• Argyreia Nervosa (10/5): We had an amazing time. We will come back again :) - The location is perfect.The hosts very nice.The apartment itself is beautiful, cosy, clean and well equipped. Loved the courtyard and the book of memories , where you can add your comments / reviews in the traditional way :) . Seville is so beautiful and all we think is when we will get back here. Extra thank you to Yolanda for waiting up till late for us due to late and delayed flight.

Ubicado en un edificio histórico, permite ir a pie a todas las zonas más importantes de Sevilla disfrutando de sus calles y su ambiente. Niceto, el anfitrión, es una persona amable que te ofrece informaciones y soluciones de utilidad. Es, además, propietario de una cafetería muy cercana al apartamente dondes se puede desayunar rica y agradablemente. Plenamente recomendable todo. Nada.

• Roselyne (8/5): Une bonne adresse ! - Joli appartement au calme, fond de cour-patio. Bien agencé, décoré, proche centre ville, très calme. Une bouteille de vin (Rioja) pour l'accueil. Un petit manque de vaisselle, notamment aucune petite cuillère. Sinon rien d'autre ....

• Beyda (7/5): Güzeldi - Konumu çok güzel her yere yürüyebilirsiniz ve güvenliydi, yatak rahattı, ev yeterli genişlikteydi. Anahtar konumuna çok yakındı. Ev sahibi geç checkout yapmamıza izin verdi ve sorularımızı hızlıca yanıtladı🙏🏼 Anahtarı almak zor değildi ama çok bekledik (yarım saat kadar) cafedeki çalışanın yavaşlığından dolayı, duş başlığının konacağı yer kırıktı bu da işleri biraz zorlaştırdı. Ayrıca saç kurutma makinesi gerçekten çok kötüydü saçlarımı çok zor kuruttu, yetersizdi. Onlar değişmeli.

• stefy (10/5): - Ottima la posizione, praticamente in centro. Si può tranquillamente girare a piedi, anche perché in auto è impossibile viaggiare, le strade sono molto strette. Molto comodo il letto, abbiamo dormito molto bene., Al nostro arrivo era tutto in ordine e pulito. Ci sono poche stoviglie e qualche strofinaccio in cucina sarebbe stato comodo. 2 asciugamani a testa per 8 notti sono pochi. Non abbiamo avuto nessun contatto diretto con l'host. Appartamenti consigliato per 2 persone.
• Dora (10/5): Lovely apartment in a grand building! - The apartment is in a great location,10-15min stroll to all the main sights.Lovely neighborhood nearby to experience the local atmosphere. We could conveniently leave our luggage at the caffe where Niceto ,our host makes an amazing coffee! He was very kind showing us everything in the apartment, welcomed us with a bottle of wine and have also recommended places to visit. Definitely returning to this place! It was all great,the apartment is well equipped

• Esther (9/5): Fantastisch ! - Geweldige ligging op korte loopafstand van het busstation en in het oude centrum. Ondanks de locatie aan een levendige straat binnen weinig straatgeluid hoorbaar. De eigenaar reageert snel op vragen en stelt alles in het werk om je het naar de zin te maken. —

• Claudita (1/5): Vecchio, sporco e disagiato. - Questo appartamento è una delusione: vecchio, mal tenuto, poco funzionale, sporco. La prima impressione è stata discreta perché la struttura si trova in un palazzo decisamente bello (epoca Alfonso XII) ma è bastata la prima mossa per capire di che si tratta. Briciole di pane sul tavolo della cucina e sulle sedie (tra l'altro, scomodissime da pulire perché rivestite in materiale sintetico), utensili da cucina vecchi e logori (meglio non usarli), una delle tazze da latte sporca, con macchie di café o cioccolato non saprei; la doccia non funziona bene, nel senso che il poggia doccia non regge il peso e devi tenere il tubo con le mani; la TV NON ha Audio: molto canali non hanno volume e sei costretto a togliere la spina e rimetterla per potere attivare il volume che comunque dura solo un paio di minuti e poi smette nuovamente di funzionare. Il divano è un atteggiamento alla schiena e, nonostante la proprietaria abbia detto che è stato cambiato due anni fa, beh vuol dire che per il troppo uso si è già consumato e deve essere quindi sostituto. La stanza da letto è abbastanza mediocre e nel complesso l' Appartamento risulta nettamente inferiore alla media di Siviglia sia per comodità che per estetica. Tra l'altro, la strada è molto trafficata e sporca, molto meglio optare per soluzione più confortevoli nella Plaza del Museo. Sono rimasta davvero scontenta, anche perché avevo chiesto una pulizia efficiente, data la mia allergia alla polvere, ma la proprietaria non ha soddisfatto la richiesta. Per tutte queste ragioni ho dovuto lasciare l'appartamento prima della fine del soggiorno. La struttura, nonostante i disagi, si è comunque trattenuta l' intero importo del soggiorno e non ha voluto nemmeno rimborsare il costo di pulizia. È triste constatare che i loro valori si vadano su Avarizia, sfacciataggine e assoluta mancanza di Umiltà.

