• Parnia (10/5): super views - I had a wonderful stay at the Belgrade Waterfront Lux Studio. The apartment is modern, clean, and very comfortable, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is perfect – right by the river and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and shops, yet quiet and relaxing at night. The host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I especially loved the view and the stylish design of the apartment. It really felt like home. Definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Belgrade!
• CHRISTINA (4/5): - The location is nice! Unfortunately I don’t recommend this apartment! There is no bed, look closely at the photos, there isn’t any! There is only an uncomfortable sofa that turns into bed and then there is no room to move! The parking space is in another building, so you have to carry all your luggage ! The owner was super super rude at first but at the end after we argued at least he apologized! Also they charge 15€ plus for pet per night!

• Nikolaos (7/5): Good - Good location not far away from old Belgrade by car. It's enought clean. There is a parking but not in the same building where the apartment is located. It’s about 100-150 meters from apartment. It was easy to take the keys, but to find this parking wasn’t at all. And when we found it, there was another car parked at our parking lot. Every time I want to park the car, the same car was in this place, so, it’s a frustrating and stress about parking your car, knowing that you also took another’s place. There was no reaction from the owner. There is a non-comfortable sofa bed in the apartment.

• Joanne (3/5): False Advertising - The apartment was clean, and the location was good. I booked this as the ad said they had free transfer to the airport. They do not. He said he would honor that. Sent his brother to collect the rent but couldn't take us to the airport after all due to car trouble. We ended up taking a taxi 45 minutes later. They advertised there was one bed. There was no bed or mattress or pull out bed. You sleep on an uncomfortable couch. They advertised that they would not take cash-only cards. Turns out that was the opposite of the way it was. He wouldn't take a card ... only cash. The "garden view" was of a concrete roof. We only had one day to see Belgrade and he agreed to honor the airport transfer so we agreed to stay for the two nights we had booked. We should have canceled the reservation. Definitely would NOT recommend this place.

• Jovana (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect you don't have to use a car. Everything's near. Galleria mall is 3 minutes apart. If you want to see Belgrade by walking i am recommending this apartment. You can walk to Knez Mihailova and Dorcol by foot, is just 15 to 30min walking. Next time in belgrade for sure I will stay here. All recomendation
