• Wenwei (6/5): Overall, the location and host were great, but the lack of privacy, warm sleeping area, and bathroom odor affected the c - Great location, very convenient to get anywhere. Peter is very responsive and always helpful whenever I have questions. The window faces the outside hallway, so I didn’t feel like I had much privacy. I had to choose between opening the window for fresh air and keeping my privacy. The air conditioning works well, but since the bed is on the upper level, most of the cool air stays downstairs. As a result, it was often quite warm when we were sleeping. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, which I believe was coming from the drain or plumbing.

• Pilar (9/5): Bueno y acogedor - La limpieza de la pieza, el regalito que nos dejó el dueño, todo estaba funcionando perfecto. Y hay café en cápsula. Que acumulan la basura de todo el edificio en el hall de entrada, entonces tiene muy mal olor.

• Balázs Benedek (10/5): Nagyon kellemes és tiszta szállás, rendkívül jó helyen. - Minden nagyon tiszta és rendezett volt. A lakás felújított, megfelel a képeknek. Nagyon tetszett, hogy annyira kedvesek voltak, hogy kávéfőző, kávékapszula, valamint teafilterek és teaforraló is ki voltak készítve. A fürdőszoba és az ágy is tiszta, szépen rendezett volt. Nagyon örültem neki, hogy tiszta törülközőket is biztosítottak. A self-check-in rendkívül gördülékenyen ment. Semmi probléma nem volt a bejutással és a kommunikációval, annak ellenére sem, hogy nagyon későn érkeztem. Egyszóval kitűnő élmény volt számomra.

• Noriko (9/5): コスパ良しの綺麗なお部屋 - 室内は新しくてとてもオシャレな宿泊先でした。ホストのセンスが随所にあらわれてます。シャワーは熱いお湯が出て、可動式なので使いやすい。コーヒー、紅茶、使い捨てのスリッパ、バスタオル、タオル、ウェルカムチョコあり。キッチンで料理可能。ホストはすぐに連絡がとれ、お部屋に入るまでしっかりとサポートしてくれます。ロケーション良し。コスパ最高。お勧めのお宿です。 良くなかった点はないです。 次に訪れる人の為に…グーグルマップで着いた建物は宿と違う建物でした。 そこで、地元の人に聞くと、提示されている住所にあるストリート名を確認して、二桁の番号が扉付近にあるので、その番号と住所の末番が一致する建物を探すといいとのこと。 部屋の階数が2階となっていましたが、外国人である私達の階数の感覚からは、4階になるので最初見つからずあせりました。 ご利用される方の参考になれば幸いです。

Ev sahibinin iletişimi çok iyi ve hızlıydı. Alt kat biraz soğuktu (özellikle banyo). Geceleri muhtemelen ısıtıcıdan gelen, yüksek sesli olmayan fakat dikkat dağıtıcı bir ses vardı.

• Mitja Petek (7/5): Majhen ljubek apartma - Lokacija, blizu centra, dostopno z javnim prevozom, hodili smo kar peš. Možnost parkiranja na ulici. Majhno in ljubko, vredno za denar, zagotovo se še vrnemo. V kopalnici ni radiatorja, zato zna biti pozimi ob tuširanju hladno in nekoliko neudobno.

• Viktor (10/5): - Rendkívül kedves volt a szállásadó és mindenben a segítségünkre volt. Az elhelyezkedés is megfelelő volt és a felszereltség is. A világítás kifejezetten tetszett, nem volt vakító a lámpa fénye. A bejutás pedig egyszerűen és világosan el lett magyarázva.

Отмечу только 3 минуса: кондиционер установлен в нижней части квартиры, и прохладный воздух не доходит до постели что на верхнем ярусе, хорошо бы поставить туда маленький вентилятор, летом жарко. Нет шампуня и геля для душа - берите с собой. Кроме чая, кофе, соли и сахара больше продуктов нет. Оставил кокосовое масло, чтобы можно было на чем то готовить еду, надеюсь, не выкинут и пригодится следующим гостям

• Yasmin (9/5): Lovely renovated apartment in centre of Budapest - Lovely renovated apartment close to the centre of Budapest. Lots of nice touches in the room, coffee, tea, Netflix. The bed on top of the stairs could be hard for someone with mobility issues. It also would be good to have a few extra pots or saucepans for cooking and some oil.

• Anna (9/5): Welcoming host - Good communication with the owner. Peter made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Apartment was bit dark but that's probably because of only 1 window which was overlooking on the inside of the building. Place looked liked the photos provided and was very clean in all areas. Good temperature and water pressure in the shower however the shower head was too heavy to stay on when attached to the shower pole. I missed bigger sized plates,wine glasses, Hungarian TV channels with news or morning breakfast programs and some shower gel. Overall I was very pleased with the apartment and I would definitely recommend it.

The flat itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable — perfect for a short stay. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

• Niko (8/5): Very good - Nice location, very clean as well as peter was very communicative. Everything was exactly like the pictures. In fact that was pretty good staying. Everything was good except the bathroom. In the bathroom was so cold and you have not enough warm water. We couldn't shower behind each other. Only one person could shower due to lack of hot water. Also downstairs was cold however upstairs was warm enough and pleasant to sleep. Otherwise all good.