• Luthfa (9/5): - The location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to the centre. The apartment itself is beautiful, very cosy and clean. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Minor, but a full-length mirror would be ideal. There was only one small mirror in the bathroom.

• simone (9/5): Siviglia è pikis UNICI … - Appartamento super confertevole, dotato di ogni cosa. Situato in pieno centro . In 5 minuti si può raggiungere , il Fiume gudalquivir ed i suoi tramonti, alla setas di Siviglia. In altrettanti minuti, puoi raggiungere il centro e spostarti lungo i suoi vicoli, visitare i giardini , la cattedrale con la sua torre e di conseguenza Piazza di Spagna. MAI usato in 5 giorni un mezzo pubblico. Appartamento in condominio silenzioso e super caratteristico. Chi dice il contrario è in malafede o si aspetta il lusso pur volendo spendere una cosa giusta. Tornerei sicuramente al Pikislabis, se dovessi tornare a Siviglia ! Viaggio con moglie a bambina di 10 anni. Ad essere pignoli, manca una finestra in bagno, ma vivendo l’appartamento solo per dormire , PASA NADA !

• Jill (8/5): Communication could be better but overall a quiet, comfortable stay - Location. Good size property. Quiet. We got our keys at the cafe next door after the clerk texted with someone. We didn’t get much explanation of where to go once we were inside and there was an extra key that was confusing. No information about how to use appliances or ac was provided. The cookware was scratched non stick and therefore not usable unless we wanted bits in our food. But the place was quiet and comfortable and in a good location. The host tried calling me about 45 minutes after we’d left the keys back at the cafe. Not sure that was right since we weren’t given any information. I messaged back in the app asking if everything was okay but didn’t get a reply.

• Elsonida (1/5): Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. - The location Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. After a long flight delay (around 7 hours), we arrived past midnight, exhausted, and accidentally locked ourselves out — the key left inside. Completely our mistake, yes, but what followed was beyond disappointing. At around 1:40 A.M., we called the owner to explain the situation and ask if anything could be done. Her only response was “That’s bad”, and then she hung up. We kept calling and writing several times afterward, but never got a reply. I suppose her beauty sleep couldn’t be disturbed. You can say the mistake was ours — and that’s fair — but what truly shocked me was the complete lack of empathy or basic humanity shown. Sometimes it’s not the situation itself, but how people respond that defines the experience. And this one left a really bitter taste. Setting emotions aside, emergencies like this can happen, and it’s hard to believe there was no backup key or any kind of emergency procedure in place. Also, language barriers are no longer an excuse nowadays, with so many translation tools available. I never received any follow-up from the owner about what happened (she only messaged me on the check-out day), and I had to find a solution myself. In the morning, I was lucky to speak with the owner of Coffee & Brunch PikisLabis | Sevilla (if I’m not mistaken), who kindly helped us and had another key. Within two minutes, we were back inside. Ironically, he turned out to be an incredibly kind and helpful person — the exact opposite of our experience with the host.

• M (6/5): Viel tegen - De locatie is dicht bij het centrum, je kon gelijk om de deur ontbijten. We hadden lekkage in de badkamer, het handdoeken rek viel van de muur. De eerste dag wilden wij ontbijten maar er waren geen kommen te vinden. De koelkast paste niet onder het aanrecht en schommelde als je het wilden openen. Het appartement is erg gehorig. Je kon nog net niet het gesprek van je buren volgen.

Geen fijne energie. Als je buiten de ramen keek ‘s avonds was het ook pikdonker. Je zag helemaal niks. Slaapkamer was wel goed Geen goeie informatie van tevoren over hoe je de sleutel moet ophalen Daar moet je ter plekke als je voor het appartement staat achter door te bellen naar de eigenaar en dan waar anders ophalen pffff Communicatie met de eigenaar was soms goed, maar ook soms niet goed Bijv ik heb drie keer moeten vragen waar ik de sleutel moet achterlaten bij uitchecken Gelukkig waren we hier maar twee nachten !!!

Functional and nicely furnished appartment. Luggage can be left at the local café. The host was very helpful with information for our arrival and friendly when we left ! We did not need to contact her during the stay. The appartment was a little dark, but that was because of looking onto the interior patio, typical of Sevilla - so not really a negative point !

The building itself is beautiful on the outside and inside. It was very safe and secure! Extremely quiet in the building and the room. The apartment was clean and the facilities like washing machine and iron was like a blessing, based on a different establishment in Spain. The host did not understand English and therefore it was a 30min mission trying to understand each other and meet someone who could give us the keys. When we got the keys from the housekeeping attendant, at the main entrance door on the street, she did not show us which keys were for which door, or where the apartment was exactly. Needless to say, we figured everything out after.

Close to the bus station and all the beautiful sites of Sevilla. Nice quiet area. Apartment was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Also the hot water wasn't on so I had a cold shower the first day. Plug by the bed didn't work. Shower is hard to close. Was hoping for an outside space to sit but there was none. Overall there are much better options with a pool in the area for the same or less money
