stayed in. Lovely furnishings ; good appliances ; well located; quiet location pet friendly & a very large apartment. Whats nit to like. Parking on site & a short walk or drive to one if the best IGA stores I’ve seen. Plenty of coffee shops & restaurants close by. Easy access via key lock with clear instructions prior to arrival. Great place - will be back

• Eva (10/5): Perfect - The accommodation was perfect, just like the photos—spacious, allowing everyone their own space, well-equipped, and well connected by public transport. The pans could be replaced, although this had no impact on our stay.
• Zoe (9/5): would definitely stay here again! - everything was great. great amenities like microwave, air fryer etc. easy to get into the city and easy check-in which is always a pro the fans could be better. as there’s no aircon in each room at night it gets warm unless you sleep with the door open to let the air in and the fans are made of wicker so they don’t give as much airflow as a normal fan due to the holes. apart from this no complaints!!

The bed in the main room was very squeaky, every time I moved or rolled over it was quite noisy.The room was very hot as there is no air conditioner in the bedrooms and although the fans look great they did not provide much relief.

• Fiona (7/5): Cosy and clean. - Nice and cosy and very clean and welcoming. The loungeroom sofa bed not real comfortable as a couch to sit on. Could not use beanbags as they were losing beans. Not enough comfortable chairs to rest on for 4 people. Washing machine hard to get started. Hot water shower tap in main bathroom kept falling off and shower head falling down. Frypan not in a great usable state.

The host could be contacted without issue The tap in the shower was faulty and the hot water knob fell off whist my mother was showering. The details did not indicate the unit number and we needed to contact the host for further details

• Lynda (6/5): Everything was good except for the stairs which were a considerable problem - Everything was fine, clean and comfortable. We could not work the TV. My parents are old-fashioned and like to watch free to air tv and the news. two flights of stairs and five or six extra on top of the two flights. I think it should be made very clear on the description on booking.com that there are 2 and a bit flights of stairs. My mother in her eighties could barely negotiate this obstacle and was very exhausted with stair climbing by the end of our stay. This quite spoiled our stay unfortunately as she would be in tears by the time she got to the top of the stairs and barely able to walk. One flight (which I assumed) would be just manageable for her but two flights and a few more stairs was almost impossible.

• Noela (7/5): Worst Host - Good size bedrooms. Off-street parking No TV, No WIFi. Locked out of our bedroom by the cleaner. Manager/Owner slow to rectify. Contacted manager again after 2.5 hours of no communication or resolve. .call was not answered..left recorded message..messaged owner through Booking.com and informed them that if situation was not resolved with some urgency I would engage Police/Fire Dept to legally open the door so we could access our luggage, belongings, medication and most importantly, critical life support apparatus. Hey Presto...lines of communication suddenly opened. Situation was finally resolved. Not Good Enough. Potential future guests...Beware.

• Shell (7/5): Good - The property needs some basic maintenance. The toilet door on main bathroom wouldn't latch closed and the configuration advertised was 2 single beds for my adult kids and this wasn't the case. Only 2 mugs for hot drinks for a family unit. Otherwise it was tidy and served the purpose of our 2 night stay.
• Jacqueline (7/5): Adequate for needs. Good value for money. - Property itself represents good value for money. Although not an attractive location it is a good location for bike ride, kayaking (There is only ONE provided) and catching the ferry/CityCat into the CBD. The property manager is not looking after the property well enough for the owner. For example: there were cigarettes butts throughout the potplants and a lot of mould inside the clothes dryer etc (I cleaned up all). FYI, I do not make a habit of complaining about minor cleanliness issues.

• Kerry (5/5): Reasonable place for the price but it could be great with some extra TLC by owners - It was central to the things we had to do but it wouldn't work as a holiday location. It has two bathrooms and two bedrooms which works well if travelling with a friend or two couples. The apartment needs a good clean. Twice we were able to park on site and the rest of the 6 days we had to park on the street which isn't conducive to parking. The stairwell smells; maybe from a dog in another apartment. Most of the chairs were not comfortable.

Plenty of room and had everything that we needed. We could have easily move in here. Had a fabulous and enjoyable stay. Thank you
