Hans (9/5): Apartment in the center of Palermo with a very friendly host - My stay started with a very friendly welcome by host Amit. Amit is a very attentive person - taking care about everything and helpful if something needs to be taken care of. He was also helpful sending me good information about Palermo and the neighbourhood. The apartment is very central with a balcony heading to Vittorio Emmanuelle Street! Thanks for having me! Some noise from the street
Linda (1/5): The deliberate lack of assistance and the host’s dismissive attitude significantly detracted from our vacation. We canno - Basic standards. Dirty bedroom wall splattered with stains of liquid drink. Salt and sugar recipients mixed up together thus unusable. old and tasteless coffee. Disposable of rubbish not very convenient. Seriously Unhelpful Host We stayed at this property for four nights during a vacation. The location was convenient for exploring the city, though it could be a bit noisy. The property itself was just okay, and the amenities were not as impressive as expected. However, the major issue was the host's consistently unhelpful and unprofessional rude behavior. The check-in process was unnecessarily difficult, requiring us to use a proprietary software in Italian (a language we don't understand) with a buggy interface and poor internet connection. The host refused to meet us to help with registering upon arrival insisting we upload our data beforehand adding that if we didn’t do so we couldn’t have access to the apartment nor cancel or get a refund. We finally were able to register thanks to a kind Italian person we met at a coffee shop. When the host finally met us at the apartment, the welcome was rushed and superficial, lasting barely a minute. He promised to send PDFs with information, which made me, as a clinical psychologist, wonder if he was under the influence of something given his rushed demeanor. Alternatively he may have had an important date as he kept texting us that he was super busy, implying that were not on his priority list. Later, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning. The remote control had dead batteries. Despite our reporting this, the host insisted the A/C was working perfectly before our arrival. He reluctantly dropped off two batteries at the door while we were out. Finding where to replace the batteries in the remote was not intuitive, and when we asked for help, the host replied that no one else had ever had problems, implying we were unintelligent. We had to resort to a YouTube video to figure it out, and it became clear the original batteries (still inside) were from the manufacturer, suggesting they had never been changed. Furthermore, the property is not managed by an owner but by a corporate entity.

Monika (8/5): Super lokalizacja - Comfortable, clean apartment in the historic center. I would book again. However, as I know that you are just starting, I have some suggestions for you on what needs to be improved: 1) Booking reservation showed that the check-out time was 11:00 am. Unexpectedly at 10:10 am the cleaning lady came and in a firm tone asked us to leave the apartment. Please do not do it again. If you sell reservations with check out time at 11 a.m., don`t bother your guests before that time. It is not nice. 2) garbage - you have asked us to take garbage with us. I have no problem with that, but please show me the exact place where to leave the garbage. The information " leave it somewhere on the street" is insufficient. I don`t want to get a fine for littering the street. 3) a set of keys. it would be better if there were more than one set of keys. We were 3 people and sometimes wanted to visit different things at different times, and consequently needed to enter/exit the apartment at different times. Other than that, I think the apratrament was really ok and I wish you the best of luck.