• Luiza (10/5): Amazing!🥰 - We really loved this place! Peter was great and very helpful, he provided us with lots of info and communication with him was very easy. Location is great, walkable distance from the city center and parking spots available near by. The apartment was very cozy and had a few Christmas decorations me and my boyfriend loved; also Peter left us coffee pots and tea bags which was great. Would definitely recommend if you plan on visiting Budapest! I would recommend adding some slippers for the guests
• Natasha (3/5): Poor - It was clean with enough space to put your clothes etc The mezzanine where the bed is was very hot whilst the rest of the studio was cold especially the bathroom. The ceiling is actually much lower in the mezzanine area than it looked in the photos so we hit our heads a few times and you must crawl to get in the bed. We also didn’t have much hot water at all that resulted in an icy cold shower. The first day there was a strange smell coming from the bathroom.

• Jakub (8/5): Budget friendly, close to the city center, for undemanding people - Well it was very close to the city center, close to the metro station. It had all the stuff we needed. Bed was comfy and clean. The room was clean except for the dishes. Contactless check in and check out is always appreciated. The main issue is the humidity in the Olive Eden... Everything remained wet, even after all day. There is no air flowing. We couldnt dry our towels anywhere. The place is very cold, if you turn the heating on its fine, but bathroom is still cold. Dirty glasses and plates. You have two options be in the dark (no natural light) or have no privacy. The house from the outside looks really shady.

• Molly (7/5): Good - This property is beautiful, quirky and homely. Perfect for young couples who want to experience all that Budapest has to offer as it is well located. The property is exactly how it looks in the photos. The bed is very comfortable. The TV had Netflix, which was a lovely way to wind down after a busy day exploring. The nespresso machine was a lovely surprise. Peter the owner was so nice and helpful, he sent us a list of recommendations for things to do, must See’s and food and drink, when we asked him. The only issue with this property is the lack of air conditioning. It was over 30 degrees most days we were there. We had a fan in the room but that didn’t really make enough of a difference. It was just really hot, and was hard to sleep. However the owner did apologise for this and explained that the priority for them is to get air conditioning as soon as possible and the only reason why there was none was because they are a newly established holiday rental apartment and because this in an old building there is particular procedures and planning and permissions they have to undertake to get the air conditioning. I think this is completely fair and if there was air conditioning next time I would definitely return.

Apartment clearly showed the love and care put in to it by him and his wife. approximately 2 km away from Budapest city ( old town) had very easy transport connections and the Budapest go app introduced to us by Peter was cheap ( 24 hour travel pass ) and very efficient way of getting around the city. We had no problem finding places. Would highly recommend. Saw the city in 24 hours.thank you Peter for being a great host. It is perfect for people not minding a maisonette type interior. Small space but very well maintained. Bed was very comfortable too.
• Saga (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment close to public transport stops and stations. The apartment had everything necessary included and our fantastic host provided the BEST tips to do and see in Budapest, even special diet restaurants! We visited durung a rare heat wave, and there was no AC in the apartment which was a bit rough, but Péter said he's working on it and there will be one soon!
• Alan (9/5): Lovely apartment with a homely feel - Olive Eden is an ideal central base for going around Budapest. Peter was such a lovely host and allowed us to check into the apartment early. He was there to welcome us and made sure that we felt at home. The apartment was very clean and Peter and his wife had clearly put a lot of love into the place. We were provided with a bucket list of activities and lots of food/drink recommendations which was very kind. Our only issue was how hot it gets in the apartment. There was however a big fan that could be moved around and that really helped. No complaints and a very big thank you to our host :)

I want to extend my personal thanks to the host, Peter, for going the extra mile to accommodate our requests and taking care of us. Peter is truly one of the best and kindest hosts I have encountered. We accidentally left a few items behind, and he kindly met us and went out of his way to return our belongings. The accommodation is very accommodating, centrally located, and offers great value for money. We had a difficulty with the access to the gates but that is only us not reading instructions. The Host accommodate us step by step.
• Louise (8/5): Good value, nice host, comfortable and quiet sleep - The location of the apartment was great. Had a super comfy bed albeit it was 'interesting' getting in and out of bed at night. The host Peter was delightful and very helpful/responsive with any enquiries. It's in a central place easy to get around with shops close by for groceries and good transport links. Apartment was clean and very quiet. Nice shower, good little stove top and nice coffee machine with pods which was a nice touch. Peter facilitated an early check in (10 euro) which I was very grateful for as didn't want to drag bags around in the heat. No air con and it was very - very hot! Had one fan upstairs which I transferred up and down during the stay. Perhaps another fan or portable air con machine as it was really - really hot in the room particularly upstairs. In the kitchen area was great having a cooker but could have done more to facilitate cooking and meal prep, little things like salt and pepper, bread knife, utensils, more dishes etc as could be a fully functioning kitchen with a little more thought.

The host was super friendly and gave me quite some good tips. Neighborhood is also quiet. No shampoo/soap when I visited, but I had some, thankfully. Maybe it was an oversight.

• Viktoria (10/5): Beautiful apartment, helpful host. - Helpful and communicative host, great location, nice decor and tidy apartment. The host waited me at the door on arrival, then showed me around in the apartment. He even went the extra mile and printed a handbook with helpful and interesting informations about the city! We communicated via whatsupp before my arrival and my leaving, he always answered my messages quick and was very polite and helpful. Everything was perfect! The only thing that comes up in my mind is that there is no handrail installed for the strairs going up to the gallery where the bed is. It can be quite tricky to climb down. Some anti-slip cover for the strairs would also be benefical as if you are wearing socks, it's quite slippy due to the texture of the paint on them. These little details did not affect my experience or comfort at the apartment at all, but could be useful information for some people who are looking to book this place, and have poor coordination skills like I do! 😄

The apartment itself was clean with all the necessities one could ask for. The location was amazing, nestled right among the city's main attractions and a lot of shops. It was the perfect spot to explore everything Budapest. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Budapest.
