• Chandran (9/5): Comfortable stay as the centre - Very neat and spacious appartment right at the centre of Malaga Waste disposal is not easy . Only 2 bathrooms as it was bit less for big family.

Clean, spacious, easy, nice contact with Iago for hand - Beautiful apartment, with all facilities present and functioning. Right in the centre of Malaga, walking distance to everything. The air conditioning in the middle shaft was very constant and loud vrooming. Not a problem during day time, but very audible in the night hours. This only affects the smaller room. The other 2 are fine, beautiful and spacious.

• Dianne (10/5): The perfect location! - The location is brilliant. The apartment is excellent. For such a central location it was incredibly quiet, with windows closed of course, but you can open the window and see all the lively Málaga life right there! Loved the Italian coffee maker too! Well equipped and very comfortable beds. There isnt really anything to dislike. Could do with mirrors in two of the bedrooms but that us a personal preference.

• Alastair (9/5): Nice central property. - Great central location. Large comfortable and tastefully decorated apartment. Comfortable bed. The only flaw was noisy building work in the neighbouring apartment. That should be temporary and we maybe got the worst of it.

• Sven (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located in the absolute heart of the old town, just steps away from all what Malaga can offer. A lot of resturants and bars in the streets & square which surrounds the apartment. Can be busy during evenings and nights but all the bedrooms face a courtyard and are not disturbed by the street noise. Very flexible and accommodating hosts. Recommended good restaurants and offered late checkout as no new guests were expected the next day :-). Rather poor soundproofing and one can hear people walking around and the sound of running water from other apartments. Apartment loacted Pedestrian area and the apartment can't be accessed by car, 2 min walking to nearest parking. But that's actually a good thing :-)
• Michelle (10/5): Lovely apartment, great location - The kitchen was well equipped, beds and linens were nice, lovely for three couples to spend time in with a dining table, two sofas and chairs. Washer worked well, plenty of hot water and a fantastic location. If someone needed to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the livingroom it may be noisy but the bedrooms were very quiet. AC worked well also. We would happily return.

I sent a text as requested to say leaving airport and another saying arrived at apartment. Unfortunately no one replied so no one at apartment to meet us. After a wait I called and someone came quite promptly.
• Savina (10/5): Fantastic stay in the heart of Malaga. - We really liked it! The place is great, very central. All sights are within walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby. The apartment is super modern, very clean and has everything you need. The bedrooms are located in the inner part of the apartment and are very quiet. The beds are comfortable. The wireless internet was very good. Communication with the staff is very good. They answered all our questions quickly. All of our group are fascinated. I highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I have no comments. The photos from the ads are completely true to reality. I would visit again.

• Annatoth (9/5): Superb - The location of the flat is excellent. The appartment was so nice and clean. I can recommend During the nights some other people pushed the bell so interrupted our sleep, they are moved in the staircase also so it was noisey
• Ezopus (9/5): Superb - Really great location, really great host, Gema was lovely to talk to and gave lots of recommendations for restaurants, tapas places and bars. Great rooms, comfy beds, everything was very clean, huge living room, lots of space in the kitchen, both bathrooms were really clean and comfortable. Wireless internet was great speed and had signal in the whole place, the fridge was really big with lots of space for food and drinks for 6 people. Our host made sure we had gas for the water heater during our whole time of our stay, we had easy access directly from the street below and there was an elevator straight to our room door. The place is the whole floor of the building, so it's really big and you never feel crowded or tight. Its' location in the historic center around restaurants and bars has some noise along the street but all the bedrooms were on the inside of the apartment and were very quiet. All rooms had AC which we didn't really use but it looked brand new. One quirk of the gas water heater was when the two bathrooms are being used at the same time water temperature might not be hot enough due to the relatively small power of the gas heater but that comes down to personal preference to some extent. For me the water temperature was fine, for others it wasn't as hot. Only one of the two bathrooms had soap but that isn't really a deal braker since the other was fine and there was also some at the kitchen sink. I'm sure if I had asked for soap the host would definitely make sure to provide so it's really just a reminder to always be prepared when you travel which we were.
