- Rebecca (6/5): Warm & cosy, located well for shopping and dining. Road noise is loud and cleaning needs improvement - The details to arrive were straight forward and the code set up was smart. The fire was lovely and the house warmed up fast with the heaters.
They responded fast when I told them about the mouldy shower. It was pouring with rain and dark on arrival, the path did not have any light so it was a struggle to collect the key and the rain meant I could not turn on my flashlight on my phone. They need lighting on the path at night.
The shower was not clean and I had to request someone to come clean the mould off of it.
The road noise was very loud and not pleasant for me as I am sensitive to this, not everyone is.
Would have been nice to have some cooking oil.
The rubbish bin was tiny.

The location was excellent—only a 5-minute drive to Wanaka downtown, making it super convenient yet peaceful. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Would definitely stay here again

- Jeannel (5/5): - The location is perfect. The cleanliness could be improved significantly. On our first day, we noticed lip marks on the room windows, a slow-draining sink in the upstairs toilet (I ended up using the shower area to wash my face and brush my teeth to avoid overflow), and a dead bug stuck on the roller curtain. We also noticed oil marks on the kitchen stove, although we didn’t use the kitchen during our stay. Unfortunately, two of us experienced flea bites.
We hope that duvet covers and pillowcases are properly changed between guests, as the check-out instructions only asked us to remove the top and bottom sheets.

Sheets were very clean and fresh smells
Kitchen had all the necessary equipment to make it work Gas fire was not working and master bedroom heat pump was not working properly, but panel heating was working

Adjacent to shop, pub and cafe. A little father out of town than I expected but didn't affect our stay too much.

Full size fridge, functional kitchen, the double glazing provided amazing sound control given how the properties are grouped. It was great for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It was tidy, modern and had everything we needed.
- Augusta (10/5): cosy, convenient and it has everything we needed. - I loved the convenience of the location. We took our mountain bikes so it was very easy to access the trails from there. Plus having the grocery store, pub and bakery - with amazing pastries and good coffee was excellent - very little need to go into Wanaka and so no need to deal with a busy town and parking. We had to leave our bikes out in the rain and lock them to the fence which was not ideal - they are expensive e-bikes so I was a little unsure how safe they would be if we left them locked up outside. Be great if we could have put them in the shed for example?

- Phil.h. (9/5): Comfortable and well equipped for exploring the surrounding areas. - Property is located next to a small supermarket, liquor store, and bar/cafe. There are all the amenities needed for a short stay and the house is generally comfortable. Being just off the main road there can be a little bit of road noise but this is not overwhelming. Bathroom is small and can be a bit awkward for things like wet shaving and storing toiletries.

Clean and enough room for our family to sleep in. Road was busy, so you could hear the traffic noise (but we live rural, so we don't have lots of road traffic).
